Abstract

Background: Startups were pivotal drivers of innovation and economic growth, yet they faced systemic challenges such as limited funding, market volatility, and skill gaps. While government policies, universities, and industries individually supported entrepreneurial ecosystems, their combined impact and mediating mechanisms remained underexplored. This study addressed this gap by introducing the Triplex Model, which investigated how governmental initiatives, academic support, and industrial participation synergistically enhanced startup performance and economic development.Purpose: Our study introduces the Triplex Model, which investigates the dynamic interplay between governmental policies, academic support, and industrial participation in driving startup performance and economic growth. It focuses on the mediating roles of innovation capacity and entrepreneurial skill enhancement within this context.Design/methodology/approach: A structural equation modelling (SEM) approach was utilized to analyze data from 762 startup founders across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. The study integrated Systems of Innovation Theory and the Triple Helix Model to provide a robust theoretical framework for understanding entrepreneurial ecosystems.Findings/Result: The analysis reveals that governmental initiatives, university support, and industry involvement significantly influence startup success and economic expansion through the intermediary roles of innovation capacity and entrepreneurial skill enhancement. These findings highlight the critical importance of a collaborative and synergistic approach to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.Conclusion: Our study offered valuable insights for policymakers, academic institutions, and industry leaders. It underscored the need to foster collaborative environments, align strategic initiatives with innovation-driven objectives, and strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems to promote sustainable economic development.Originality/value: This study comprehensively examines external support mechanisms within entrepreneurial ecosystems. By synthesizing Systems of Innovation Theory and the Triple Helix Model, the study extends their applicability and bridges theoretical and practical knowledge gaps, presenting a strategic blueprint for advancing innovation-led entrepreneurship. Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dapat dilihat dari nilai perusahaannya. Dengan mengevaluasi pencapaian dengan menganalisa determinan Enterprise Risk Management, Intellectual Capital Dan Good Corporate Governance, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan apakah dengan adanya faktor-faktor tersebut mampu mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan dengan baik atau sebaliknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder sebagai sumber data, dan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Enterprise Risk Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

Struktur modal merupakan hal penting untuk diperhatikan. Jika tidak optimal maka perusahaan akan mengalami kesulitan bahkan berpotensi kebangkrutan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis variabel profitabilitas, likuiditas, tingkat pertumbuhan, dan aktivitas perusahaan apakah memiliki pengaruh dengan struktur modal yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2015-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ROA berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal, CR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal, GROWTH berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal dan TATO berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja finansial bank-bank yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2014-2022 dengan menggunakan rasio non performing loan, good corporate governance, net interest margin dan loan to deposit ratio. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data, metode pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi serta data yang diteliti berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bank yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa non performing loan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, good corporate governance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA, net interest margin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA, dan secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap loan to deposit ratio sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi, remunerasi, dan adaptasi teknologi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sentratama Jaya Usaha. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner yang berisi daftar pernyataan mengenai setiap variable yang diteliti. Responden pada penelitian ini merupakan karyawan pada PT. Sentratam Jaya Usaha dengan jumlah 152 karyawan. Hasil data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SmartPLS 4. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan PLS, yang dilakukan dengan 2 tahap, yaitu pengujian outer model dan inner model. Hasil uji outer model menjadi bukti validitas dan reabilitas dari seluruh indikator. Hasil Uji inner model untuk mebguji pengaruh antar vaeiabel hipotesis sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, (2) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, (3) remunerasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, (4) adaptasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja.

Abstract

The influence of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions for Pucuk Harum Tea in Bekasi City. This research uses a quantitative approach through the Accidental Sampling technique for sampling. A total of 135 people in the city of Bekasi focusing on North Bekasi who had used Teh Pucuk Harum products were the research samples. Data examination uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM method on SmartPLS 4.0. The research findings reveal the following: 1.) Brand Image has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 2.) Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, 3.) Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 4.) Product Quality has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, 5.) Purchasing Decisions have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is used to measure the effect of product diversity and location on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative study in which the objects used are Omah Furniture consumers. The number of samples used in this study were 136 respondents. The design used is hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method - SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study explain that the variables of product diversity, location, and purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study provides advice that companies should pay more attention to product diversity and location to increase customer satisfaction and company competitiveness.

Abstract

The influence of promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions of the fashion brand Airlabels at Summarecon Mall Bekasi through purchase interest as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative method, with a sampling technique (Purposive Sampling), involving 119 respondents who have made purchases or at least have an interest in Air Labels products at Summarecon Bekasi. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS software, with Outer Model Test, Inner Model Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Promotion has a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest; 2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest; 3) Promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; 4) Product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; 5) Purchase interest has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; 6) Purchase interest is able to mediate Promotion on purchasing decisions; 7) Purchase interest is unable to mediate Product Quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is used to measure the effect of social media and product quality on purchasing decisions through purchase intention. This research is a quantitative study in which the objects used are students of Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. This research was conducted using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 120 respondents. The data processing tool used is the structural equitation model (SEM) software application with the SmartPLS version 4.0 tool. based on the results of this study explain that; 1) Social media has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; 2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on buying interest; 3) social media has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 4) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 5) buying interest has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in Indonesia's business landscape has ushered in significant changes, presenting challenges and opportunities for traditional businesses across various sectors. Understanding the implications of AI is crucial for navigating these changes effectively. This study aims to investigate the transformative impact of AI on traditional Indonesian businesses, specifically analyzing the opportunities and challenges associated with AI adoption and its implications for business strategies and operations. Utilizing a qualitative method, this study examines the influence of AI technologies on traditional Indonesian businesses. The study compiles data from academic literature, industry reports, and real-world case studies to analyze the intricate dynamics between AI technologies and human behavior. The findings reveal that AI integration offers numerous opportunities for traditional businesses in Indonesia, such as enhanced operational efficiency, improved customer experience, and innovation potential. However, significant challenges, including high implementation costs, data privacy concerns, and the lack of skilled AI talent, hinder widespread adoption. Despite these challenges, businesses that successfully navigate them can gain a competitive advantage in the digital age. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing fresh insights into the transformative impact of AI on traditional Indonesian businesses. It synthesizes recent research findings and case studies, offering valuable guidance for businesses aiming to leverage AI for strategic advantage.
