Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif objek penelitian di PT. Primadelta Starlestari dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel 75 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data pada penelitian ini diambil menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan uji vaiditas, uji reabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsiklasik, uji hipotesis dengn menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 27. Hasil analisis disimpulkan Variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses quantitative research object research at UPT Puskesmas Labuan with a population and sample of 75 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. Data in this study were taken using a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test using SPSS version 27 application. The results of the analysis concluded that the Physical Work Environment Variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). Work Discipline Variable (X2) has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). The Physical Work Environment Variable (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

Background: Digitalization is fundamentally reshaping health financing, enabling more efficient management of healthcare resources, improving service delivery, and increasing accessibility. This systematic review explores the intersection of digital tools and financial health systems, examining their transformative potential.Objective: The primary aim of this review is to identify the impact of digitalization on healthcare financial management, highlighting its benefits and addressing the challenges that arise during its implementation.Methods: A systematic review of 10 studies was conducted, focusing on digital health financing and employing PRISMA guidelines to ensure rigorous selection and analysis. The data extraction process identified thematic relevance, methodological rigor, and contextual insights.Results: The findings reveal that digitalization enhances resource allocation, patient accessibility, and administrative efficiency. Technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence optimize transparency and predictive financial modeling. However, significant challenges include data security vulnerabilities and the integration of digital tools with legacy systems.Conclusion: Digital technologies present transformative potential for healthcare financing. However, strategic implementation, robust governance, and cross-sector collaboration are critical to overcoming challenges and maximizing the benefits of digitalization. By addressing these needs, digitalization can create sustainable, inclusive, and equitable healthcare systems for the future.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the impact of inflation and exchange rates on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2024. The study uses secondary monthly data for inflation, exchange rates, and the JCI, which were sourced from the official websites of Bank Indonesia and IDX. A quantitative approach is employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis along with classical assumption tests and both simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that, individually, both inflation and exchange rates have a significant effect on the JCI. When analyzed together, inflation and exchange rates also significantly influence the JCI. These results underscore the importance of macroeconomic stability, particularly the stability of the rupiah exchange rate, in shaping stock market trends in Indonesia. The study suggests that fluctuations in the inflation rate and the exchange rate can lead to uncertainty in the stock market, impacting investor decisions and market performance. These findings are particularly relevant in the context of Indonesia’s open economy, where external factors and global economic conditions can also influence domestic financial markets. This research aims to offer valuable insights to investors, policymakers, and academics, helping them understand how key macroeconomic variables, such as inflation and exchange rates, influence the dynamics of the capital market. The study emphasizes the need for maintaining economic stability to foster a conducive environment for market growth and investor confidence. By analyzing these macroeconomic factors, the study provides a clearer understanding of their role in stock market performance and offers a foundation for future research and policy development in the Indonesian financial market. Additionally, the results of this research could serve as a basis for further studies that explore the relationship between macroeconomic factors and stock market behavior in emerging markets.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of ability and career development on employee performance at PT Buana Berlian Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 44 employees. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that both ability and career development, either partially or simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing employee abilities and implementing structured career development plans to improve performance sustainably. Therefore, it is recommended that the company provide training and career development programs to enhance work effectiveness and employee motivation..

Abstract

The economy in Indonesia is currently declining, due to a worldwide pandemic causing the Indonesian economy to experience a recession, as well as the global economy which is also experiencing a recession. Indonesia's economic growth was minus 5.32 percent in the second quarter of 2020. The figure had improved, although it was still in the minus category, namely 3.49 percent. The impact of this minus economic growth. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has a positive impact that can help human activities, which were originally carried out traditionally, can be carried out by utilizing technology. During the pandemic that we have experienced, there is no reason not to be productive as long as we stay at home, with this technology it can help with daily life activities. One form of technology utilization carried out by the Faletehan University Management Study Program is to hold community service in the field of entrepreneurship with the theme Digitalization Business Development Program to Increase Family Income. spare time in business practices in various businesses to be able to become a business person at least for the welfare of his family. Even this activity is based on the problem that arises from the lack of a ratio between the number of entrepreneurs and the population of its citizens because the requirement for a developed country is to have a ratio of 14%. According to Law no. 12 of 2012 Higher Education is an institution that has an important role in creating creative and innovative resources so that they can produce various works or products that can encourage the growth of the Indonesian economy. Therefore, higher education has the potential to create entrepreneurs who can utilize technology or are called technopreneurs. Abstract

In the Indonesian economy, UMKM is the business group with the largest number and proved to be able to withstand various types of economic crises. The number of UMKMs increases from year to year. The new development of the UMKM can only be seen from the number side. In general, especially in the financial aspect, only a few UMKMs have experienced development in terms of their financial performance. This is not apart from the unconsciousness of UMKM’s perpetrators about the importance of corporate finance management. Financial management becomes one of the important aspects of the company’s progress. Financial management can be done through accounting. Abstract

Even though the number of MSMEs in Indonesia continues to increase while bringing many positive effects in the form of employment which can reduce unemployment and others, problems with MSMEs or Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises do often occur. The problem that most often occurs lies in marketing, which turns out to be a lot of people who don't understand online marketing. Even though many MSME actors market their products through marketplace sites, social media accounts, and so on, they are not optimal and consistent in practice. Therefore, we introduce the concept of Marketing 4.0 which redefines marketing from Marketing 3.0, namely marketing must adapt to the changing nature of the customer path in the digital economy, where the role of marketers is to guide customers along their journey from awareness and finally to advocacy. It is the concept that we are trying to socialize to MSMEs in carrying out effective marketing techniques for their businesses, of course with the technopreneur concept which they have been used to doing so far. In this training, marketing strategies for MSME products, as well as MSME marketing strategies, are explained, from the marketing strategies commonly used in the form of; creating unique products, marketing products by becoming a networker, determining STP, and taking advantage of e-commerce. Next, we describe a marketing strategy that 1. embraces the shift to a more horizontal, inclusive, and social business landscape, 2. explains the changing landscape creates a series of paradoxes that marketers have to face, one of which is online versus offline interaction, 3. Understands that young people are sharing thoughts, women for market share, and netizens for sharing hearts, 5. Inviting MSME businesses to redefine marketing in the digital economy, as well as develop a new framework for marketing in the digital economy.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the influence of capital structure and liquidity on financial performance in banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019–2023. Capital structure is measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), liquidity using the Current Ratio (CR), and financial performance using Return on Assets (ROA). The research method employed is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach to evaluate the relationships between these variables both partially and simultaneously. The results reveal that capital structure and liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance. Partially, capital structure has a significant negative impact on financial performance, indicating that an increase in debt relative to equity may reduce asset management efficiency and bank profitability. On the other hand, liquidity has a significant positive impact on financial performance, suggesting that higher short-term financial capability leads to better financial outcomes. This study provides important implications for bank management, investors, and regulators in determining optimal strategies for managing capital structure and liquidity to enhance profitability and financial stability, especially in the aftermath of the economic uncertainty caused by the pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Inflasi, Nilai Tukar, dan Suku Bunga Terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2022 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh data time series meliputi Inflasi, Nilai Tukar, Suku Bunga, dan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) selama tahun 2017 sampai 2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang diperoleh 288 sampel terdiri dari 72 sampel Inflasi, 72 sampel Nilai Tukar, 72 sampel Suku Bunga dan 72 sampel Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan software SPSS 27.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulan bahwa: (1) inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan, (2) nilai tukar berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan, (3) suku bunga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan, (4) secara simultan inflasi, nilai tukar, dan suku bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2022. Kata Kunci: Inflasi, Nilai Tukar, Suku Bunga, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan.
