Abstract

Pest can be a serious topic in agricultural areas especially rice plantations. The pest destroys the plants before harvesting time. Because of the presence of the pest, the yield of agricultural products is decreasing. From a technical point of view, an agricultural professional should identify not only the type of pest that destroys rice plants but also overcome the pest. This research proposes a paper review on pest detection systems by using Blockchain technology and the Internet of Things involving all parties involved. The use of the review is to have a broad overview regarding the functional combination between IoT and Blockchain technologies to reduce the pest problems. Smart contract technology Blockchain may be held to determine automatic alert in the system and know how to resolve the problem accurately and all information is verified by blockchain system without a human interception. IoT devices can be attached to rice plantations to monitor, determine and send the information of the pests. Our paper explains the combination of IoT and Blockchain technologies in order to improve any possibility of success rate by getting the pests. Thus, IoT replaces human manual checking in pest identification to reduce human error. So that, the harvesting time can be increased and the agriculture yields are good. Abstract

Wireless charging by transferring energy between two objects using electromagnetic fields commonly called Wireless power transfer is an alternative technology that is physically installed in an electric vehicle (EV) to charge. Parking alignment is a very important factor in driver behavior that affects Power transfer efficiency (PTE). The proposed hexagonal coil array design in this experiment is to optimize PTE and receiver coil size. The experimental results show that PTE in the tangential boundary plane Misalignment increases by 5-10% when compared to coil array circles and increases by 82% when compared to single coil circles.

Abstract

Era Digital saat ini memiliki dampak besar bagi kelestarian alam, selain mengurangi penggunaan kertas dengan adanya berkas berbentuk file membuat arsip yang tersimpan lebih tertata rapih dengan kurun waktu yang lama. Di masa pandemi pemanfaatan digital menjadi peran penting dalam kelangsungan kehidupan yang mengharuskan kegiatan tanpa harus kontak langsung. Dengan begitu banyak pekerjaan pekerjaan yang diselesaikan dirumah kemudian dibantu dengan Internet untuk melakukan proses kirim/terima file. File merupakan data yang sudah diolah menjadi sebuah informasi berupa teks, video, gambar, dan suara. Dalam proses pengiriman tidak jarang terjadinya kendala yakni ukuran file terlalu besar karena media penyimpanan yang digunakan hanya sedikit. Kompresi data adalah ilmu yang menampilkan informasi dalam bentuk yang pendek tujuannya untuk mengurangi jumlah bit yang digunakan untuk menyimpan atau mengirim informasi. Sedangkan Algoritma Huffman adalah teknik kompresi yang tidak mengubah informasi data dari aslinya. Prinsip kode Huffman yaitu karakter yang paling sering muncul di dalam data dikodekan dengan kode yang jumlah bitnya lebih sedikit, sedangkan karakter yang jarang muncul dikodekan dengan kode yang jumlah bitnya lebih panjang. Kompresi file dibutuhkan untuk mempercepat proses pengiriman data antar jaringan komputer. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini menyebabkan kebutuhan data serta perpindahan data dari satu perangkat ke perangkat lain meningkat. Data-data tersebut umumnya dikompresi terlebih dahulu agar proses pertukaran tidak memakan waktu yang lama. Dengan menggunakan algoritma huffman Rasio Kompresi yang dihasilkan untuk file audio dan image rasio kompresi yang dihasilkan lebih kecil sedangan untuk file teks rasio kompresi yang dihasilkan lebih besar. Tingkat keamanan data setelah dikompresi tidak berkurang atau mengalami kerusakan setelah proses kompresi data dilakukan Kecepatan proses kompresi dan dekompresi data setara dengan ukuran dan jenis file. File hasil dekompresi akan berhasil seperti file semula sebelum dikompresi, kecepatan proses kompresi dan dekompresi data setara dengan ukuran dan jenis file dan Kompresi file juga kurang berhasil jika isi file terlalu sedikit sehingga ukuran file asli bisa jadi lebih kecil dari file hasil kompresi karena file kompresi masih harus menyimpan huffman tree-nya.

Abstract

In era of digital technology 4.0, it is developing like a storm, so the use of technology in this digital era needs to be utilized properly. The main problem of daily life is not being able to manage data well from various fields such as citizen data. Key issues in managing citizen data from the lowest level. Factors that create economic, social, cultural and security barriers can actually contribute if embedded data management is properly implemented. The most important thing is data processing, population data collection, one of which is influenced by population movement and population income processes, and Bigdata is needed to accommodate these data. The results of the research conducted that the response from the community is positive so that further development is needed in its application so that it can provide good services. Suggestions for further research to integrate other services so that the current community needs can be accommodated properly so that the future is even better.

Abstract

The use of technology is overgrowing. In today's era, every field in everyday life utilizes technology. One of them is in the transportation industry. Currently, online delivery is viral, especially among students and students who are easy to remember as Millennials and Generation Z. Smartphones are used not only for communication but also for buying fast food and drinks online using online delivery services. Online like Gojek. This research examines the user experience of online transportation applications. Students from various regions in Indramayu and Computer Engineering students at Universitas Wiralodra participated in this study as respondents. Experience using online transportation application services via smartphones has been collected in an online questionnaire using a Google form and distributed on social media such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp and Telegram. This study uses a user experience questionnaire (UEQ). This study aims to determine user experience in using online transportation application services. This study provides results indicating that all UEQ categories obtain positive scores. The highest score is in the "Intelligence" category, while the "New" type gets the lowest score. Online transportation shows that Gojek has a "good" rating scale. Overall the Gojek application is excellent in providing an experience for those who use it.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the teacher's role in the process of implementing the Independent Curriculum which has been implemented nationally through central government policies. In its implementation, the independent curriculum requires various adjustments to the social system and institutional support. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The results of the study show that the role of teacher competence is very important in the implementation of the independent curriculum, especially in achieving the expected educational goals and ideals. In addition, teachers as professional educators have a good role to play in guiding, motivating, and teaching students according to the needs and demands of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The industry and government have recently acknowledged and used virtual machines (VM) to promote their businesses. During the process of VM, some problems might occur. The issues, such as a heavy load of memory, a large load of CPU, a massive load of a disk, a high load of network and time-defined migration, might interrupt the business processes. This paper identifies the migration process among hosts for VM to overcome the problem within the defined time frame of migration. The introduction of VMs migration in a timely manner is to detect a problem earlier. There are workload parameters, such as network, CPU, disk and memory as our parameters. To overcome the issue, we have to follow the Model named Fuzzy rule. The rule follows the basic of tree model for decision-making. The application of the fuzzy Model for the study is to determine VMs allocation from busy VMs to vacant VMs for balancing purposes. The result of the study showed that the use of the fuzzy Model to forecast VMs migration based on the defined rule had 2 positive impacts. The positive impacts are (1) Time frame live migration of VMs can reduce workload by 80 %. This aims to reduce failures in performing a live migration of VMs to increase data center performance. (2) In testing, the fuzzy Model can provide results with an accuracy of 90 %, so this model can perform a live migration of VMs precisely in determining the execution time. Next, the workload could be balanced among VMs. This research could be used further to improve 5G Quality of Experience (QoE) shortly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how an analysis of Strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, and threat is used as a strategy to increase competitiveness and its obstacles in Denpasar Sharia Rural Banks. The research method used was a quantitative approach in the form of case studies descriptive. The SWOT analysis used is the analytical method descriptive, SWOT Matrix, and SWOT diagram analysis. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and literature. The results showed that the SWOT analysis as a strategy to increase competitiveness needs to be re-evaluated, so that good performance is formed from within and from outside the organization.

Abstract

This research is important as it portrays a notable advancement in current internet technology known as the Internet of Things (IoT), which facilitates advanced services through the interconnection of physical and virtual objects. One crucial aspect of everyday life is air quality, especially indoors, as indoor air pollution differs from outdoor air pollution. An important indicator to determine the cleanliness of a room is its humidity level. In this context, this research holds significant relevance as it can help ensure the effectiveness and safety of stored medications under appropriate temperature and humidity conditions. Therefore, this study designed a drug storage room that requires a tool to measure the humidity value of the room in real time and the humidity conditions in the room. The solution to this problem can be overcome using Internet of Things technology. In this project, a hygrometer, or humidity meter, based on Internet of Things technology is made. Humidity is measured by the DHT-11 sensor, which is integrated on the NodeMCU ESP8266 board. Humidity measurement data can be observed via the Blynk IoT platform available on smartphones. With this tool, humidity can be observed in real time, even from a distance. The results of this study are that the tool can measure the temperature and humidity of the medicine room, and the tool can send humidity and temperature measurement data to the Blynk IoT and MIT APP Inventor servers. On the Blynk IoT website, the dashboard can display temperature, humidity, and drug safety measurement data in real time.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic forced the government to implement activity restriction obligations starting in March 2020. Even though Covid-19 paralysed physical activity, on the other hand, this has also made online sales increase sharply. According to the report "Big Data Review of the Impact of Covid-19 2020" compiled by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), online sales during this pandemic actually jumped sharply when compared to sales in January 2020. In March 2020, online sales jumped 320 % of total online sales at the beginning of the year. The spikes are getting sharper, April 2020 online sales recorded an increase of 480% from January 2020.
