Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Kecamatan Kinovaro Kabupaten Sigi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Kecamatan Kinovaro Kabupaten Sigi. Metode yang digunakan Penelilti bersifat Deskriptif dengan alat bantu koesioner terhadap 32 responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Multiple atau koefisien korelasi (R) adalah hubungan antara ketiga variabel bebas kepemimpinan, motivasi dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kinovaro Kabupaten Sigi sebesar 0,751 artinya hubungan variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabel terikat (dependen) adalah kuat. R Square atau koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah melihat pengaruh antara variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kinovaro Kabupaten Sigi sebesar 0,563 atau 56,3% artinya pengaruh variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabel terikat (dependen) sebesar 56,3% sedangkan sisanya 43,7% adalah pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Iklim Kerja dan Kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the development of human resource work quality in enhancing the performance of Civil Servants at the Bambaira Sub-District Office, Pasangkayu Regency. The research involved 25 civil servants as respondents. The findings reveal that the quality of human resources at the Bambaira Sub-District Office is excellent. The civil servants demonstrate a high level of competence, which is reflected in their consistent ability to deliver optimal performance. Employees exhibit a thorough understanding of their responsibilities and maintain a collaborative work environment. When faced with challenges or uncertainties in performing their duties, coworkers readily offer constructive advice and guidance. This positive interaction fosters a supportive atmosphere that ensures task completion aligns with the organization's goals. Consequently, the work cycle runs smoothly, meeting organizational expectations efficiently. These results underline the significance of human resource quality in achieving superior performance and organizational success. The study highlights the importance of continuous development and fostering teamwork to sustain high performance among civil servants. In conclusion, the quality of human resources at the Bambaira Sub-District Office plays a pivotal role in driving effective service delivery and organizational achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pengaruh celebrity endorsement dan brand image terhadap purchase intention di Cafe Es Teh Indonesia Palu. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh celebrity endorsement dan brand image terhadap purchase intention di Cafe Es Teh Indonesia Palu. Metode yang digunakan Peneliti Deskriptif dengan alat bantu kuesioner terhadap 55 responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Multiple atau koefisien korelasi (R) adalah hubungan antara kedua variabel bebas celebrity endorsement (X1), brand image (X2) terhadap purchase intention Kafe Es Teh Indonesia Cabang Palu sebesar 0.740 artinya hubungan variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabel terikat (dependen) adalah kuat. R Square atau koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah melihat pengaruh antara variabel celebrity endorsement (promosi selebriti), brand image (citra merek) terhadap purchase intention Kafe Es Teh Indonesia sebesar 0,548 atau 54.8% artinya pengaruh variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabel terikat (dependen) sebesar 54.8% sedangkan sisanya 45.2% adalah pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pengaruh karakteristik kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawaiKantor Komunikasi Informasi dan Pers (Kominfopers) Kabupaten Pasangkayu. Tujuan yangingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik kompetensiterhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Komunikasi Informasi dan Pers (Kominfopers) KabupatenPasangkayu. Metode yang digunakan Penelilti bersifat Deskriptif dengan alat bantukoesioner terhadap 47 responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Multiple ataukoefisien korelasi (R) adalah hubungan antara kelima variabel bebas karakteristikkompetensi yang terdiri atas motif, watak, konsep diri, pengetahuan, keterampilan terhadapkinerja pegawai Kantor Komunikasi Informasi dan Pers (Kominfopers) KabupatenPasangkayu sebesar 0,923 artinya hubungan variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabelterikat (dependen) adalah sangat kuat. R Square atau koefisien determinasi (R2) adalahmelihat pengaruh antara variabel karakteristik kompetensi yang terdiri atas motif, watak,konsep diri, pengetahuan, keterampilan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor KomunikasiInformasi dan Pers (Kominfopers) Kabupaten Pasangkayu sebesar 0,853 atau 85,3% artinyapengaruh variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabel terikat (dependen) sebesar 85,3%sedangkan sisanya 23,5% adalah pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitianini.Kata Kunci: Motif, Watak, Konsep Diri, Pengetahuan, Keterampilan dan Kinerja

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of organizational reputation, personal–organizational value fit, and perceived growth opportunities on millennial employee retention intentions in Jakarta’s fintech sector. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 130 millennial employees working in various fintech companies. Responses were measured on a five-point Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 through validity, reliability, classical assumption, and multiple regression tests. The findings show that organizational reputation, value fit, and growth opportunities each have a significant and positive effect on employee retention intention. Among these, perceived growth opportunities emerged as the strongest predictor, indicating that millennials are highly motivated to stay when they perceive clear pathways for professional development and advancement. These results emphasize the importance for fintech firms to strengthen their reputation, foster value alignment, and provide structured career growth opportunities to effectively retain millennial talent. The study contributes to both theory and practice by extending employee retention research into the fintech context of an emerging economy while offering actionable strategies for human resource management.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out how compensation, work discipline, and work environment affect the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Transportation Service of Parigi Moutong Regency. Research Methodology: The research was conducted at the Transportation Service Office of Parigi Moutong Regency. The study used a descriptive quantitative method with a questionnaire survey given to 49 respondents.The data were analyzed using multiple regression and correlation analysis to measure the relationship and influence between variables. Results: The results show that compensation, discipline, and work environment have a very strong relationship with employee performance, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.874. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.763, which means that 76.3% of employee performance is influenced by the three variables, while 23.7% is influenced by other factors not studied. Conclusions: Compensation, discipline, and work environment together have a significant and strong influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. Improving these factors can lead to better productivity and work results among employees. Limitations: The study only involved a small number of respondents (49) from one government agency in Parigi Moutong Regency, so the findings cannot be generalized to all public institutions. Contribution: This study contributes to public administration and HR management by showing how internal factors affect employee performance. It can help local governments and policymakers improve management and evaluation practices.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Transformation and Human Resource Analytics on Decision-Making Effectiveness in the context of human resource management. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 150 respondents consisting of HR employees, leaders, and managerial staff in public and private organizational sectors. Data collection was carried out through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Digital Transformation has a positive and significant effect on decision-making effectiveness (significance value 0.000 < 0.05); (2) Human Resource Analytics also has a positive and significant effect on decision-making effectiveness (significance value 0.001 < 0.05); and (3) simultaneously, the two independent variables contribute 71.2% to increasing decision-making effectiveness. These findings confirm that the integration of digital technology with HR data analysis plays a crucial role in creating faster, more accurate, and evidence-based decision-making. This research provides theoretical implications for the development of the Data-Driven HR concept, as well as practical recommendations for organizations to strengthen digital and analytical capabilities within their HR management functions. It is hoped that future research will incorporate a mixed methods approach to explore the contextual and cultural aspects that influence decision effectiveness in the digital age.
