Abstract

The aims of this study is as basis for making policies and strategies that need to be taken to improve the quality of Baitul Arqam Program going forward. Baitul Arqam program that has been carried out so far has never been seen in measurable terms. There are three research designs in this study, namely 1) descriptive-qualitative research design, 2) survey research design and 3) CIPP evaluation research design. The result of this study are based on the result of the analysis of the questionnaire and interview, it can be concluded that the lecturers and employees who have participated in Baitul Arqam activities have good morals and high performance. Based on the result of the evaluation it can be concluded that, 1) Baitul arqam material should be made into one book and distributed to participants, 2) The material should also discuss matters related to prayer, organizing bodies, and other worship in accordance with the guidance of HPT, 3) The video interesting learning so that participants are more interested and focused, 4) Every lecturer and employee who has not yet followed the Baitul Arqam must participate in the activity, 5) There is a pre-test and post-test to measure the success of the participants, 6) the mandatory requirements of participants are declared to pass if they take Fathul Quthub and Tahajud Prayers, and follow the material for each session at a minimum 75%.

Abstract

Understanding adolescents' perspectives on mathematics anxiety is anticipated to be the most effective method of overcoming obstacles to learning in mathematics classes. This study investigated adolescents' perceptions of mathematics anxiety. Descriptive qualitative research methods were employed with high school students in the tenth-grade students at MA Al Mubarok Baturaja, Lampung Utara as participants. The research instrument was interviews, and data were collected through semi-structured face-to-face interviews. Thematic data analysis was the method of data analysis adopted in this investigation. The results showed that mathematics anxiety in adolescents is a physical and mental phenomenon that triggers self-protection mechanisms such as drowsiness. Despite being stressed by abstract material and rigid assessments, they are still able to maintain general self-confidence. Educators need to create an emotionally safe classroom atmosphere through a gamification approach and supportive feedback. In addition, providing coping strategies and a growth mindset is crucial for building resilience so that emotional obstacles do not hinder students' cognitive potential

Abstract

Design interactive worksheets based on Canva and Liveworksheets is the aim of this project to assist students in developing their social arithmetic problem-solving abilities. The research methodology employed was research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model, which comprises the phases of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants were seventh-grade students and a math teacher from SMP Negeri 5 Kotabumi, Lampung. Tests of problem solving skills, observations, interviews, and questionnaires were employed to gather both qualitative and quantitative data. Subject matter experts' validation assessment, which received a score of 0.84 (very valid), media experts' score of 0.90 (valid), and students' and instructors' practicality index scores of 0.80 (practical) and 0.90 (very practical) all demonstrate the study's findings. The effectiveness of the interactive worksheet developed can be seen based on the testing of the n-gain data hypothesis listed in the significance section (2-tailed), which is 0.0017. There is a difference in the improvement of problem solving skills for students who use interactive worksheets. The novelty of this research lies in the development of interactive worksheets based on the Canva and Liveworksheet digital platforms, which integrate visualization, direct interaction, and automatic feedback to improve students' problem solving skills in social arithmetic. Thus, these findings show that the worksheets are valid, practical, and effective in improving students' problem solving skills.

Abstract

Research on elementary mathematics education in the post pandemic period reflects changes in publication patterns and research topics. This study aims to analyze publication trends, institutional contributions, and forms of learning integration in elementary mathematics education research published between 2020 and 2025. The method employed is a bibliometric analysis of 921 Scopus-indexed articles using RStudio. The analysis covers annual publication trends, institutional productivity, authors’ geographical distribution, keyword-based thematic clusters, and citation patterns. The results show variations in annual publication output, with an increasing trend observed since 2023. Monash University and Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta are identified as the institutions with the highest publication output. Cluster analysis identifies three main thematic groups: student-oriented and numeracy-focused research, studies related to methodological approaches and teacher development, and research concerning pedagogy and curriculum. These findings describe the characteristics and thematic distribution of post pandemic research in elementary mathematics education.

Abstract

The low mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools remain a significant issue in education, often caused by the lack of engaging and effective instructional media that can enhance students' interest and understanding. The use of interactive digital media such as Wordwall is believed to offer an innovative alternative for improving learning quality. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Wordwall as an interactive learning medium in enhancing elementary school students' mathematics learning outcomes and to evaluate the factors influencing its success. A systematic literature review (SLR) method was employed by examining 2,530 articles obtained through Google Scholar within the 2020–2024 period, which were narrowed down to 10 primary articles for in-depth analysis. Thematic analysis was used to identify relevant findings and patterns. The results indicate that Wordwall significantly improves students' mathematics learning outcomes, simplifies abstract concepts, and encourages active student participation through engaging learning activities. The successful implementation of this media is influenced by teachers' skills in designing Wordwall-based learning activities, students' engagement levels, and the integration of the media into various instructional strategies. This study concludes by recommending Wordwall as an effective technology-based interactive learning medium to improve mathematics learning outcomes in elementary education, while emphasizing the importance of instructional design, teachers’ digital competencies, and students' characteristics.
