Abstract

Creative training in creating advertising content on social media aims to improve students' skills in designing effective, aesthetic advertisements, and being able to increase brand awareness and sales. This program is intended for entrepreneurial students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Halu Oleo University who have businesses or interests in digital marketing. This one-day training takes place in a computer laboratory, covering three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage includes participant identification, module preparation, and provision of tools such as laptops and design applications. During the implementation, participants receive theoretical material on digital marketing, visual design, storytelling, and copywriting, followed by direct practice using design applications such as Canva to create content in the form of images or short videos. The results of the work are then presented to get input. This training improves participants' ability to design relevant and attractive advertisements, as well as understand the importance of social media algorithms and data-based strategies to maximize reach. In addition to encouraging consumer engagement, the training equips participants with practical skills that can support the success of their businesses in the digital era. With the right creative content, students are expected to be able to increase sales while creating business sustainability

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of e-service quality in building consumer trust in purchasing decisions on Shopee. Using a causal associative approach and explanatory research method, this study examines the relationship between variables using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS 3.0. The study population was the people of Kendari City who had made purchases on Shopee, with a sample size of 160 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that e-service quality has a positive effect on customer trust. This trust mediates the relationship between e-service quality and purchasing decisions. The theoretical implications of this study indicate the importance of digital service quality in strengthening the relationship between e-commerce platforms and consumers. Managerially, the results of this study suggest that e-commerce companies such as Shopee need to continue to improve service quality to build trust, maintain information transparency, and ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience to attract and retain customers. Success in managing service quality drives repeat purchasing decisions, which contributes to business growth and sustainability.

Abstract

Pelatihan ekonomi kreatif pembuatan minuman herbal JAGSE di Desa Kalisalam bertujuan untuk memberdayakan penduduk dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal seperti jahe dan serai. Pelatihan ini berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan produksi minuman herbal yang memiliki manfaat kesehatan serta potensi ekonomi. Selain pelatihan teknis, program ini juga memberikan edukasi mengenai pemasaran produk secara digital bagi masyarakat desa sebagai sasaran dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini. Penelitian berlangsung selama satu bulan, mulai 29 Juli 2024 hingga 29 Agustus 2024 secara tatap muka dan di laksanakan di Pendopo Balai Desa Kalisalam yang dihadiri oleh 30 peserta. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman penduduk terkait pembuatan minuman herbal dan peluang usaha sehingga meningkatkan keterampilan individu yang mampu memproduksi secara mandiri. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan modal, akses teknologi, dan pengetahuan pemasaran yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian untuk keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Waqf is an important instrument to improve welfare. Traditionally, the object of waqf is land. However, as civilization develops, waqf objects also need innovation because of limited land. This innovation also needs to be balanced with quality management. This study compares perspective of waqf management by three institutions in Province Yogyakarta Indonesia. They are Nahdlatul Ulama, Muhammadiyah, and Badan Wakaf Indonesia. This study uses explorative qualitative techniques. Data was obtained from interviews and documentation. Data analysis by coding techniques (breaking coding, pivot coding and choir coding). The results of the study found that (a) the management of waqf by Nahdlatul Ulama has not been managed properly legally administrative; (b) the management waqf by Muhammadiyah has been managed legally administratively; (c) the management and utilization of waqf by the Badan Wakaf Indonesia is well managed legally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work family conflict, workload, and work stress on nurse performance at East Kolaka Regency Hospital, both simultaneously and partially. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The research population consisted of 37 female nurses who were married and working in the service department, sampled using total sampling technique. Data collection used a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression after meeting classical assumption tests. The results showed that work family conflict, workload, and work stress simultaneously had a significant effect on nurse performance. Partially, all three variables had a negative and significant effect on nurse performance, with work family conflict as the most dominant factor. The contribution of these three variables to nurse performance was 33%. This research recommends developing comprehensive HR management policies to manage these three factors in order to improve nurse performance and healthcare service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji polemik dalam pelaksanaan Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) di Desa Tambelang, Kecamatan Krucil, Kabupaten Probolinggo, yang menimbulkan sengketa kepemilikan tanah. Program yang bertujuan mempercepat sertifikasi tanah dan memberikan kepastian hukum ini dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala di lapangan, seperti ketidaksesuaian data historis, rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat, serta dugaan penyalahgunaan prosedur. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lemahnya validasi data dan minimnya sosialisasi justru memicu konflik baru. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya perbaikan dalam komunikasi publik, transparansi biaya, serta optimalisasi mediasi dalam menyelesaikan sengketa tanah. Hasil kajian diharapkan menjadi masukan strategis bagi pemerintah daerah dan Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) guna memperbaiki pelaksanaan program PTSL ke depan.)

Abstract

This activity aims to enhance the managerial capacity of micro-scale fishing enterprises in Bokori Village, Konawe Regency, through training in simple financial recordkeeping. Limited understanding and lack of habit in maintaining financial records remain major obstacles in business management. The program employed a participatory approach combining a three-day face-to-face workshop with intensive post-training mentoring. The training adopted andragogical and experiential learning principles, emphasizing hands-on practice. Results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of basic financial recording concepts. Fishermen began separating business and household finances, leading to greater efficiency and higher income. Success was supported by continuous mentoring via a WhatsApp group and involvement of community leaders. Main challenges included maintaining consistency in recording small transactions and generational differences in comprehension. The program demonstrates the effectiveness of a blended learning approach and highlights the importance of strengthening local institutions through cadre formation to ensure sustainability.

Abstract

The Program for Strengthening the Entrepreneurial Spirit of Majelis Taklim Women through Business Collaboration in Lalembu District, South Konawe Regency, was implemented to enhance women’s awareness and economic skills through faith-based community empowerment. This activity employed a participatory approach through socialization, interactive workshops, and mentoring in forming business groups. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding of entrepreneurship concepts, household business management, and the importance of group collaboration. Approximately 30% of participants began drafting simple business plans, such as producing cookies and handicrafts, and two majelis taklim-based business groups were formed with a commitment to developing local products. The success of this program was supported by active community participation, the role of majelis taklim leaders, and the availability of adequate facilities, while the main obstacles were limited access to digital technology and lack of organizational experience. This program not only improved participants’ knowledge and skills but also encouraged women’s economic independence and strengthened a culture of collaboration at the community level.
