Every individual human being will prioritise the fulfilment of basic needs over secondary needs, as well as the need for a house, everyone will try Qualitative descriptive method was used in this study. Data collection techniques commonly used in qualitative research are observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, Sofyandi (2008) argues that to increase the productive contribution of an organisation's human resources, human resource management is defined as a strategy for applying management functions, namely planning, organising, leading, and controlling, in all human resource activities and operations, starting from attraction, selection, training and development, placement, and so on. Fair and competitive work compensation can motivate PNPPs to achieve higher work performance. Work compensation is one of the important factors that influence work motivation. Abstract

Kademangan District, Probolinggo City, East Java has a fairly high stunting rate, reaching 33.4% in 2020. This condition is caused by various factors, such as poverty, less than optimal parenting practices, and limited access to health services. To accelerate the reduction in stunting rates in this area, the Probolinggo City government has implemented various interventions, including programs providing additional food, nutrition education, and increasing access to health services. However, more comprehensive and sustainable efforts are still needed to address the problem of stunting effectively.  This community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the community in Kademangan District in implementing good parenting and nutritional practices to prevent stunting in children. The methods used include counseling, providing additional food, as well as ongoing assistance and monitoring. The results of the activity show an increase in mothers' knowledge and practice in feeding, health care and stimulating children's growth and development. Apart from that, there has been a decrease in the prevalence of stunting in the target areas. It is hoped that this effort can become a model for comprehensive and sustainable stunting interventions in the future.

Abstract

Lessons from participative de facto and de jure approaches to socioeconomic registration for integrated policymaking have been underexplored, especially in archipelagic states and middle-income countries. This study aims to analyze participants' perceptions of statistical data and assess how socioeconomic circumstances shape the Regsosek (socioeconomic registration) process in Indonesia. Using a qualitative method, the research incorporates ethnographic techniques and triangulation, with enumeration carried out by locals familiar with the socio-cultural characteristics of the communities. The data were validated through multiple cross-checking stages. The Regsosek initiative seeks to create a unified national database to improve policymaking, a key aspect of Indonesia's socioeconomic development that has received limited attention in terms of participative methods. While prior studies have focused on the technical aspects of socioeconomic data collection, this research highlights the influence of socioeconomic diversity on the process. Novel insights reveal that participants’ perceptions of well-being vary based on socioeconomic backgrounds, geographic conditions, livelihood systems, gender, and exposure to previous development programs. Key challenges identified include community resistance and misconceptions linking data collection to social assistance, as well as the need for system integration and stability to establish a single national database. The study concludes that development and poverty alleviation programs must be mutually agreed upon to avoid disruptions, instability, and political influence, offering a fresh perspective on integrated policymaking in archipelagic and middle-income contexts.

Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) is a common global health problem that causes disability, increases medical costs, and leads to labor loss. Eighty percent of the population has experienced low back pain at some point in their lives. Chronic low back pain is often associated with comorbidities, significant healthcare costs, and increased use of health services. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) in reducing pain in LBP patients. This study uses a literature review method with strict inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study involved 142 samples, predominantly athletes over 40 years old. The TENS intervention was applied with a frequency of 5 times per week, intensity of 100 Hz, and a duration of 15 minutes for 6 weeks. Pain measurements were conducted using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and the Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMQ). The results showed that the intervention group using TENS experienced a significant reduction in pain compared to the control group, with a p-value of <0.001. TENS has proven to be an effective non-invasive therapy method for reducing chronic low back pain. In conclusion, TENS is an effective therapy modality for reducing chronic low back pain and can be used as a non-pharmacological alternative in the management of LBP. Further research is needed to explore the application of TENS in various other clinical conditions.

Abstract

Abstract

All countries affected by COVID-19 are facing difficult problems in overcoming the outbreak and the socio-economic impacts it has caused. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of a green economy and low carbon development on green growth and multilateral issues. This research is a descriptive research that uses a literature study type or approach. The results of the study reveal that the application of a green economy is able to encourage national economic growth and problems in the multilateral field, as well as improve social welfare. In order for a green economy to be realized for the country, various parties must support policy makers so that a sustainable green economy can be created. The green economy also contributes to maintaining environmental sustainability and forming ecosystems that can be enjoyed by present and future generations.
