Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. NJA Truss Maju Perkasa Lampung Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di CV. NJA Truss Maju Perkasa Lampung Timur yang berjumlah 50 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh/sensus. Prosedur analisis data yang digunakan untuk analisis statistik antara lain uji t, uji F, koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (4) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Organizational Commitment. secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata Kunci : Perilaku kewarganegaraan, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Locus of Control dan Need for Archievement terhadap kinerja individu pengelola agrowisata di Jawa Tengah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berada di agrowisata Jawa Tengah dengan sebaran agrowisata sendiri sebanyak 29 agrowisata dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 145 orang. Statistik deskriptif seperti deviasi standar rata-rata telah digunakan untuk mempelajari distribusi data dan alat statistic inferensial dengan analisis data menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan pengaruh locus of control dan need for achievement terhadap kinerja individu kinerja individu pengelola agrowisata di jawa tengah. Penelitian ini telah mengidentifikasi bahwa struktur organisasi dan kebutuhan akan pencapaian adalah dua hal yang penting dan peningkatan komitmen individu merupakan hasil penting dari partisipasi tersebut. Apabila individu dapat mengendalikan diri dan mempunyai keyakinan bahwa kemampuan pada dirinya yang dominan atas nasibnya, maka dapat memberikan reaksi positif terhadap perubahantersebut.

Abstract

This study investigates how visitor experiences with physical facilities and promotional voucher systems influence their intention to revisit Jakarta Fair, Indonesia's largest annual trade and entertainment event. Through a quantitative survey of 300 visitors conducted between May and June 2024, we examine the relative importance of tangible facility experiences versus promotional incentives in shaping visitor loyalty. Our regression analysis reveals that both independent variables significantly predict revisit intention, accounting for 68.7% of variance. Notably, facility experience demonstrates stronger predictive power with a standardized coefficient of 0.452 compared to promotional vouchers at 0.387. These findings suggest a shift in visitor priorities from price-focused to experience-centered decision making. The research contributes to event management literature by proposing an integrated facility-promotion synergy model applicable to large-scale events in emerging markets

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine how transformational leadership and employee empowerment can improve employee performance in four-star hotels in Central Java. Research Methodology: The research was conducted in four-star hotels in Central Java, involving a survey of 185 hotel employees selected through proportional random sampling. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) to explore the causal relationships between the study variables. Results: The study found that transformational leadership has a strong positive effect on employee empowerment. Additionally, employee empowerment positively influences employee performance. Transformational leadership also directly impacts employee performance in a positive manner. Furthermore, employee empowerment acts as a mediator between transformational leadership and employee performance, with a significant indirect effect. The proposed model exhibited strong predictive ability for both employee empowerment and employee performance. Overall, the relationships examined in the study were consistently positive and significant. Conclusion: The research concludes that both transformational leadership and employee empowerment are crucial for enhancing employee performance in the hotel industry. The interaction between these factors significantly contributes to better performance outcomes Limitations: A limitation of the study is that it focuses solely on four-star hotels in Central Java, which may not be generalizable to other types of hotels or regions. Contribution: This study contributes to the fields of management and hospitality by providing insights into how leadership styles and employee empowerment can work together to boost employee performance. It is valuable for hotel managers, HR professionals, and researchers interested in improving workplace dynamics and performance in the hospitality industry.
