Abstract

This study aims to describe the developmentof the Islamic Religion Education (PAI) curriculum in Indonesia, with a focus on the development of the Pre-Independence, oLd Order, New Order, and Reform Era to the Indepenent Curriculums. This research uses the library research method. Data coleection was carried out using documentation study techniques. The result of this study indicate that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is experiencing dynamics of development in the New Order era to the current reform era, Islamc religious education is experiencing positive developments, it’s just that the curriculum still has to be designed to be compatiblewith the dynamis of the times.

Abstract

Islamic character is a character that needs to be developed by educators and this character needs to be possessed by students in Islamic education. Through the application of the art of reading the Qur'an, it is hoped that it will be able to provide knowledge and understanding for students about the importance of Islamic character, thereby making students become people who love and enjoy reading the Qur'an. Starting from this study, this scientific work aims to describe how the art of reading the Qur'an is implemented in the formation of students' Islamic character. This type of research is a type of library research. Data collection techniques use library techniques (Librerary Research). Meanwhile, for analytical techniques, the author uses data reduction and data presentation and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this scientific work is that the formation of Islamic character can be formed through the implementation of the art of reading the Koran.

Abstract

Sufism is often distinguished and separated from theology and philosophy in studies of Islamic thought, as if the three had no connection. Whereas in the beginning, tasawwuf was almost inseparable from the science of kalam and Islamic philosophy because the three were united. The relationship between tasawwuf and the science of kalam lies in the discussion of truth. In Sufism, the essence of truth is the disclosure (kasyaf) of the True Truth (Allah) through the eyes of the heart. Sufism finds the truth by passing through several roads or stations. While the truth in the Science of Kalam is in the form of knowing the truth of religious teachings through reasoning, which is then referred to the texts of the Qur'an and Hadith. In the science of kalam, we find discussion of faith and its definition, disbelief and its manifestations, as well as hypocrisy and its limits. Meanwhile, in the science of Sufism, there is discussion of practical paths or methods to feel confidence and peace. While the relationship between the science of Sufism and Islamic philosophy lies in the matter of seeking the essence. Sufism is the search for a spiritual path, unity with absolute truth and mystical knowledge according to paths and sunnah. There are 3 epistemologies in Islamic philosophy, namely bayani epistemology, burhani epistemology and irfani epistemology.

Abstract

Learning motivation is a student's encouragement or interest in learning so that student learning outcomes are achieved in accordance with educational goals. Perspective comes from Latin, namely Prespicere, which means image, seeing and view. So, in terms of terminology, perspective is a point of view for understanding or interpreting a problem. Meanwhile, in the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI), perspective is a human point of view in choosing opinions and beliefs about something. Apart from that, perspective can also be said to be a balance of something. Islamic Education Philosophy is a concept of thinking about education that is based on the teachings of the Islamic religion, about the nature of human abilities so that they can be nurtured, developed and guided to become Muslim humans whose entire personality is imbued with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

n general, educators are people who have the responsibility to educate. Meanwhile, in particular, educators in the perspective of Islamic education are people who are responsible for the development of students by striving for the development of all potential students, both affective, cognitive, and psychomotor potential in accordance with the values of Islamic teachings. The purpose of Islamic education is to achieve a balance of human personality growth. As a whole and in a balanced manner which is carried out through training of the soul, mind, rational human self, feelings and senses, therefore, education should include the development of all aspects of the nature of students, spiritual, intellectual, imaginative, physical, scientific and linguistic aspects, both in a way. individually and collectively, and encourage all these aspects to develop towards goodness and perfection. Therefore, the ultimate goal of Islamic education falls within the same line as that mission, which is to form human abilities and talents in order to be able to create prosperity and happiness that is full of Allah's grace and blessings in all corners of this universe.

Abstract

To know and understand about knowledge, science in philosophy and Islam, the author deliberately raised the theme in writing this work in order to provide scientific research for writers and society in general. Knowledge as the initial process of knowledge exists. The process of science is included in the study of philosophical epistemology. Islam is a religion whose teachings are revealed by God to human society through the Prophet Muhammad SAW, as an Apostle in which he brings teachings that do not recognize one aspect, but various aspects of life, because in these teachings it involves issues of aqidah, shari'ah and morals. sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith. People who have knowledge and practice knowledge are called scientists. In Islam, this knowledge should be based on faith and piety because if in seeking knowledge it is not based on faith and piety, then the knowledge that we get will not produce knowledge that will benefit mankind and the universe.

Abstract

Understanding philosophy can be reviewed etymologically and terminology. The word philosophy comes from the Greek which is a compound word Philosophia or Philosophos. The word consists of two words namely philos (philein) and Sophia. The word Philos means love (love), while Sophia or sophos means knowledge, truth, wisdom or wisdom (wisdom). So etymologically philosophy means love of knowledge, truth or wisdom. There are 3 (three) foundations in philosophy, namely the ontology basis, the epistemological basis and the axiological basis. Meanwhile, according to Suprapto Wirodiningrat in Surajiyo (2012: 13), there are 3 (three) characteristics of philosophy, namely; Thorough, basic and speculative.

Abstract

Evaluation provides benefits for humans in general, and particulas for individuals, through continuous evaluation, all work or program activities that exist in the world of education will be achieved. In other fields in the organizational scale this evaluation is applied, because in the organitation the evaluation or supervision in the final fungtion of each activity. Individual or several people sometimes ignore this evaluation fuction, so that they unwittingly result in the goals that are the expectations of individuals or organizations cannot be achieved optimally due to lack knowing, understanding and appliying this evaluation function. For evaluation as type of research it is necessary to carry out or move in order to provide changes to society and the world of Islamic education. Through this evaluation, we can provide sugestions and constructive criticism on the activities of the program that we have launched. Good changes starts form ourselses, both as students, teachers, lecturers, society, nation and state. If we can evaluate ourselves, then the changes for the good will always be in us. Evaluations is closely related to research and Islamic education where so that the goals of Islamic education can type of Islamic education research.
