Abstract

One of the breeders that is developing in Indonesia is broiler breeders. Many broiler chicken breeders still use artificial or manual feeding methods. This method is less effective and less efficient, besides that it also requires a lot of human resources. Based on the problems that have been explained, automatic feeding is needed so researchers are interested in creating automatic feeding for livestock chickens. This final project aims to build an Arduino-based automatic feeding system for livestock chickens. The research results are in the form of an automatic feeding device equipped with notification via telegram when the remaining feed is at a predetermined limit. As for the results of the sensor and NodeMCU testing that was carried out, a score of 75% was obtained in the feasible category.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a website-based application that makes it possible to automatically verify the identity of participants in video conferences using facial recognition technology. This application was created to make the participant identification process easier compared to conventional methods which often take longer. The process of creating this application includes several stages, namely literature study to understand relevant technology, user interface design, application design, implementation of the face recognition feature, and application testing using black box and questionnaire methods. Based on the results of this research, the results obtained show that this application is able to verify participant identity automatically through its facial recognition feature and shortens the time for verifying participants. This was obtained through tests that have been carried out with various scenarios to ensure its performance. Testing was carried out with several participants and different conditions, such as the use of face masks and filters, low video quality, and inappropriate participant faces.

Abstract

Cloud computing provides great benefits such as operational efficiency, flexibility, and cost savings. However, this technology also presents serious legal challenges related to personal data protection. This research explores the challenges of implementing personal data protection regulations in Indonesia, such as cross-border jurisdictional issues, unclear responsibilities between users and service providers, and weak compliance monitoring and auditing. In addition, the study found a lack of transparency in data management by cloud service providers, a lack of user education about data security, and the importance of harmonization of regulations at the international level. This study recommends increased collaboration between the government, the private sector, and technology experts, as well as the strengthening of law enforcement mechanisms to ensure optimal protection of personal data in the use of cloud computing.

Abstract

Pengenalan wajah adalah salah satu penelitian yang banyak diminati komunitas peneliti.  Secara umum, pengenalan wajah melewati proses pre-processing wajah, ekstraksi wajah, klasifikasi wajah, dan rekognisi wajah. Penelitian ini menawarkan nilai parameter cliplimit yang optimal untuk meningkatkan akurasi pengenalan wajah pada video CCTV, karena sampai saat ini nilai cliplimit yang digunakan secara default adalah 0,01 dan belum tentu sesuai dengan kontras data uji setiap penelitian. Tantangan pada penelitian ini adalah data latih dan data uji yang berbeda dari resolusi citra sampai environment, dengan demikian tahap pre-processing sangat diperhatikan untuk dapat menghasilkan citra yang baik dari segi kontras sehingga fitur-fitur wajah dapat diekstraksi dengan baik. Akurasi yang diperoleh menggunakan nilai cliplimit secara default lebih rendah 12,25% dari nilai cliplimit yang diusulkan yaitu 0,005. Sehingga nilai cliplimit yang diusulkan dapat digunakan untuk pengenalan wajah pada video CCTV dengan resolusi citra 96 x 96 dpi. Kata Kunci— CLAHE, Cliplimit, Pengenalan Wajah, Video CCTV.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept to integrate and connect all electronic devices using the internet network, so that they can develop such as smart homes, smart buildings, and more complex ones, such as smart cities. The purpose of this research is to design a monitoring system for air temperature and humidity using NodeMCU as a controller with DHT11, DHT22 sensors and a monitoring system using a web-based platform. This system integrates internet and cellular communication which will be sent via a microcontroller to the website so that it can be monitored remotely and as a backup line when the internet connection is having problems, researchers can view data via cellular or SMS. As result, Where after designing and testing the tool, the two sensors can function properly by displaying results that are not much different from monitoring using conventional methods. Abstract

Motorcycle theft continues to rise in various regions, highlighting the need for more reliable security systems. Conventional protection methods, such as double locks or standard alarms, have proven to be vulnerable and insufficient. This research aims to design and implement a motorcycle security system based on WiFi MAC address authentication from the owner's smartphone. The system is built using the ESP8266 microcontroller, which scans nearby devices and matches their MAC addresses against a pre-registered list. If a match is found, the vehicle is allowed to start. In addition to authentication, the system is equipped with a vibration sensor to detect suspicious activity when the motorcycle is in an OFF state. Test results indicate that the system can effectively distinguish between authorized and unauthorized devices, and responds accurately and promptly under various test conditions

Abstract

Minimnya pemahaman anak usia dini terhadap anatomi tubuh masih menjadi tantangan di sejumlah lembaga PAUD, termasuk TK Aisyiyah 1 Tidung. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah metode pembelajaran yang masih bersifat konvensional dan kurang menarik bagi anak-anak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan pendekatan pembelajaran interaktif berbasis teknologi robotik sebagai media bantu dalam mengenalkan konsep dasar anatomi dan pentingnya menjaga privasi tubuh. Kegiatan diawali dengan observasi dan diskusi bersama pihak sekolah, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perancangan media pembelajaran berbasis robot dengan simulasi interaktif. Setelah diterapkan, siswa menunjukkan antusiasme yang lebih tinggi dan lebih mudah memahami bagian-bagian tubuh serta perbedaan jenis kelamin secara sederhana dan sesuai usia. Penggunaan media robotika dalam pembelajaran di TK terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman anak terhadap materi yang diajarkan serta mendorong proses belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan interaktif. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman peserta meningkat dari 17% pada pre-test menjadi 92% pada post-test.
