Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui keterampilan passing Latar belakang pada pemain M2 united tahun 2020 kota Bima, adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu kekurangan masih menggunakan model latihan passing secara konvensional, latihan secara terus menerus tanpa adanya variasi model latihan yang berbeda akan menimbulkan rasa yang membosankan, sering monoton, akurasi dan ketepatan passing, sehingga passing dapat dengan mudah di potong oleh lawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model latihan 4-1 menggunakan dua sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing pemain M2 united tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yaitu metode observasi, metode dokumentasi dan metode tes perbuatan. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan “One-Group Pretest-posttest Desaign” (tes awal dan tes akhir). Dalam peneliti menggunakan seluruh populasi untuk di jadikan sampel penelitian yaitu seluruh passing pemain M2 united tahun 2020, yang berjumlah 20 orang yang aktif, Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive Sampling. Dari hasil analisis data statistic Nilai thitung X (kelincahan) sebesar ­­7.595 nilai secara simultan antara Y dan X menarik kesimpulan analisis tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan jumlah sampel ( n – 1 ) yaitu 19 sebesar 1.729. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ‘’ada pengaruh model latihan 4-1 menggunakan dua sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing pemain M2 united tahun 2020’’. dilihat dari thitung > ttabel (­­7.595 > 1.729).” diterima

Abstract

Sepak bola adalah olahraga yang sangat popular di dunia, dengan tingkat resiko cedera yang sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis situasi, Pada liga 3 ASPROV NTB tahun 2023, Semua tim medis liga tersebut mencatat angka cedera ankle dialami oleh 55% dari total kejadian cedera atlet sepak bola. Metode ini dilaksanakan sesuai dengan solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang telah disepakati yaitu aspek Kesehatan, Sosialisasi, Pelatihan, Penerapan teknologi, Pendampingan dan evaluasi, Keberlanjutan program. Artikel ini menjelaskan bahwa Peran strategis Pada hasil pengabdian ini adalah agar para pelatih dan tim medis dapat mengaplikasikan konsep penangan pasca cidera, sehingga Meningkatnya keterampilan pelatih dan tim medis dalam melakukan identifikasi faktor resiko pasca cedera ankle kronis untuk meningkatkan prestasi atlet sepak. Abstract

NTB POPROV event January 17, 2022. The research method uses quantitative experiments, with a one group pretest posttest design. The entire population was used as a research sample, namely all PERBAKIN shooting athletes in NTB as many as 15 people. So this research is a population study research. The instrument uses (target paper). Data collection techniques using test methods, questionnaires or questionnaires, interviews, observations, rating scales or rating scales and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the T test assisted using the statistical product and Service Solution (SPSS 20) program. The average value of the results before being given arm muscle strengthening as a training model is 461.60 and after being given treatment with arm muscle strengthening as a training model 475.33, it means that the average mean value of arm muscle strengthening as a coordination-based 10 m air pistol shooting training model increases accuracy, there is an increase in shooting accuracy, the conclusion is an increase in shooting accuracy, meaning that arm muscle strengthening as a coordination-based 10 m air pistol shooting training model increases accuracy effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Fokus masalah penelitian ini adalah guru yang memberi pembelajaran secara monoton dalam latihan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui ada tau tidak Implementasi metode game approach terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepak bola pada siswa putra kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Alas Barat. Rancangan penelitian Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelasdengan dua siklus yang pada setiap siklusnya dalakukan dua kali pertemuan dengan alokasi waktu 90 menit setiap pertemuan. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah semua siswa kelas Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilaksanakan di lapangan pada siswa putra kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Alas Barat yang berjumla 33 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data secara statistik menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan prestasi hasil belajar siswa/siswi masih tergolong kategori rendah. Dari hasil data yang didapatkan pada siklus I nilai rata-tara siswa-siswi I dan disiklus II 72,49 ketuntasan di siklus I 57,57% dan pada siklus II 81,81%. Jadi hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah “Terdapat Peningkatan Hasil Pembelajaran menggiring Sepak Bola Melalui Implementasi metode game approach terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepak bola pada siswa putra kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Alas Barat. artinya hipotesis (H1) penelitian yang menyatakan adanya pengaruh peningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan, beberapa pemain SSB Lombok United mempunyai pengetahuan yang kurang latihan Man to Man Marking dan Zona Defense dalam olahraga sepak bola. Pengetahuan merupakan segala sesuatu yang merupakan pengalaman yang telah dicatat dalam otak maupun ingatan manusia. Akan tetapi, rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan pemain Sepak Bola SMPN 15 Mataram. Tujuan penelitian untuk Metode permainan man to man marking dan zona defense untuk meningkatkan vo2max SSB Lombok United. Rancangan Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian eksperimen semu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah "two groups pre-test-post-test design. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes bleep Maka sampel yang digunakan adalah pemain SSB Lombok United yang berjumlah 18 orang. Masing-masing umur 13-14 tahun dan berjenis kelamin laki-laki, dimana dibagi menjadi II (dua) kelompok 9 orang latihan Man to Man Marking dan 9 orang latihan Zona Defense. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis statistik maka Ada Metode permainan man to man marking dan zona defense untuk meningkatkan vo2max SSB Lombok United, yaitu sebesar pre-test 24,28 dan post-test 26.21, Ada pengaruh latihan Zona Defense terhadap peningkatan Vo2max, yaitu sebesar, pre-test zona defense = 23,86 dan pada post-test zona defense = 25,54. Ada perbedaan Metode permainan man to man marking dan zona defense untuk meningkatkan vo2max SSB Lombok United lebih efektif dan efesien.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Observasi yang dilakukan peneliti pada saat berlangsungnya Latihan di SSB Taruna Potu Dompu masih kurang baik dalam melakukan teknik khusunya passing-stopping. Tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh latihan sepak bola empat gawang terhadap keterampilan passing stopping pada SSB Taruna Potu Dompu Tahun 2025. Adapun rancangan penelitiannya adalah menggunakan One group pretest–posttest design ,dengan desain dengan metode eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan adalah adalah SSB Taruna Potu Dompu Tahun yang berjumlah 22 pemain,. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan studi populasi. Instrument tes menggunakan tes passing Modifikasi instrumen tes passing-stopping Vernon A. Crew oleh Jam. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Berdasarkan hasil output dengan menggunakan SPSS 16 bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil sebelum diberikan latihan sepak bola empat gawang adalah 7.3182 dan setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan latihan 9.1364 artinya bahwa nilai rata-rata ada Pengaruh latihan sepak bola empat gawang terhadap keterampilan passing stopping pada SSB Taruna Potu Dompu Tahun 2025, adanya peningkatan signifikan

Abstract

Physical Education (PJOK) learning in elementary schools often produces uneven results when relying on conventional media. This study aimed to test whether modified learning media improve learning outcomes compared to traditional media, assess the influence of learning motivation, and examine the interaction between the two. A 2×2 factorial quasi-experimental design was implemented with fifth-grade students, with two learning conditions (modified vs. conventional media) and two levels of motivation (high vs. low). Learning outcomes were comprehensively measured across cognitive (multiple-choice test), psychomotor (performance rubric), and affective (observation) domains, while motivation was measured using a questionnaire. A two-way ANOVA revealed a significant main effect of media: the modified media group outperformed the conventional group in all three domains. The main impact of motivation was also substantial, with highly motivated students achieving better. There was a media × motivation interaction: the superiority of modified media was most pronounced among highly motivated students, while providing a buffering effect for lower-motivated students. The findings were supported by game-based task design, audiovisual modeling, developmentally appropriate tool adaptations, teacher training, and safety procedures. It is concluded that when well designed and implemented, modified media is practical and feasible to improve the quality of PJOK learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Background: Motor competence is a key component of physical education, integrating motor skill proficiency and game understanding. However, instructional approaches often separate technical skill development from its contextual application, limiting students’ holistic competence development. Objectives: This study aimed to examine the preliminary effects of a field game-based learning approach on elementary school students’ motor competence. Methods: A pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was employed with 12 elementary school children. Motor skills were assessed using the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2), while game understanding was measured using the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). Data were analysed using paired-sample t-tests and Cohen’s d effect size. Results: The results indicated a statistically significant improvement in motor competence (t = 2.81, p = 0.017), with a large effect size (d = 0.81). Improvements were observed in both motor skill execution and decision-making aspects of game performance. Conclusion: Field game-based learning demonstrates potential as an integrative approach to enhancing motor competence by combining physical and cognitive learning components. However, given the pre-experimental design and small sample size, the findings should be interpreted as preliminary. Further research using more rigorous experimental designs is recommended.

Abstract

The background to this research is the lack of facilities and infrastructure, such as fields and balls for practice and the lack of support from Asprov itself for women's football. This research aims to find out how the achievement coaching management strategy is implemented at the Neo Angel women's soccer club, to find out whether internal and external factors influence the success of the achievement coaching management strategy at the Neo Angel women's soccer club, and to find out the impact of the achievement coaching management strategy on individual career development of female soccer players at the Neo Angel club. The research design used is a qualitative descriptive method. The instruments used are observation instruments, questionnaires and documentation. The population is the Neo Angel club, totaling 38 people, the sample is 16 people consisting of 3 managers, 3 coaches and 10 players. The data analysis technique used is data triangulation technique. Data analysis by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the strategy implemented by Neo Angel includes designing and developing a road map for player performance to improve club performance in the short and long term, as well as developing cooperation with sponsors and related parties. Internal factors that influence club performance, include clear and open communication with players and technical staff, close collaboration between club management and coaches. Meanwhile, external factors include adequate facilities and infrastructure, good relationships with sponsors and related parties. And the impact of implementing achievement training management strategies on the individual career development of female soccer players at the Neo Angel club, based on research results, shows that this strategy has a significant impact on the career development of individual players. Several players have had careers in the Indonesian Women's League and one of the players has been part of the Indonesian Women's National Team since 2019 until now.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the lack of interest of students in participating in physical education lessons students feel bored or fed up with the material taught by the teacher because the teacher only provides basic material without games. The aim to be achieved in this research is to improve service learning outcomes using Problem Based Introduction (PBI) learning volleyball for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 15 Mataram. The research method is classroom action research carried out in two cycle, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The population in this study were 11 students who were in class VIII at SMP Negeri 15 Mataramand the sample used in this study was purposive sampling because the sample chosen by the researcher specifically or deliberately chose one class based on the research objectives which were considered representative. The sample in this study was class VIII A students at SMP Negeri 15 Mataram. Data collection techniques were by observation and assessment of the results of learning to service volleyball. The data analysis technique used inthis result is descriptive qualitative with persentage results. Based on the result of data analysis in cycle I, it was found that 11 students (34.37%) had completedtheir studies and 21 students (65.62%) had not yet completed their studies and the result of the second cycle II test showed that 28 students (87.5%) had completed their studies and 4 students (12.5%) have not completed their studies.
