Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah banyak dari para pemain yang belum bisa mengusai teknik dasar dribbling dengan baik dan masih kurang dalam hal menggiring bola sehingga perlu di berikan latihan Boomerang Run dan Slalom Dribbling Drills, tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latihan Boomerang Run dan Slalom Dribbling Drills dribbling terhadap kemampuan menggirig pada tim sepak bola PS Undikma Tahun 2024. penelitian ini menggunakan studi populasi karna di karenakan seluruh jumlah populasi akan di jadikan sampel sebanyak 18 orang, penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian one grup pretest dan posttest dsigen untuk memperoleh data dalam ini melakukan metode tes perbuatan sebagai metode pokok dan sebagai metode dokumentasi sebagai metode pelengkap sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik nilai t-hitung kelompok latihan boomerang run sebesar 6.568 dimana nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel sebesar 1.860 pada traf signifikan 5% dengan derajat kebebasan (df)N-1=8 sedangkan kelompok latihan slalom dribbling drill sebesar 4,840 dimana nilai t-hitung lebih besar daripada nilai t-tabel sebesar 1.860 pada traf signifikan 5% dengan derajat kebebasan (df) N-1=8 dari hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh latihan boomerang run dan slalom dribbling drill terhadap kemampuan dribble pada tim sepak bola PS Undikma. Tahun 2024.

Abstract

The background to this research is the lack of facilities and infrastructure, such as fields and balls for practice and the lack of support from Asprov itself for women's football. This research aims to find out how the achievement coaching management strategy is implemented at the Neo Angel women's soccer club, to find out whether internal and external factors influence the success of the achievement coaching management strategy at the Neo Angel women's soccer club, and to find out the impact of the achievement coaching management strategy on individual career development of female soccer players at the Neo Angel club. The research design used is a qualitative descriptive method. The instruments used are observation instruments, questionnaires and documentation. The population is the Neo Angel club, totaling 38 people, the sample is 16 people consisting of 3 managers, 3 coaches and 10 players. The data analysis technique used is data triangulation technique. Data analysis by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the strategy implemented by Neo Angel includes designing and developing a road map for player performance to improve club performance in the short and long term, as well as developing cooperation with sponsors and related parties. Internal factors that influence club performance, include clear and open communication with players and technical staff, close collaboration between club management and coaches. Meanwhile, external factors include adequate facilities and infrastructure, good relationships with sponsors and related parties. And the impact of implementing achievement training management strategies on the individual career development of female soccer players at the Neo Angel club, based on research results, shows that this strategy has a significant impact on the career development of individual players. Several players have had careers in the Indonesian Women's League and one of the players has been part of the Indonesian Women's National Team since 2019 until now.
