Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dilaksanakan secara formal (SMA) merupakan upaya membentuk warga negara dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan agama terutama dalam pembentukan karakter. Tujaun utama dari Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa SMA di Desa Mekar Sari Kecamatan Narmada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karakter untuk siswa SMA di Desa Mekar Sari dilakukan secara terorganisir melalui perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah hingga melibatkan semua guru dan elemen yang ada dilingkungan sekolah, harapannya supaya pengembangan karakter terhadap siswa SMA di Desa Mekar sari bisa memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Kesimpulannya, pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis pendidikan agama Islam di SMA Desa Mekar Sari, Kecamatan Narmada telah berjalan dengan baik berkat perencanaan yang matang, pelaksanaan yang terorganisir, serta dukungan dari seluruh elemen sekolah dan masyarakat. Namun, terdapat pula kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan waktu.

Community service carried out by the service team chose schools as targets for implementing activities. School selection is carried out through initial observations to find out the problems and appropriate solutions. This service activity takes the form of training in preparing Classroom Action Research (CAR). The activities carried out were not only limited to training, but the service team also provided assistance to Attohiriyah Bodak High School teachers, especially natural science subject teachers, namely physics, chemistry and biology teachers. The benchmark for the success of this activity is the participant's response and the follow-up provided after the training. Responses from teachers participating in training and mentoring. Most of them gave positive responses and stated that this activity was very useful for teachers in carrying out or creating scientific work

Community service activities are one of the lecturer's obligations as stated in the tridharma of higher education. The community partner chosen by this service team is the Attohiriyah Bodak High School teacher. This activity is carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The preparation stage was carried out to observe the problems faced by teachers at Attohiriyah Bodak High School, especially the problem of implementing learning and identifying the most effective problem solutions for solving problems. The problem that is resolved is the problem of less varied learning by providing training to teachers to carry out learning using the PjBL model. In the implementation phase, direct training was carried out in the application of the teaching aids-based PjBL learning model. The final stage carried out is the evaluation stage which aims to reflect on the service activities that have been carried out. This evaluation stage is in the form of the teacher's response after the service activity has been carried out, namely that the teacher is very enthusiastic about participating in this activity from start to finish.

This activity is a collaboration carried out with SMAN 5 Mataram. This study aims to assist teachers in increasing student motivation in the physics learning process. Thin film characteristics are the properties possessed by the thin film, both physical and chemical properties. The characteristics of this thin film are influenced by several factors, namely the material that makes up the thin film, the thin film deposition method, and the conditions of the thin film deposition process. This research aims to identify and analyze research trends in the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices. This research method is descriptive and analytical. The data used in this research was obtained from documents indexed by Google Scholar from 2015-2024 using Publish or Perish and Dimension.ai. Research procedures use PRISMA guidelines. The data identified and analyzed are the type of publication, publication source, and the title of research on thin film synthesis that is widely cited. The data analysis method uses bibliometric analysis assisted by VOSviewer software. The results of the analysis show that the trend of research on the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices indexed by Google Scholar from 2015 to 2024 experienced a fluctuating increase, however, in 2023 there was a decline in the trend of research on the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices. There are many documents in the form of articles, proceedings, book chapters, preprints, and edited books that discuss research into the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices. Key words that are often used in research on the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices are thin film coating, heat transfer characteristic, film characteristic, and photovoltaic characteristic.
