Abstract

Pakraman Panjer Village Market is the economic center of the Panjer traditional village located on Jalan Pakerisan Denpasar Bali. The results of the initial survey of 10 traders showed that the problem was that 50% of traders had low activity levels, 10% had a heavy physical appearance and tended to be obese, 50% were in the elderly category, 30% consumed foods high in cholesterol and carbohydrates/sugar, 10% were active smokers, 60% had a level of knowledge. low, 10% routinely carry out early examinations. This data shows that the targeted 100% health services/screening and early detection of NCD risk factors have not been achieved.The service method is in the form of counseling, training, empowerment, checking PTM (cholesterol, glucose, uric acid, blood pressure) for traders and market managers in Pakraman Panjer village. Partner's contribution as a role model through cadres formed for the sustainability of this Community Service activity.There was an increase in knowledge from 50 targets before and after counseling, namely 30 people (60%).  an increase in normal cholesterol in 8 people (16%) s, an increase in normal glucose in 8 people (16%), an increase in uric acid in 8 people (16%) and an increase in normal blood pressure in 13 people (26%) before and after coaching. As a result of coaching 10 market managers, there was an increase in their ability as instructors, namely 6 people (60%) to 9 people (90%).Extension workers formed from market managers carry out continuous guidance to traders and related agencies (puskesmas) provide assistance and supervision.Keywords:. Abstract

Based on data from the Department of Environment and Parks, the amount of waste in Badung Regency is 250 tons per day, to deal with the waste problem, the Badung Regency Government is one of its efforts to establish a waste bank, currently there are only 125 waste banks. This waste bank was formed in the banjar, village to schools and private institutions. Waste production in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency is 25 cubic feet per day, to handle this waste, one of the efforts is made by the Yoga Mesari waste bank, this waste bank serves a population of 7,602 people from 11 banjars in Mengwi Village with 2178 families.The priority problems that need to be solved are the level of community participation in the waste bank program is still lacking, the lack of waste sorting facilities and infrastructure in each household and the lack of weighing facilities in each householdThe method of service is by providing assistance to the community in the waste bank program. The measurement of the level of community participation was carried out before and after being given health education with the media booklet. This service activity is carried out within three months,The results of community service showed that there was an increase in community participation after assistance with booklet media in the good category from 35.50% to 49.50%. and the very good category from 21.50% to 44.00%.It is hoped that the management of the Yoga Mesari waste bank will continue to educate the public by using booklet media so that community participation continues to increase in the waste bank program and actively collects waste to members to provide better services.

Abstract

Clean and healthy living behavior in the market environment has a very important role in the health of the market, starting from the behavior of traders, visitors throwing garbage, washing hands, not smoking in public places, and throwing saliva indiscriminately. The traders' activities are so dense that physical activities such as sports are rarely carried out by traders, which is an indicator of clean and healthy living behavior.Health support services in the initial examination of blood glucose for traders, will provide information to traders in traditional markets. When blood glucose gives an indication of whether a person has diabetes mellitus or not, it needs further examination.Based on the identification of the problems mentioned above, the priority problems that need to be solved are the knowledge and behavior of traders regarding clean and healthy living behavior in the market environment, and the lack of physical activity of traders needs to be carried out with an initial blood sugar check whenThe service method is by providing health education on clean and healthy living behavior in the market environment through booklet media. Initial blood glucose checks for traders in market environments use the POCT (Point of Care Testing) method, this method is widely used because it is easy and practical, the results of blood glucose tests can also be known in seconds and requires a small sample.This community service activity was carried out within five months, starting from the initial data collection, health education on clean and healthy living behavior, blood sugar checks while and evaluation of activities.The results obtained from 80 traders examined found 74 people (92.5%) blood glucose levels ≤ 200 mg/dl and 6 people (7.5%) blood glucose levels 200 mg/dl. Henceforth, it is hoped that traders who have blood glucose levels of less than 200 mg/dl will continue to maintain their health by managing their diet and physical activity and carrying out further tests to ensure DM occurs. as well as market management officers who always provide education to traders through the media booklet that has been given.

Abstract

Increased blood glucose above normal is at risk of developing Diabetes Mellitus. Diabetes Mellitus is one of the five main chronic conditions that affect the elderly. This community service refers to Arilya's research (2022) entitled Description of blood glucose levels during menopause in Bitera Village, Gianyar District using the Point Of Care Testing (POCT) method. Based on the profile data from Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, the number of elderly residents is 1310 people with details of Br Delod Bale Agung 222, Br Alangkajeng 84, Br Pengiasan 98, Br. Lebah Pangkung 134, Br. Serangan 93, Br. Peregae 118, Br Pande 179, Br. Pandean 33, Br. Munggu 135, Br Gambang 105 and Br. Batu 109. The elderly's weekly activities are in the form of gymnastics. Based on the identification of the problems above, the priority of problems that need to be solved are random blood sugar examinations in the elderly and health education for the elderly for the prevention of DMThe community service method is to provide health education on the prevention of DM in the elderly with a lecture method using booklet media. Initial examination of random blood glucose for traders in the market environment using the POCT (Point of Care Testing) Method, this method is widely used because it is easy and practical, the results of blood glucose examinations can also be known in seconds and require a small sample.This community service activity will be carried out within five months, starting from the collection of initial data, health education on the prevention of DM, random blood sugar examinations and activity evaluations. The output of community service is one article in print/electronic mass media, activity videos; and increasing partner empowerment according to the problems faced, Intellectual property rights in the form of booklet media with a target achievement of 2024.The results of health services for random blood sugar examinations in the elderly ≤ 200 as many as 75 people (93.7%) more than 200 mg/dl as many as 5 people 6.3% with a high category. Abstract

The traditional market in Mengwi District is managed under the traditional village and is an asset for the customary village concerned. Traditional markets in Mengwi District include the Penarungan Traditional Village market, the Gulingan Traditional Village market, the Mengwi Traditional Village market, the Mengwitani Traditional Village Market, the Buduk Traditional Village Market, the Munggu Traditional Village Market and the Br Sayan Traditional Village Market. The products sold include meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, dry and wet food, ready-to-eat food, various snacks, ceremonial facilities and many more.The average number of visitors each day is estimated at around 150 to 500 visitors. Based on the results of observations made in traditional markets, the market health conditions are still poor, unhealthy market conditions will cause discomfort for visitors who come to the market.Priority problems that need to be resolved, knowledge and behavior of managers and traders about healthy markets need to be improved, arrangement of market bathrooms / toilets for both visitors and managers, handling market waste management and improving hand washing facilities are not yet available for managers and visitorsThe service method is by observing traditional markets in Mengwi District. Conducting an assessment prior to treatment service to the health level of traditional markets. After the dedication was carried out, an assessment was made of the health of the market. The target audience for managers, traders and visitors to traditional markets with work procedures. Before and after mentoring, healthy market infection was carried out using a form of the Indonesian Minister of Health No. 519 / Menkes / SK / VI / 2008 at traditional markets in Mengwi District.Community service activities are carried out within three months, starting from initial data collection, mentoring to healthy markets and evaluation of activities. Achievements of targets and outputs are in the form of booklets, IPR reports and scientific articles, for 2020 target output booklets, 2021 IPR for community service reports and scientific articles for 2021 output targets. . In addition to providing educational assistance to traders through booklet media, medical masks were also delivered in the context of implementing health protocols to traders in preventing the Covid-19 pandemic. Handover of portable sinks to educate traders and visitors to wash their hands at any time in the context of preventing Covid 19 and handing over trash cans for clean and healthy living habits for visitors, traders, and managers to create a healthy traditional market.
