Abstract

Setiap organisasi membutuhkan karyawan yang memiliki komitmen tinggi untuk menjalankan kegiatannya dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dengan adanya komitmen yang tinggi, seorang karyawan akan mencintai pekerjaannya dan mampu bekerja dengan rasa penuh tanggung jawab. Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Maluku adalah sebuah lembaga pemerintahan yang sangat mengutamakan komitmen dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas pokok lembaga itu sendiri. Meyer dan Allen (1997) merumuskan suatu definisi mengenai komitmen dalam berorganisasi sebagai suatu konstruk psikologis yang merupakan karakteristik hubungan anggota organisasi dengan organisasinya, dan memiliki implikasi terhadap keputusan individu untuk melanjutkan keanggotaannya dalam berorganisasi. Penelitian yang di lakukan pada Dinas Perindustian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Maluku di Bagian Tata Usaha, ini, bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat komitmen organisasi karyawan yang meliputi tiga karakteristik komitmen organisasi yaitu affective commitment, continuance commitment dan normative commitment, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 48 karyawan. Berdasarkan pembahasan secara umum yang ada terlihat bahwa hasil perhitungan mean masing-masing komponen atau aspek komitmen organisasi yang diteliti, maka dapat dijelaskan bahwa aspek affective commitment dan normative commitment mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi karyawan di Dinas Perindustian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Maluku di Bagian Tata Usaha, karena kedua aspek tesebut memiliki nilai rata-rata (mean 3,94) untuk aspek affective commitment 3,90 untuk aspek normative commitment yang perbedaan nya sangat kecil yaitu 0.04. apabila dibandingkan dengan kedua aspek komitmen lainnya yakni continuance commitment (mean 3,48).

Abstract

This study aims to investigate empirically the difference in the perception of internet infidelity between married people and those who are still dating. There were 62 respondents who had filled out the research questionnaire, but only 58 of them were eligible to be processed. Hypothesis testing using the Manova test. Based on the results of quantitative data processing using SPSS, it can be seen that this study failed to confirm the difference in the perception of internet infidelity between married people and those who were still dating. Keywords: Internet Infidelity, Intimate Action, Non-Intimate Action, Marital Status.

Abstract

Abstrak, Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dikategorikan sebagai masa remaja. Remaja akan melalui tahapan perkembangan yang mempengaruhi setiapa aspek kehidupan dari remaja tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi tugas-tugas perkembangan remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa variable tunggal yaitu identifikasi tugas perkembangan siswa. Sampel yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang, dengan menggunakan random sampling sebagai teknik pengumpulan sampel. Data yang diambil dengan menggunakan Inventory Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) yang terdiri dari 10 aspek perkembangan siswa SMP. Data yang sudah terkumpul, dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Analisis Tugas Perkembangan (ATP) berbasis komputerisasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa siswa SMP Negeri 10 Ambon mampu untuk menjalin persahabatan dan membina hubungan harmonis dengan orang lain, menghargai nilai-nilai persahabatan, serta mampu berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Ini nampak pada tingginya nilai pada aspek peran social. Namun disisi lain, mereka masih kurang mampu dalam menerapkan ajaran agama di dalam persahabatan dan hubungan sosial mereka Keyword : Remaja, Tugas Perkembangan, Siswa SMP

Abstract

The aimed of this study is to determine gratitude index on secondary school students who study in Ambon during pandemic COVID-19. Gratitude in this article described as an emotion, moral factor and virtue in person (Emmons & McCullough, 2003). This research was administered among 185 students from eleven Secondary School in Ambon, used adaptation of 6 item The Gratitude Questionnaire-Six-Item Form (GQ-6). The result showed that students in secondary school scored low in Gratitude scale. Furthermore, the scale showed that the students have higher score on affective traits, meanwhile scored low on emphatic skills

Abstract

This study specifically wants to see patterns of interaction between students and lecturers after the Covid-19 pandemic has subsided. The study employs a qualitative method. Researchers used data collection methods, namely observation and interviews. Analyzing data in qualitative research is in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are as follows: 1) lecturers must remind students of the values ​​and norms that must be adhered to in interactions, 2) there is a cultural commotion between students, 3) adjustment of media and interaction tools between lecturers and students, 4) there are dynamics of social relations between students and between lecturers and students, 5) social interaction can be done anywhere.

Abstract

COVID-19, which has plagued the world since 2020, has brought changes in the order of human life globally, and ultimately has an impact on the psychological state of individuals, including teenagers. The aim of this study is to find the differences between students’ gratitude score before and after the implementation of writing gratitude journal regularly. Participants on this study was 20 adolescents in Ambon City Maluku Indonesia, consists of 6 boys and 14 girls. The participants age was between 15-16 years old. Quantitative Method with experimental design used in this study. From the results, it was found that the significant value in the table paired samples correlations was 0.418, meaning that there are relationship between the results of the pre-test and post-test because the value was > sig. 0.05. Although the increase in the value of gratitude among adolescents in Ambon is not too large and increases their classification to be included in the criteria for groups that have sufficient gratitude scores, the important thing explained in implementing gratitude education actually lies in its aim to inspire students that it is important to be grateful in all circumstances. and it's not just about saying thank you or showing grateful behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of school dropouts in Sepa State, Amahai District, and Central Maluku Regency. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Respondents in this study were school dropouts in Amahai village, which were taken using a purpose sampling technique. Data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques and data analysis used is an interactive model. Test the validity of the data using the principle of data triangulation. The results of this study describe students who make decisions not to go to school or drop out of school because of 4 main motives, namely anxiety and concerns of the subject while studying, not having motivation or encouragement in themselves, weak thinking skills, and lack of parental attention.

Abstract

In the second year of research (2021), researchers using regular gratitude journal writing have increased the mean pre-test and post-test scores with a total mean post test score of 36.00 which is greater than the mean pre-test score, namely 31.83 of the total score. 42. Then a gratitude learning module was created which could have an impact on other variables, namely the variable of self-acceptance. The researcher took the same population and subjects as in the previous research using a saturated sample technique which took the entire population of students in class XI and to see the linear relationship of the two variables. The results of the hypothesis test show a significant influence between learning to be grateful and students' self-acceptance if seenin class_gratitude 1 (low group), gratitude learning did not significantly influence performance (p<0.05) with Sig. = 0.084. Meanwhile, in class_Gratitude 2 (high group), learning to be grateful has a significant effect on performance (p<0.05) with a Sig. = 0.018. From the results it can be seen that there is actually an influence between Appreciative Learning and Student Self-Acceptance.

Abstract

Abstract The phenomenon in the field is that there are various indisciplines of students who like to ignore their studies at school and homework. Discipline is an element of a person's morality that emphasizes rules and regulations in the principles of order, giving orders, prohibitions, praise, and punishment with authority or coercion to achieve good conditions. Students who lack discipline can be overcome by providing group counseling services with self-management techniques. This research aims to determine the effect of self-management technical group counseling services on student discipline at Junior high school. The approach to this research uses quantitative research methods with a one- group pre-test and post-test design with a research sample of 10 respondents who are class VIII students at Junior high school. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the pre-test before being given treatment was 60.00% while the increase after being given treatment was 80.20%. So between the pre-test and post-test, the average value (Mean) is 20.200%. The Paired Sample t-test test has a significant value of 0.000, which means 0.00 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha. accepted.
