Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Desain/Methodologi/Pendekatan - Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data utama untuk seluruh objek penelitian. Responden yang menggunakan total 110 pelanggan Speedy di Palangka Raya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan perangkat lunak SMARTPLS 3.0. Temuan penelitian - Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. dan pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan, dan harga memiliki efek positif dan signifikan untuk loyalitas pelanggan dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan.

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada Perusahaan Telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Desain/Metodelogi/Pendekatan - Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Temuan - Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Debt Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Total Assets Turnover tidak berpengaruh tehadap pertumbuhan laba. Return On Assets berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Price Earning Ratio tidak berpengaruh. terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

This research purpose is to analyze the impact of supply chain management practices on firm performance in furniture industry of Palangka Raya. Research method deskriptif quantitative, the number of respondents was 60 people. the number of samples collected was 46 respondents. The sampling technique use judgment sampling, with criteria for the leadership of furniture industry in Palangka Raya Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a likert scale, Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The analysis shows that the results of strategic supplier partnership, customer relationship, level of information sharing, quality of information sharing, postponement the partially have a significant impact on firm performance. the simultaneously supply chain management practices have a significant impact on firm performance.

Purpose, - The purpose of this research is to find out and obtain a study of the influence of career development, motivation and competence on the performance of employees of the Department of Food Security of Central Kalimantan Province.Design/methodology/approach - This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total of 60 respondents. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. While the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test and R2.Findings - The results showed that career development had a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance, Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, self-development, motivation and competence has a significant positive effect together on employee performance.

Purpose, - This research was conducted to determine the most effective use of the raw material inventory method for Zidane Meubel, by comparing the method used by the company to the Just In Time (JIT) method. Desain/methodology/appoach, - This study uses a quantitative descriptive method so that it describes the data with numbers. Findings, - From the analysis using the Just In Time system, it can be concluded that the Just In Time system is more efficient in calculating the total cost of inventory Zidane Meubel.cost savings obtained were Rp 2.095.684,71 from initial invetory Rp 2.900.000.

Penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional kerap dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang melakukan diagnosis dan pengobatan sendiri (swamedikasi) sehingga perlu dilakukannya literasi penggunaan obat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah GeMa CerMat (Gerakan Masyarakat Cerdas Menggunakan Obat) yang memberikan solusi yakni Cerdas Gunakan Obat dengan “Tanya Lima O” untuk meminimalisir pengobatan yang tidak rasional. Metode yang dilakukan oleh tim yakni persiapan untuk mencari tahu permasalahan mitra dan menyiapkan alat maupun media yang diperlukan. Pada pelaksanaan dilakukan pre-test, post-test, penyuluhan penggunaan obat, dan konsultasi obat. Pada evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test serta evaluasi dari seluruh rangkaian acara. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test menggunakan soal yang sama, sebanyak 10 soal, diketahui bahwa pada pretest tidak ada satu peserta yang mencapai nilai diatas 60, namun pada saat posttest ada 8 peserta (61,54%) yang mencapai diatas 60. Secara keseluruhan 12 peserta (92,31%) mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan obat yang baik dan benar

This study was made to determine and analyze the factors that affect customer loyalty, such as customer satisfaction, trust, corporate image shaped by service quality and price. Object of this study are household customers who subscribe SPEEDY more than 3 months in Palangka Raya. Techniques used in the sampling in this study was purposive sampling. With a sample of 110 people who qualify maximum likehood estimation of SEM. Data collection using questionnaires and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) software with IBM SPSS Amos 20. Results and implications of this study is that theoretically this study supports previous research which states that service quality has positive and significant impact on corporate image, corporate image has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has positive and significant effect on confidence, and negatively affect prices significant impact on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction and a significant positive effect on customer loyalty

Operations and management research are areas of interest in the SMEs production house. Production process control and quality control in the operational system are implemented to keep the product good and acceptable according to customer requirements. The research target at the Prabu Bread Production House in Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan is to provide operational education with a flow chart in reducing failed products. Resource theory in research is the basis for managing production and product operations effectively and efficiently. This type of research is observation and interviews with time system analysis with diagrams as quality control ranging from material selection to packaging. Based on the results of the flow chart and time structure in each production step, it is very good at supporting products to reduce production failures. Practical research implications are expected to provide knowledge in society, especially in the field of operations, especially product quality control to minimize failed products. Thus, bakery products produced by producers can be guaranteed quality is accepted by consumers and failed products produced by producers can be reduced or no longer exist.

This study was made to examine the determinants of online buying behavior (e-commerce). Factors such as perceived benefits and risks, psychological factors, hedonic motivation and website design are factors that influence the online buying cunsumer behavior. The research method was carried out using a quantitative approach, with collecting data using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The respondents used were 100 FEB UPR students in Palangka Raya. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The Result perceived benefits have a significant effect on Online buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. The perceived risks that is accepted has a significant effect on Online Buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. Hedonic motivations has a significant effect on Online Buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. Psychological factors have a significant effect on Online Buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. Website Design has a significant effect on Online Buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. The variables of perceived benefits, perceived risks, hedonic motivations, psychological factors, and Website design simultaneously have a significant effect on online consumer buying behavior
