Abstract

The author conducted research with the aim of finding out how the Health Services Utilization of Participants in the Family Hope Program in the Work Area of the Wanaraya Health Center, West Kikim District, Lahat Regency. The type of research used by the author is a form of field research which is qualitative research. Data processing and analysis techniques using Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Verification and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the study explain that the Family Hope Program (PKH) is very helpful for underprivileged people in utilizing and using health facilities through the Wanaraya Health Center, West Kikim District, Lahat Regency. For people in the category of elderly, pregnant women and toddlers, they are required to check themselves regularly every month in the context of eradicating malnutrition/stunting at health service facilities, both direct health centers and posyandu-posyandu which are spread across 7 (seven) villages under the working area of the Wanaraya Health Center. Many people who use or take advantage of health services through the Family Hope Program (PKH), are more dominant in utilizing health service facilities for childbirth, while the use of other health service facilities is not dominant.

Abstract

PT Manggala is a mining service provider company operating in South Sumatra and East Kalimantan which are the two provinces that have the largest coal reserves in Indonesia. The large number of mining service provider companies has made competition as a mining service provider increasingly stringent. Therefore the author raises a research topic entitled "Application of the Seven- Box Preziosi Organizational Diagnostic Model to Develop the Organization of PT Manggala Site Muara Enim". The application of Preziosi's Seven-Box Organizational Diagnostic Model is a development of the Six-Box Weisbord Model (1976) with six variables namely Purpose, Structure, Relationship, Rewards, Leadership and Helpful Mechanism, each of which is divided into ten research indicators. Then added the seventh variable developed by Preziosi (1980), namely Attitude Toward Change which is divided into five indicators so that the total indicators in this study are sixty five. The results showed that the average achievement value of the Purpose Variable was 77%, Structure Variable was 72%, the Relationship Variable was 77%, the Reward Variable was 65.7%, the Leadership Variable was 74.7%, Helpful Mechanism Variable was 66.9%, and the Attitude Toward Change variable by 74%. All of the variable values need to be increased again by the company in order to improve the company's performance in order to maintain the company's competitive value as a provider of mining services, especially at the Muara Enim Site.

Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) termasuk salah satu organisasi pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Muara Enim yang mempunyai tugas membantu Kepala Daerah melaksanakan urusan pemerintahan daerah di bidang penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu khususnya penyelenggaraan pelayanan administrasi perizinan. Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah terjadi penurunan yang drastis pada tahun 2023 dimana realisasi investasi di Kabupaten Muara Enim tidak bisa melampaui target yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor penghambat terjadinya hal tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu yang berjumlah 26 Orang untuk dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Model Weisbord. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian dapat membantu mengetahui dan menganalisis pengembangan organisasi dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Masa Kerja, dan Rekrutmen secara bersama-sama terhadap Analisa Jabatan pada Kantor Camat Ujan Mas Kabupaten Muara Enim baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan responden yaitu Pegawai Kantor Camat Ujan Mas Kabupaten Muara Enim yang berjumlah sebanyak 38 orang responden. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu program SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) versi 26. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan, Pelatihan, dan Masa Kerja terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Analisa Jabatan. Sedangakan Rekrutmen tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Analisa Jabatan pada Kantor Camat Ujan Mas Kabupaten Muara Enim.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, workload, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Tebing Tinggi District Office, Empat Lawang Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests (t-test, f-test, coefficient of determination). Based on the results of primary data regression processed using SPSS 24, the following multiple linear regression equations are obtained: Y = 7.411 + 0.239 X1+ 0.201 X2+ 0.266 X3+0.743 X4 + e. Partially, the Work Environment Variable ( X 1 ) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance due to the significance value of the variable X 1 0.009 which is less than 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, The Workload variable ( X2 ) shows a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Because the significance value of the variable X2 is 0.016 which is smaller than 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The Work Discipline variable ( X3 ) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, because the significance value of the variable X3 is 0.004 which is smaller than 0.05 , then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The Work Motivation variable ( X4 ) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, because the significance value of the variable X4 is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Simultaneously, the four Independent variables ( Work Environment, Workload, Work Discipline and Work Motivation ) together have a significant influence on Employee Performance with an F value of 22.632 and a significance of .000. The determination coefficient R2 of 0.673 or 67.3% states that the influence of the work environment (X1 ) , workload (X2) , work discipline (X3 ) and work motivation (X4 ) together on the employee performance variable (Y) is 67.3% while the remaining 32.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Pekerjaan itu sendiri, Tanggung Jawab, Peningkatan Prestasi dan Penghargaan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Empat Lawang. terdapat empat variabel bebas yaitu Pekerjaan itu sendiri (X1),Tanggung Jawab (X2), Peningkatan Prestasi (X3), dan Penghargaan (X4) yang akan di uji pengaruhnya terhadap variabel terikat (Y) yaitu Motivasi Kerja. Metode Penilitian yang dipakai adalah Kuantitatif, dengan melakukan pengujian Validitas, Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, dan Uji Hipotesis statistik, Uji f dan Uji t serta, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil analisis Regresi Linear Berganda di dapatkan Ŷ = 23,209 + 0,086X1 + 0,028X2 + 0,395X3 + 0,202X4 + e, secara parsial Variabel-variabel yang di uji yaitu Pekerjaan itu sendiri (X1),Tanggung Jawab (X2), Peningkatan Prestasi (X3), dan Penghargaan (X4) memiliki pengaruh Positif terhadap Motivasi kerja dengan Nilai Signifikasi dibawah 0,05. Secara bersama-sama keempat Variabel yang diuji dengan Uji F di dapati F hitung sebesar 795.882, dengan Nilai Signifikasi dibawah 0,05 yaitu 0,00. dengan kata lain secara simultan(bersama-sama) mempengaruhi Motivasi kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of HR planning, work climate, Punishment and Reward individually and together on the work spirit of employees of the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency of Empat Lawang Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality testing using validity tests, reliability tests and normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests and coefficients of determination. The results of the analysis obtained HR planning, work climate, Punishment and Reward have a significant effect individually and together on the work spirit of employees of the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency of Empat Lawang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of digital marketing and brand image in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs among Generation Z at Pondok Jawi Restaurant, Lahat. The results showed that (1) digital marketing has a significant partial effect on competitiveness, as evidenced by the calculated t value > t table (7.250 > 1.989). (2) brand image has a significant partial effect on competitiveness, as evidenced by the calculated t value > t table (3.298 > 1.989). (3) digital marketing and brand image have a significant simultaneous effect on competitiveness, as evidenced by the calculated f value > f table (61.564 > 3.956), with a significance value lower than the significance level (a) of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of guidance and supervision on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office (DUKCAPIL) of Lahat Regency. The variables in this study are guidance (X1), supervision (X2), and performance (Y). The data analysis methods used are Instrument Testing (Reliability Test, Validity Test), Classical Assumption Testing (Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Determination Coefficient Test. The results of the study show that (1) Coaching has a significant partial effect on Employee Performance, as can be seen from the t-value > t-table (6.208 > 2.010). (2) Supervision has a significant partial effect on Employee Performance, as seen from the t-value > t-table (2.944 > 2.010). (3) Coaching and supervision have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance, as seen from the calculated f value > table f value (79.933 > 4.038) and the significance value is smaller than the significance level (a) 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).
