Abstract

       Penetapan kawasan Desa Kandri sebagai kawasan desa wisata agro tentu saja akan berakibat pada taraf hidup dan pola pikir masyarakat lokal setempat. Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh dan hubungan antara tingkat ketergantungan terhadap tingkat pendapatan masyarakat setempat dan dampaknya pada pola perubahan hidup masyarakat di sekitar wisata agro Desa Kandri Kecamatan Gunung Pati Kota Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan 100 responden. Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Analisis deskriptif yaitu analisis dengan menggunakan table, grafik, diagram dan rata-rata untuk menggambarkan objek yang diteliti. Analisis inferensial yaitu analisis untuk mengkaji hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketergantungan kawasan Desa Kandri berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan masyarakat Desa Kandri, tingkat pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap pola perubahan hidup masyarakat dan tingkat pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap pola perubahan hidup masyarakat Desa Kandri dan tingkat ketergantungan kawasan Desa Kandri berpengaruh langsung terhadap pola perubahan hidup masyarakat Desa Kandri Kata kunci: tingkat ketergantungan, tingkat pendapatan, pola perubahan hidup, desa kandri

Abstract

Keinginan berpindah merupakan sinyal awal terjadinya turnover di dalam organisasi. Karyawan berpikir untuk pindah kerja, maka mereka akan sibuk untuk mencari kesempatan kerja di luar dan secara aktif akan mencarinya, apabila mereka memperoleh kesempatan yang lebih baik mereka akan pindah kerja. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja  terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan Hotel Grand Candi Semarang. Sampel diambil dalam penelitian ini sebesar 69 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job insecurity, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja, dapat diartikan bahwa dengan meningkatknya job insecurity, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja maka akan semakin meningkatkan keinginan berpindah kerja di Hotel Grand Candi Semarang Kata Kunci : job insecurity, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja dan keinginan berpindah kerja

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji permasalahan tentang pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Agro Wisata Perkebunan Tlogo, Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif inferensial yaitu melakukan análisis hubungan antar variabel dengan pengujian hipotesis. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, kepustakaan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskripsi variabel, pengujian data, uji hipotesis dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan sudah menunjukkan hal positif yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen dapat diterima. Sebesar 61,1% kepuasan konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas. Sedangkan sisanya 38,9% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain di luar variabel kualitas pelayanandan fasilitas. Hanya saja pihak pengelola Agro Wisata Perkebunan Tlogo Kabupaten Semarang perlu memperhatikan dan meningkatkan lagi variabel fasilitas karena mempunyai pengaruh terbesar terhadap kepuasan konsumen dilihat dari koefisien regresinya, oleh sebab itu Pihak pengelola Agro Wisata Perkebunan Tlogo Kabupaten Semarang perlu memperbaiki indikator fasilitas yang masih kurang menurut jawaban responden seperti penyediaan tempat parkir yang luas dan aman serta kondisi lingkungan yang nyaman.

Abstract

The tourist attraction of Bukit Cinta is managed by the local government of the Semarang Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts made by the manager in increasing the satisfaction of visitors to Bukit Cinta tourism objects and to explain the strategies carried out by the managers in order to increase the number of visitors to Bukit Cinta tourism objects. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting in-depth interviews with managers, employees, customers, communities, and food stall owners. Abstract

MSMEs should have the resources to survive and develop in the long term. The resources required can be tangible or intangible resources. This research examines the influence of the owner's Intellectual Capital (IC) on the acquisition of resources which will then influence sustainable competitive advantage. The respondents used were MSMEs making wooden souvenirs from 7 cities, namely Surakarta, Sragen, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri, Klaten, Boyolali and Karanganyar. From the 120 MSMEs who were respondents, the results showed that Intellectual Capital had a significant effect on sustainable competitive advantage, Intellectual Capital had a significant effect on Resource Acquisition, Resource acquisition had a significant effect on sustainable competitive advantage, and Intellectual Capital (IC) through resource acquisition had no significant effect towards Sustainable Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

Tomato is currently one of the high economic value horticultural commodities and still requires serious treatment, especially in terms of increasing the yield and growth of tomatoes. This research will be carried out by Hospitality Laboratory in STIEPARI Semarang. The material used is tomato and sugar. The method used is making tomato dates, observing the deterioration kinetics of tomato candied quality, estimating shelf life of tomato sweets and adding sugar. The results of this study indicate that preservation of fresh tomatoes into tomato dates to increase the storability of plant foods (P <0.05). Vegetable food has a high fiber content so that the physical properties of plant foods, so that with a preservation system using sugar can increase the shelf life of vegetable products. Research result Based on the organoleptic results (color) of tomato dates presented in the table, it shows that tomato dates with the addition of sugar as much as T0 (0% Tomato Dates 0% Sugar), T1 (Tomato Dates 30% Sucrose) both were still in the like category, while T2 Tomato Dates were 30% Lactose) and T3 Tomato Dates 30% Fructose) both were in the very like category. Based on the organoleptic results (aroma) of tomato dates presented in the table, it shows that tomato dates with the addition of sugar as much as T0 (0% Tomato Dates 0% Sugar), T1 (Tomato Dates 30% Sucrose) and T2 (Tomato Dates 30% Lactose) are still in the category likes, while T3 Tomato Dates 30% Fructose) is in the very like category. While at T2 (30% Lactose Tomato Dates) showed liking, and T3 Tomato Dates 30% Fructose) showed very liking. While the formula T3 Tomato Dates 30% Fructose) which shows the category of very like. namely the addition of 40gr lactose as much as 84% while the lowest lactose content was the addition of 20gr lactose as much as 20gr.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk menganalisis kondisi pembelajaran PPKn dengan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknolgi dengan nama media aplikasi PeKa untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kewarganegaraan, dan menganalisis efektivitasnya. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melalui beberapa tahapan: 1) persiapan kegiatan; 2) pelaksanaan kegiatan; 3) evaluasi dan monitoring; dan 4) publikasi dan dokumentasi, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Kondisi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan yang berlangsung di sekolah menengah kejuruan saat ini masih perlu adanya pengembangan baik itu dalam materi, metode, media, sumber dan evaluasi. Media yang digunakan sebagai penunjang dalam model pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah Aplikasi PeKa, dan terbukti efektif dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi kewarganegaraan (Civic Knowledge, Civic Skill dan Civic Disposition) siswa. Sehingga media yang dikembangkan ini menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam pembelajaran PPKn dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kewarganegaraan.Abstract: The purpose of this community service activity is to analyze the condition of PPKn learning by developing technology-based learning media called PeKa application media to improve citizenship competency, and to analyze its effectiveness. The implementation of Community Service Activities goes through several stages: 1) preparation of activities; 2) implementation of activities; 3) evaluation and monitoring; and 4) publication and documentation. The results of the study show: The condition of Pancasila and Citizenship Education that is currently taking place in vocational high schools still needs development, both in terms of materials, methods, media, sources and evaluation. The media used as a support in the learning model used is the PeKa Application, and has proven to be effective and has a significant influence on students' citizenship competency (Civic Knowledge, Civic Skill and Civic Disposition). So that the media developed is one of the alternatives in PPKn learning in improving citizenship competency.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine how transformational leadership and employee empowerment can improve employee performance in four-star hotels in Central Java. Research Methodology: The research was conducted in four-star hotels in Central Java, involving a survey of 185 hotel employees selected through proportional random sampling. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) to explore the causal relationships between the study variables. Results: The study found that transformational leadership has a strong positive effect on employee empowerment. Additionally, employee empowerment positively influences employee performance. Transformational leadership also directly impacts employee performance in a positive manner. Furthermore, employee empowerment acts as a mediator between transformational leadership and employee performance, with a significant indirect effect. The proposed model exhibited strong predictive ability for both employee empowerment and employee performance. Overall, the relationships examined in the study were consistently positive and significant. Conclusion: The research concludes that both transformational leadership and employee empowerment are crucial for enhancing employee performance in the hotel industry. The interaction between these factors significantly contributes to better performance outcomes Limitations: A limitation of the study is that it focuses solely on four-star hotels in Central Java, which may not be generalizable to other types of hotels or regions. Contribution: This study contributes to the fields of management and hospitality by providing insights into how leadership styles and employee empowerment can work together to boost employee performance. It is valuable for hotel managers, HR professionals, and researchers interested in improving workplace dynamics and performance in the hospitality industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari e-service dan online review dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di era pandemic. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampe sebanyak 100 konsumen yang pernah membeli makanan di Pujasera Abadi Kabupaten Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental sampling yang dilakukan dengan memperoleh data dari sekumpulan populasi, lalu secara insidental atau secara kebetulan saja dengan tidak menggunakan perencanaan tertentu dan dipandang data yang diperoleh cocok sebagai sumber data. Data dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS 23 dengan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh hubungan variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Pujasera Abadi Kabupaten Semarang menampung 20 tenant yang menjual berbagai macam makanan sehari – hari. Lokasinya cukup mudah untuk didatangi akan tetapi karena maraknya persaingan usaha menjadi suatu perhatian besar bagi para penjual makan di pujasera kabupaten semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-Service dan Online Review secara bersama-sama dapat memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfication pelanggan di Pujasera Abadi Kabupaten Semarang
