Abstract

Prevalensi diabetes melitus Tipe 2 dengan obesitas meningkat dengan pesat di seluruh dunia. Semakin besar indeks massa tubuh (IMT) semakin besar risiko menderita diabetes melitus tipe 2. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh air rebusan daun jambu biji terhadap kadar glukosa darah penderita DM tipe II dengan obesitas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jatibaru Kota Bima.Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Quasy experimen one group pre-posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penderita diabetes mellitus tipe II dengan obesitas yang rawat jalan Di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jatibaru Kota Bima  sebanyak 40 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan porpusive Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner serta analisa data menggunakan wilcoxon.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kadar gula darah pasien DM tipe II dengan Obesitas sebelum diberikan Air Rebusan Daun Jambu Biji semua responden dalam kategori buruk 40 responden (100%) dan setelah diberikan Air Rebusan Daun Jambu Biji sebagian besar dalam kategori kadar gula darah sedang berjumlah 20 responden (50.0).Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari nilai uji analisa p value lebih kecil dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 didapatkan nilai sig (2 tailed)= 0.00 maka p value <α  sehingga Ha di terima dan H0 ditolak yang menunjukan ada pengaruh air rebusan daun jambu biji terhadap kadar glukosa darah penderita DM tipe II dengan obesitas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jatibaru Kota Bima.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah didapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh air rebusan daun jambu biji terhadap perubahankadar glukosa darah penderita DM tipe II dengan obesitas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jatibaru Kota Bima. Saran untuk Responden agar dapat menggunakan terapi rebusan dan jambu biji untuk membatu mengendalikan kadar gula darah pada pasien dengan DM tipe II. Kata kunci :Air rebusan daun jambu biji, glukosa darah dan Penderita DM Tipe II,dan Obesitas

Abstract

The managerial implementation of the madrasah head is important in improving teacher performance.With good managerial skills, teacher performance is maximised and has an impact on the quality of graduates.The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of the madrasah principal's managerial competence in improving teacher performance at MIN 2 Lamongan.The type of research is descriptive qualitative research,data collection techniques: observation,interviews,documentation. Research subjects: Head of Madrasah, Head of Curriculum, School Committee, Teachers, Students. The results showed:(1) In the managerial application, the madrasah head plans the needs of teachers, conducts the recruitment and selection process of teachers,conducts coaching and professional development of teachers, and provides welfare for teachers at MIN 2 Lamongan;(2)Teacher performance at MIN 2 Lamongan has been running optimally, teachers make lesson plans and syllabus; implementing learning creatively according to the material and character of students,conducting assessments and following up on learning outcomes, teachers actively develop themselves into professional teachers by attending workshops and training;(3)The managerial implementation of the madrasah head in improving teacher performance is carried out by dividing job desks according to teacher qualifications, the madrasah head conducts PKG every 6 months;(4)Supporting factors: managerial skills, supportive environment, teacher dedication, inhibiting factors: funds, miss communication.

Abstract

Education is one solution to shape Indonesia into a developed country. Through education, quality and competent human resources can be produced. This naturally stems from designing a quality learning curriculum to foster a generation of high-caliber individuals for the nation. The quality of the international curriculum has gained global recognition and is complemented by teachings following the principles of Prophet Muhammad SAW, implemented through mosque-based learning. This research aims to describe the implementation of the Cambridge International Primary Program, which carries implications for mosque-based learning culture. The research is conducted at MI Al-Akbar Mosque in Surabaya. It employs a descriptive qualitative research methodology utilizing data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. Six research informants participated, including the madrasa head, curriculum coordinator, Cambridge primary coordinator, regular class teacher, CIP class teacher, and Islamic religious education subject teacher. Data analysis involves collecting, condensing, displaying data, and drawing conclusions/verifying data. The research findings demonstrate that Cambridge Primary was effectively and efficiently implemented under the provisions of the Al-Akbar National Mosque in Surabaya and Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE). The program spans grades 1 to 6, focusing on subjects such as science, mathematics, and English, with evaluations tailored to each level.

Abstract

School is a place where students pursue knowledge. Every school generally has a vision and mission related to religious values, aiming to produce a generation with strong religious character. However, based on recent observations, there are still students who display behaviors that indicate a lack of religious attitude, such as speaking harshly, being undisciplined, and lacking manners. This phenomenon underlies the importance of this study, which investigates the implementation of religious development programs at SMPN 27 Bandung in fostering religiosity among students as part of the Islamic generation. This research aims to explore the religious development programs, their implementation, the supporting (internal and external) and inhibiting (internal and external) factors, as well as the impacts of these programs. The study uses a descriptive-analytical method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation review, analyzed using triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that the implementation of the religious development program has a positive impact on enhancing students' religious attitudes. This is evidenced by the improvement in: (1) humility, (2) respect for religious diversity (tolerance), and (3) cooperation in preparing prayer spaces
