Abstract

Research in the writing of this final assignment takes the title Analysis of the Online Sale and Purchase Deed Registration System Application for Sukoharjo District Land Deed Maker Officers, where the PPAT itself consists of leaders and office and field staff who bring files to the ATR / BPN office in Sukoharjo, this research applies the method UML (Unified Model Language), in the process. This is to find out the constraints of PPAT in examining the registration of land sale and purchase deeds in the Sukoharjo regency. The data that was collected were processed qualitatively and analyzed descriptively and analytically. The results showed; 1) The function of registering via PPAT Online in assisting PPAT in the transfer of land rights in Sukoharjo Regency is to assist in the process of changing names that arise from the seller to the buyer. 2) The juridical consequences if both parties do not fulfill obligations such as taxation in making deed of transfer of land rights, namely that PPAT will not process the transfer of rights to land and / or buildings if it is not equipped with proof of payment of BPHTB and PPh taxes so that the consequences.

Abstract

Higher Education is an educational institution that plays a role in producing quality human resources. The roles, duties and responsibilities of lecturers are very important in educating the nation's life and national goals. There are many problems that cause the performance of lecturers at universities in Indonesia. Meanwhile, lecturers are required to give good performance. In this case, the researcher is interested in evaluating the performance of lecturers using the promethee method. The promethee method is able to produce decisions based on comparisons between alternatives according to the preference function and the different weights of each criterion. The criteria used in the assessment of lecturer performance are 10 criteria with 7 alternative lecturers. The Promethee method produces recommendations for lecturers with the best performance, namely Lecturer E who has a net flow value of 0.12153. While the lecturer with the lowest performance assessment is Lecturer B with a net flow value of -0.19167. The results of the decisions given by the promethee method can help provide an assessment of the lecturer's performance from the several alternatives given. So as to be able to produce an objective recommendation decision

Abstract

Borobudur is one of the most popular tourist objects in Indonesia. Borobudur is located in Magelang Regency. Borobudur District is a center for tourism and MSME development that is able to attract the attention of both local and foreign tourists. VW Safari Magelang is one of the experienced tour guide service providers offering a complete tour package, including lodging information, Borobudur special food and other facilities around Borobudur tourist attractions. The lack of information media owned resulted in the VW Safari Borobudur being less well known. This research produces information media and website-based reservations to increase tourists' knowledge and interest in VW Safari Borobudur. Abstract

Current technology has helped users in doing various things and activities that are able to produce the latest and innovative technology in various fields. Many people get convenience to meet their information and communication needs with the internet. The background of the creation of the Outdoor Equipment Rental Information System at Vexa Adventure Based on the Web is the processing of data that is still manual (reporting is done by bookkeeping every month) values that can be at high risk of damage and loss. The purpose of this study is to be able to design and build an outdoor equipment rental Information System at Vexa Adventure based on the web, using PHP - MySQL. And to find out the impact of implementing the system. The type of research used is engineering research with a research method using the Waterfall method. The stages of the waterfall method are Communication, Planning, Modelling, Construction, Deployment. The design used in this study is DFD (Data Flow Diagram) modelling which consists of four main components, namely data input, data output, data storage, and processes. The Flow of Document (FOD) is used to describe the ongoing procedure. The results of this study are in the form of a Web-Based Outdoor Equipment Rental Information System. The impact of implementing this system is proven by user evaluations using Likert scale calculations which show a value of 80%, which means the impact of implementing this system can help Vexa Adventure admins and owners in carrying out rental transactions. Hiking or also called nature trekking or tracking generally refers to a long and enthusiastic journey that usually passes through small roads in the interior. In Indonesia, this hike is identical to the journey to the top of the mountain. This activity is generally carried out by nature lovers clubs. Sometimes during the hike the journey must go through dense forest, and must cut bushes to make a path that can be passed. This hike can take more than 1 day of travel. Abstract

One form of community participation in providing education is the formation of a School Committee. The School Committee acts as an independent body that accommodates and places the community's initiative aspirations in forming school policies and school programs in the education unit. Likewise with the School Committee at SMP Negeri 1 Kaloran. The School Committee is given the authority to manage Institutional Development Contributions from students. Currently, the management of institutional development donations still uses manual methods which still poses several risks in managing this data. This research aims to develop a website-based school committee institutional development donation management information system using the CodeIgniter framework by applying the waterfall method in developing the system. To design the system, the UML method is used with use case diagrams and class diagrams as an illustration of system design. Meanwhile, in system testing, the black box testing method with a Likert scale is used to determine the feasibility of the implemented system. The system was successfully implemented with system test results of 90.33%. This shows that the system is feasible to implement and has met user needs.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the leading commodities in the plantation subsector in Indonesia. Padangan Hamlet is a hamlet located in Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency, with the majority of the community as coffee farmers. However, over time, coffee productivity has decreased and a strategy is needed to increase coffee productivity. To improve the quality of good coffee, special knowledge is needed regarding fertilization of coffee plants. Determining the right fertilizer for coffee farmers is an important problem because it can affect the crop yield. In providing solutions related to this problem, this study developed a decision support system for determining the right fertilizer for coffee plants using the AHP method. The system was developed using the waterfall process model with PHP and MySQL programming languages based on the Codeigniter framework. The system was tested for functionality and validity. In addition, the system was also evaluated and a feasibility study was carried out on the system against 8 respondents consisting of members of the farmer group. The results showed that the percentage value was 81.852% which indicated that the system was categorized as very feasible.
