Abstract

Artikel jurnal ini menginvestigasi dampak globalisasi pada distribusi pendapatan, dengan fokus pada perbandingan antara negara maju dan berkembang. Pendekatan kajian komparatif digunakan untuk menganalisis bagaimana proses globalisasi telah mempengaruhi pola distribusi pendapatan di dua kelompok negara ini. Penelitian ini melibatkan analisis data ekonomi global untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan perubahan dalam distribusi pendapatan seiring dengan meningkatnya globalisasi. Faktor-faktor seperti perdagangan internasional, investasi asing, dan perkembangan teknologi dianggap sebagai variabel penting dalam memahami dampak globalisasi terhadap ketidaksetaraan ekonomi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa negara maju dan berkembang merespons globalisasi dengan cara yang berbeda terkait distribusi pendapatan. Sementara negara maju mungkin mengalami peningkatan kesenjangan pendapatan atau redistribusi internal, negara berkembang dapat menghadapi tantangan dalam mencapai inklusivitas ekonomi. Faktor internal seperti kebijakan pemerintah dan struktur ekonomi lokal juga diperhitungkan untuk memahami variasi dampak globalisasi. Artikel ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kompleksitas interaksi antara globalisasi dan distribusi pendapatan, menyoroti perbedaan kontekstual antara negara maju dan berkembang. Implikasi temuan penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam mengembangkan strategi ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif di tengah dinamika globalisasi. Sebagai hasilnya, artikel ini memiliki relevansi tinggi untuk pemahaman lebih baik tentang dampak globalisasi terhadap ketidaksetaraan ekonomi di tingkat global.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of the Implementation of the Supervisory System, the Components of the Supervision System and the Function of the Supervision System on Digital-Based Supervision in the North Toraja Regency Inspectorate. This type of research is quantitative research because it emphasizes more on the aspect of objectively measuring social phenomena. The object of this research is the North Toraja Inspectorate Office of South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study is all employees of the North Toraja Inspectorate Office of South Sulawesi Province. Based on data obtained from the Personnel Section, the total number of North Toraja Inspectorate Offices is 46 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses the saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are used as research samples, because the population is relatively small only 46 people, so the total sample in this study is 46 people who are used as respondents. The analysis method uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of the supervision system has a positive and significant effect on digital-based supervision, the better the implementation of the supervision system, the better the digital-based supervision; 2) The components of the supervision system also have a positive and significant effect on digital-based supervision, the better the components of the supervision system, the better the digital-based supervision;

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze strategies in increasing People's Business Credit. Type of Research is a Type of Qualitative Research. This research was conducted at Bank Sulsebar Mamasa Branch. Research data sources from primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis methods and SWOT analysis. The results of this study show that: The strategy in providing People's Business Credit in increasing customers is carried out by socializing to the public about the superior products of People's Business Credit, improving the process of providing People's Business Credit so that it is not slow in providing certainty in providing credit, selective in lending and providing assistance in business development for People's Business Credit debtors. Abstract

This study aims to understand the implementation of digital services by customers and agents, and to evaluate the effect of digital marketing usage on service quality at PT. Equity Life Indonesia Makassar branch. A qualitative approach with case study and descriptive research types was used through interviews with eight informants, including the support team, agents, and customers. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis used qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study show that PT. Equity Life Indonesia has provided digital services such as websites, My Elife, Online Chat WhatsApp, CMS applications for agents, and social media with features that can be used directly by agents and customers. Although many have used digital services, some agents and customers still prefer to get information directly from agents, support teams, and customer service. Agents use social media to prospect and recruit new agents, attract public attention by uploading superior products, proof of claim payments, rewards, agent contests, and other activities that help the company's branding. So, it can be concluded that PT. Equity Life Indonesia has provided comprehensive digital services, which can be accessed and used by agents and customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee performance improvement strategies at Bank Negara Indonesia Makale Branch Office. Data were obtained from primary and secondary data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research method used was qualitative using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the strength of employee performance lies in fulfilling the workload according to SOP and job description, a harmonious work environment, and adequate work facilities. However, there are several weaknesses such as delays in repairing work equipment, lack of human resources in customer service positions, and employees who are not domiciled in Makale. Opportunities in improving performance include employee motivation and career development, while threats include employees who are not domiciled in Makale and a lack of security personnel. Obstacles faced by employees include damaged work equipment, lack of human resources, and limited security personnel. Factors that support employee performance include fulfilling the workload, a harmonious work atmosphere, adequate work facilities, and employee motivation. It can be concluded that performance strengths must be maximized and must take advantage of opportunities so that performance continues to improve.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan membuktikan bahwa penerapan ilmu akuntansi dapat langsung diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan masyarakat, sehingga berdampak pada pengelolaan sampah dengan benar dan mendukung pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) dan pemasukan publik.Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dan metode ideal empiris untuk mengumpulkan data melalui percakapan serta riset kontribusi. Data utama yang diperoleh adalah observasi tepat serta percakapan dengan pemerintah kota terkait, penggiat sampah. Hasil yang digunakan dari berbagai referensi terpercaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya: 1) Audit kinerja instansi terkait; 2) Pengelolaan sampah di Kota Makassar; 3) Menyiapkan tempat pengumpulan sampah di masyarakat. Signifikansi riset ini diharapkan dapat memberikan saran bagi pemerintah untuk menerapkan tata kelola hijau menuju tata kelola yang baik, sehingga mengurangi biaya lingkungan, mendukung manfaat ekonomi daerah, dan mendukung pendapatan masyarakat.
