Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of administrative services on community satisfaction at the Sorong Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. (2) The Effect of Employee Performance on Community Satisfaction at the Sorong Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. (3) The Effect of Administrative Services and Employee Performance on Community Satisfaction at the Sorong Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. This study uses descriptive and correlation methods using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the people of Sorong Regency, which amounted to 101 people. The data collection technique in this study used a probability sampling technique with the Slovin formula. The sample in this study amounted to 81 people. The results showed that (1) Administrative Services on Community Satisfaction at the Sorong Regency Population and Civil Registration Office obtained a significant value of 0.000 which was smaller than the 0.05

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keeratan hubungan analisis fundamental terhadap keputusan berinvestasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia Khususnya di Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan metode korelasi, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probabilitas (Purposive Sampling). Tempat penelitian adalah Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong. Sumber data didapat dari data sekunder berupa data investor Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong dan data primer berupa kuisioner dengan responden yang merupakan investor dari Galeri Investtasi Bursa Efek Indonesia Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial variabel Kinerja perusahaan berhubungan positive dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berinvestasi 7,958. Pada variabel analisis persaingan usaha berhubungan positive dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berinvestasi 5,933. pada variabel analisis industri berhubungan positive dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berinvestasi 6,946. Pada variabel analisis ekonomi berhubungan positive dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berinvestasi 5,719. Pada variabel pasar makro-mikro berhubungan positive dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berinvestasi 8,880. uji hipotesis secara simultan variabel kinerja perusahaan, analisis persaingan usaha, analisis industri, dan pasar makro-mikro berhubungan postif dan siginifikan terhadap keputusan berinvestasi sebesar hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi investor sebelum memutuskan dan berinvestasi saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Pelatihan dengan tema pengembangan santripreneur melalui pelatihan strategi pemasaran bolu kukus ubi ungu di Pondok Modern Al-Ghuroba Sorong. Pondok Pesantren Al-Ghuroba terletak di Sarana Pemukiman 2 (SP 2) Kabupaten Sorong. Pemberian wawasan kepada para santriwati untuk saat ini diperlukan, sehingga nantinya para santriwatri lebih kreatif dan menciptakan usaha serta menjadi pelaku Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM).  Satriwati saat ini kurang adanya dorongan untuk berprofesi menjadi wirausahawan, baik dorongan dari dalam diri sendiri dan dorongan dari luar. Satriwati belum melihat peluang yang ada, peluang dapat dikembangkan. Menggeluti profesi wirausaha harus selalu menciptakan sesuatu yang baru, maka harus terus melihat adanya peluang yang harus di kembangkandan harus terus berinovasi. Apalagi berhubungan dengan pemasaran, seorang pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) harus dapat memasarkan produk yang diproduksi sampai ketangan para pembeli dan calon konsumennya.  Strategi pemasaran dapat diterapkan menggunakan bauran pemasaran. Penerapan bauran pemasaran melalui strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi promosi , dan strategi tempat dapat diterapkan pada pemasaran bolu kukus ubi ungu. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan tentang strategi pemasaran para satriwatri memiliki motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik untuk terjun menjadi pelaku usaha dan nantinya dapat menggurangi tingkat penggaguran disekitarnya.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work involvement and morale on employee performance at the Sorong DAMRI Office. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods and correlations. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews with all employees of the Sorong DAMRI Office as many as 30 respondents using the Saturated Sampling Technique. This study uses the SPSS Version 25 application program for windows, the results of this study indicate that the variables of work involvement and morale on employee performance have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan keterampilan dalam pemasaran online menggunakan media sosial. Program diberikan kepada para pengrajin tas noken papua sehingga pendapatan tetap ada di saat pandemik sedang berlangsung dan para wisatawan yang berkunjung mengalami penurunan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di laksanakan di Kantor Kelurahan Dum Timur, Disrtrik Sorong Kepulauan - Kota Sorong Provinsi Papua Barat. Metode kegiatan diawali dengan ceramah, diskusi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktek, tanya jawab saat pelaksanaan praktek berlansung dan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan satu kali pertemuan. Luaran dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah para pengrajin tas noken mempunyai keterampilan tidak hanya memproduksi tetapi mempunyai keterampilan pemasaran online menggunakan platform e-commerce

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan literasi peran media sosial dalam mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pasca pandemic covid-19. Program diberikan kepada para pedagang dan pelaku bisnis yang tergabung menjadi anggota koperasi unit desa maupun tidak tergabung menjadi anggota koperasi unit desa yang melaksanakan kegiatan perekonomian disekitar Pasar Pagi Aimas. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di laksanakan di Kelurahan Malawele terletak di Distrik Aimas Kabupaten Sorong. Metode kegiatan diawali dengan ceramah tentang pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, metode setelah ceramah tentang ekonomi kreatif, peran media sosial dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, pencarian solusi masa pasca pandemi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan, tanya jawab, berbagi pengalaman berdagang dan menjadi pelaku bisnis di ssebelum pandemic dan disaat pandemic covid-19 sedang berlangsung. Abstract

This study aims to find out that Brand Image and Product Design have a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty of Celsius Products in Sorong City. This research includes descriptive research and surveys with quantitative data types. The data used in this study were customers / consumers of Celsius Sorong, which amounted to 80 people. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, with the independent variable being Brand Image as X1, Product Design as X2, and the bound variable being Customer Loyalty as the variable Y. The results of the hypothesis test for the partial test of the study showed that Brand Image did not have a positive influence but had a significant influence on Customer Loyalty, and Product Design had a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty Celsius products in Sorong City. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis test for the simultaneous test show that Brand Image and Product Design are also quite closely related to Customer Loyalty in Sorong City

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload on nurse burnout at the Sele Be Solu Regional General Hospital, Sorong City during the transition period of the endemic Covid-19 through role stress as an intermediary. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is all the nurses at the Sele Be Solu Regional General Hospital, Bandar Sorong, totaling 133 nurses. The number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of 5℅, thus obtaining a sample size of 100 nurses. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, then the data was processed using the SEM PLS program. The results of the research show that workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout of Nurses at the Sele Be Solu Regional General Hospital Sorong City, workload has a positive and significant effect on role stress for Nurses at the Sele Be Solu Regional General Hospital Sorong City, and role stress has a positive and significant effect. on the burnout of Nurses at the Sele Be Solu Regional General Hospital Sorong City, and role stress has a positive and significant influence on the influence of workload on the burnout of Nurses at the Sele Be Solu Regional General Hospital Sorong City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, clinic image and facilities on patient satisfaction at Kliik dr. Blonde. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation about patients seeking treatment or hospitalization at Dr. Ginting Clinic. A total of 40 respondents used simple random sampling techniques. This research uses SPSS application program version 20. The research results show that the variables Service Quality, Clinic Image and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. The results of this research can be used as reference material and increase the understanding of other researchers in the field of management, especially in the field of customer satisfaction that is influenced by service quality, brand image and availability of facilities.
