Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study about the effect of leadership, motivation and intellectual ability to employee performance areas offices of National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province. The analysis showed leadership (X1), motivation (X2) and the ability of intelligentsia (X3) jointly affect employee performance (Y) of 97.4%, while the remaining 2.6% is explained by other factors not examined. Results obtained from the regression equation y = 4.722 + 0.905 + 0.595 X1 + 0.546 X2 + X3 e. From the results of hypothesis testing, to test F can be concluded that there is a significant effect of leadership (X1), motivation (X2) and intellectual ability (X3) jointly to employee performance (Y) Office of the National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province. As for the test T can be concluded that there is a significant effect of leadership (X1), motivation (X2) and intellectual ability (X3) partially to employee performance (Y) Office of the National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province.Keywords : leadership, motivation, intellectual ability, employee’s performance

Abstract

Human Capital Management  argues that sustainable profit generated when a company provides products and services that meet customer needs better than competitors do. In other words, it will be achieved if the company has a competitive advantage. Efforts to maintain a competitive edge should be at all times so that the competency or corporate activity and superior rated best by customers compared to competitors, both in view of existing customers, and potential customers. Human capital management is a system to improve the performance of their important role in a company and a major impact on corporate competencies. The blueprint for creating a sustainable competitive advantage should focus on improving performance in implementing key role to enhance the core capabilities. The company creates sustainable competitive advantage through high-quality human resources and organizational capabilities through human capital. The four components that make up the human capital strategy, namely (1) the effective executive team, (2) Leaders who deliver results, (3) key position excellence, (4) Fleet Performance Work. If the performance of each component of the strategy is exellent, the organization will have a sustainable Competitive advantage. To perform the four components of the strategy the company needs to have (1) sufficient organizational capability to deliver the strategy, (2) The definition of success in business, (3) an integrated process improvement, (4) measurement and management disciplines. Key Words : Human Capital Management, Competitive advantage

Abstract

The competition of cellular operators in fighting over consumers in order to maintain market share will be expected to occur continuously in the future. In the era of globalization, many new industries have emerged, but many companies have closed. Therefore, to maintain its existence the company must have good marketing. Marketing is the most important factor to increase product sales. One of the strategies is to carry out promotional activities for their products. This mix is ​​the most appropriate way according to management will meet the needs of the target market as a whole. The promotion mix includes, advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, and direct marketing. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix variable on purchasing decisions at PT XL Axiata Tbk in Palembang City. The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by non-probability sampling technique with sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. The results obtained that the most dominant independent variable influencing the decision to use the XL card (Y) in the city of Palembang is the sales promotion variable (X3) seen by the largest regression coefficient value.

Abstract

This study aims to influence work motivation, organizational climate, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence on teacher achievement at SMP Negeri 5 Muara Enim. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data in this study used primary data using research data collection techniques and questionnaires. The research used a survey method, the research respondents were some 35 teachers. Questionnaire instruments regarding work performance as related variables, division of tasks, coaching, work skills and organizational commitment as independent variables and analysis tools using multiple regression. From the results of the study it was found that the influence of work motivation, organizational climate, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence partially has a significant influence on work performance. Coaching partially has a significant effect on work performance. Organizational climate partially has a significant influence on achievement. Intellectual intelligence commitment, emotional intelligence partially and correlation have a significant effect on teacher achievement at SMP Negeri 5 Muara Enim

This study aims to determine the influence of human resources, supervision and career development on the work performance of employees of the West Merapi sub-district office, Lahat district. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data in this study used primary data using research data collection techniques and questionnaires. The research used a survey method, the research respondents were some 35 employees. Questionnaire instruments regarding Work Performance as related variables, Human Resources, Supervision and Career Development as independent variables and analysis tools using multiple linear regression. From the results of the study it was found that 1. The Human Resources Variable partially has a significant effect on Work Performance 2. The Supervisory Variable partially has a significant effect on Work Achievement 3. Career Development Variable partially has a significant effect on Job Performance at West Merapi District Office Employees Lahat District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work performance, education, training, and competence on career development at the Tebing Tinggi sub-district office, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses quantitative research methods with respondents, namely employees of the Tebing Tinggi Sub-district Office, Empat Lawang Regency, a total of 33 respondents. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program. The results of the research show that work performance, education, training, and competence have proven to have a significant effect on employee career development at the Tebing Tinggi sub-district office, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The author conducted research at Public Relations Hospital Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain Research with the aim of Knowing and Analyzing the Public Relations Strategy of RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain in Improving the Quality of Public Services and to Know and Analyze the Challenges and Obstacles of Public Relations of RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain in Improving the Quality of Public Services. The type of research used by the author in this research is field research using a qualitative approach, namely a research approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the objects or subjects observed from which conclusions are then drawn. Researchers try to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects and conduct studies on field studies. Qualitative research is also a form of research that aims to describe existing problems that occur in the research object. Public Relations Strategy of RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain In Improving the Quality of Public Services, namely: Growing public awareness of the products and services provided. Build public trust in the image of the Hospital or the benefits of the products and services offered. Encouraging enthusiasm for understanding the uses and benefits of a product and services provided. Reducing promotional costs for commercial costs, both in electronic media and print media and so on in order to achieve cost efficiency. Commitment to improving service to consumers, including the costs of resolving complaints and so on in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Continuously communicate through public relations media about activities and work programs related to social care, in order to achieve positive publications in the eyes of the community/public. Building and maintaining the image of the hospital or its products and services, both in terms of quantity and quality of services provided to consumers and working proactively to deal with negative events that may arise in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap KinerjaPegawai dengan Motivasi kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan CukaiPalembang baik secara langsung Maupun secara tidak langsung, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai NegeriSipil Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Palembang, yang berjumlah 114 orang, Pada penelitian kali inipeneliti menggunakan simple random sampling. Maka dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitusebanyak 53 Pegawai sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah denganmenggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang dioperasikan melalui program Partial LeastSquare (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, variabel Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi kerja,variabel Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi kerja, variabel Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja, variabelFasilitas Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja, variabel Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja, variabel Pelatihanberpengaruh terhadap Kinerja dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel Intervening, variabel Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruhterhadap Kinerja dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel Intervening.
