Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pengembangan SDM yang dilakukan oleh PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang juga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisi deskriptif dengan teknik analisis kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang yang merupakan karyawan PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yaitu pembelajaran melalui pelatihan/training setiap bulannya. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk berupa On The Job Training dan Off the Job Training. Strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk menyebabkan seluruh karyawan mengalami peningkatan kinerja. Dengan adanya pelatihan yang menggunakan metode on the job danoff the job training yang dilakukan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, sebaiknya perusahaan mempertahankan dan lebih ditingkatkan lagi

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of sharia microfinance institutions in strengthening the economic independence of communities in Malaysia. The main focus of this research is to analyze the contribution of sharia microfinance institutions in increasing financial access for society, especially in the context of sharia economics. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting primary data through interviews and secondary data from related literature. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide in-depth insight into how sharia microfinance institutions can be an effective instrument in building the economic independence of communities in Malaysia, as well as provide relevant policy recommendations to support the development of the sharia economic sector more broadly

Abstract

The current complex regional development has encouraged intense competition between regions. To improve people's welfare, local governments need to increase the competitiveness of their regions. the measure of measuring regional economic growth is known as the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP). The purpose of the research conducted by the current author is to measure differences in the development of economic growth in the province of West Sumatra and the districts/cities of West Pasaman using the SLQ & DLQ analytical method, analysis shift shares. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data used are secondary data, namely research data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Sumatra Province and West Pasaman Regency/City in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) data on the basis of constant prices (ADHK). ). The data used are 2018 & 2022, namely research by analyzing the data tested statistically and interpreting them in the form of descriptive sentences. Results from SLQ & DLQ analysts Based on the combined results of SLQ and DLQ analysis during the 2018 & 2022 observation period, the DLQ value> 1. This means that almost all economic sectors have the potential for faster development, and other economic sectors have a DLQ <1, which means that a commodity or sector with a score less than one is not a regional leading sector and still needs special attention for development.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is still a big problem for the Indonesian government as well as for the Pelalwan Regency Government, especially Langgam sub-district. In Langgam District, the distance between the patient's residence and the community health center can be up to 4 hours or more, due to the distance and number of laboratory personnel, samples cannot be examined immediately, resulting in delays in sample examination. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of delaying handling of sputum specimens for 24 hours on the results of acid-fast bacilli (BTA) examination readings at the Langgam Community Health Center. The research design carried out was an analytical research design with a cross sectional type. This research was conducted in July 2022 - February 2023 at the Langgam Community Health Center using 40 samples. The results show the effect of delaying handling of sputum specimens for 24 hours on the reading results of acid-fast bacilli (BTA) examinations at the Langgam Community Health Center.
