Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana nilai sosial yang ada pada cerita rakyat Situ Gede dan implementasinya sebagai bahan ajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMP. Pisau bedah yang digunakan yaitu sosiologi sastra. Sumber data yang peneliti pilih berdasarkan informasi dari pihak pemerintah setempat yaitu kasepuhan dari masyarakat setempat selain itu peneliti juga crosscek dengan cerita rakyat yang tersebar di internet. Penelitian ini berurut mulai dari tataran nontekstual dan tekstual berupa data dalam cerita rakyat yang disajikan. Selanjutnya peneliti tampilkan data berupa sejarah sosial masyarakat Situ Gede, terakhir peneliti mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai sosial yang dapat dijadikan acuan sebagai arahan, masukan, dan bahan introspeksi pada generasi saat ini. Hasil analisis selanjutnya penulis sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan bahan ajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Sekolah Menengah Pertama berdasarkan kriteria bahan ajar sastra. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cerita rakyat Situ Gede memiliki nilai religi, nilai kepercayaan, dan nilai pendidikan moral. Nilai religi yang terdapat dalam cerita Situ Gede yaitu adanya kebiasaan Prabu Ardilaya dalam mencari ilmu yaitu berpindah dari satu tempat ke tempat lain. Nilai kepercayaan terdapat dalam cerita Situ Gede karena adanya kepercayaan terhadap hal-hal yang dianggap kekuatan gaib yaitu adanya ilmu batin yang dipercaya sebagai sesuatu hal yang dapat menjaga diri dan nilai pendidikan moral dalam cerita Situ Gede yaitu pantang menyerah, bertanggung jawab, bekerja keras, berhati-hati dan penolong.

Abstract

There are still many online news portals that make writing errors, not only in terms of spelling, but also in terms of morphology, syntax and semantics. The goal of this language mistake analysis is to analyze and repair phonological, morphological, syntactic, and semantic faults found on instructional pages of the Radar Tasikmalaya news site. The researcher employed a descriptive analytic method. The research methods employed in this study were observation, interviews, and literature studies, which involved reviewing all of the books, articles, notes, and reports that had anything to do with the issue being addressed. By performing numerous steps in the study process, including: (1) gathering data, (2) describing the data, (3) evaluating the data, and (4) drawing conclusions. The findings of a language mistake study for the Radar Tasikmalaya news portal's edition can be concluded that there are forms of language errors in the fields of phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantics. In linguistic-morphological category errors there are errors in affixation. Syntactic errors consist of errors in sentence construction. There are also semantic errors consisting of errors in the meaning of sentences that can make the reader misinterpret the sentence. Then there are errors in the use of spelling or phonology, these spelling errors consist of writing errors in the use of punctuation marks, especially in writing academic degrees, using standard words, writing foreign terms, and writing capital letters.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the suitability of texts, especially linguistic rules, contained in textbooks with the criteria for selecting teaching materials. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with library study research techniques and discourse analysis techniques. The object analyzed is the linguistic rules in the 2017 Revised Edition of the Indonesian language textbook published by the Ministry of Education and Culture for classes VII, VIII and IX at junior high school level. The results of the research show that the linguistic rules contained in the textbook are in accordance with the criteria for selecting teaching materials. In detail, the suitability of linguistic rules in course book is as follows. (1) Based on relevance criteria, the linguistic rules in course book are of very good quality level. This means that the language rules in the course book are in accordance with the language rules contained in the 2013 Curriculum Basic Competencies. (2) Based on the criteria for consistency of language rules in the course book, including a consistently good quality level. This means that the language rules contained in textbooks can reach KD in the 2013 Curriculum because they contain knowledge and skills. Knowledge in the form of linguistic theory. Skills in the form of practice or training to apply knowledge. (3) Based on the criteria for adequacy of linguistic rules in textbooks, including a good quality level. The language rules stated in the course book are sufficient to facilitate the achievement of the specified KD.

Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui Skema Program Penerapan Iptek Berbasis Masyarakat (PPIBM) Universitas Siliwangi dengan judul Pelatihan Pengintegrasian Virtual Reality sebagai Media Pembelajaran untuk Guru Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan Virtual Reality (VR) sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dan inovatif. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, yaitu SDN Mugarsari Tasikmalaya, mencakup keterbatasan pemahaman konsep VR, kurangnya keterampilan praktis, minimnya infrastruktur pendukung, serta kesulitan dalam merancang Modul Ajar berbasis VR. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pelatihan Pengintegrasian Virtual Reality (VR) sebagai Media Pembelajaran untuk Guru Sekolah Dasar, meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teori dan praktik, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan penyusunan Modul Ajar berbasis VR, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 35 guru dan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pertemuan luring selama dua hari serta pendampingan daring selama satu bulan. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman guru tentang VR, keterampilan menggunakan aplikasi VR, serta kemampuan menyusun Modul Ajar berbasis VR. Kegiatan ini berhasil menjawab kebutuhan mitra dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan diharapkan berlanjut secara mandiri di sekolah mitra.Kata Kunci: Guru Sekolah Dasar, Media Pembelajaran; Teknologi; Virtual Reality (VR)AbstractThis Community Service program was carried out under the Community-Based Science and Technology Application Scheme (PPIBM) at Universitas Siliwangi, entitled Training on the Integration of Virtual Reality as a Learning Media for Elementary School Teachers. The main objective was to enhance teachers’ knowledge and skills in utilizing Virtual Reality (VR) as an interactive and innovative learning medium. The partner, SDN Mugarsari Tasikmalaya, faced several issues, including limited understanding of VR concepts, lack of practical skills, insufficient infrastructure, and difficulties in designing VR-based lesson modules. The offered solutions included socialization, theoretical and practical training, technology implementation, assistance in developing VR-based lesson modules, and evaluation through pre- and post-tests. This program involved 35 teachers and was implemented through two days of offline sessions and one month of online mentoring. The outcomes indicated significant improvements in teachers’ understanding of VR, ability to operate VR applications, and skills in designing VR-based lesson modules. This program successfully addressed the partner’s needs in improving technology-based teaching quality and is expected to be continued independently by the partner school.Keywords: Elementary School Teachers’, Learning Media; Technology; Virtual Reality (VR)
