Abstract

The means of political socialization and political education are family, school, social groups, work, mass media and political contacts. This research will focus on the means of political socialization and political education through mass media, namely the Instagram platform @Pinterpolitik. The aim of this research is to determine the forms and patterns of political socialization and political education on the Instagram account @pinterpolitik. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research found that people must understand the capabilities of their own country and must believe that their country has advantages. They must also have a critical attitude to be able to determine their attitude towards political events that occur, and they must also understand the rules, laws and regulations.

Abstract

In the records of the Dutch colonial period, women's right to vote and be elected in the world of government was very marginalized, and even their voice had to be limited. Minahasa is one of the districts in North Sulawesi Province which has a female feminist figure, namely Maria Walanda Maramis, who was born in Kema Village, North Sulawesi. Maria Walanda Maramis is a feminist figure who played a role in fighting for women's political rights, especially the right to vote and be elected, especially women's political rights in the Minahasa region, North Sulawesi Province. Maria Walanda Maramis is aware of the importance of a mother's role in the household. At the time of Maria Walanda Maramis, many women in Minahasa had their rights in government life very oppressed, even their right to education was very limited, women's interests were ignored and tended to be put aside. It was this woman's condition that moved Maria Walanda Maramis' heart to fight. In this research, the author will see how Maria Walanda Maramis' thoughts gave birth to a feminist movement by building the PIKAT (Love of Mothers for Their Children) Organization, building schools, writing opinions in newspapers and campaigning to voice women's rights.

Abstract

Pertambangan Galian C yang berada di Kelurahan Petanang Ulu, Kota Lubuklinggau merupakan jenis Penambangan Batu Kali yang dilakukan di Sungai Malus. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan usaha pertambangan, Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) merupakan instrumen yang sangat penting sebagai bentuk pengendalian pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan hidup. Fakta di lapangan terkait proses pertambangan masih banyak penambang dari perusahaan termasuk PT. Bania ini yang melakukan pertambangan secara ilegal (tanpa izin) ataupun di luar pelaksanaan tidak sesuai dengan izin yang diberikan oleh pemerintah. Suatu lingkungan dapat mengalami penurunan kualitas lingkungan hidup seperti akibat kegiatan manusia yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan.Pada proses penambangan ini banyak sekali masyarakat yang dirugikan namun dalih Pemerintah setempat dipertanyakan mengenai fungsi pengawasan dan pengelolaan yang tidak transparan tentu menyebabkan ketidakpuasan masyarakat dalam penegakan hukum (regulasi). Negara memberikan kewenangan pengelolaan pertambangan kepada pemerintah daerah seperti yang tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 30 tahun 2004 tentang pemerintah daerah. Dalam Undang-Undang tersebut mengatakan bahwa negara memberikan kewenangan pemerintah daerah untuk mengolah dan mengeksplorasi segala bentuk sumber daya alam yang ada dalam wilayah otonomi daerah tersebut.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the efforts to build religious, honesty, discipline, and student ‘s curiosity characters through HOTS-based online Civics learning. The implementation uses a qualitative approach with the case study method, which is implemented in the Indralaya class Civics learning process. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using three stages from Miles Huberman, namely data reduction, data display and data verification/conclusion. The results show that building religious , honesty, discipline, and student curiosity characters in HOTS-based Civics learning can be pursued even though the implementation is online learning system. This character development is carried out through various activities, starting from planning, implementing student-oriented learning, and comprehensive assessment. However, this does not mean that apart from the four characters, there is no need to develop other characters. It means that other characters are still built but in line with each learning outcomes and each meeting's subject matter.

Abstract

In some areas, such as Kenten Village, Talang Kelapa District, and Banyuasin Regency, land conflicts are a frequent problem. This research aims to examine various land disputes that occurred between the Assegaf family and the community, as well as efforts to resolve them. This research combines a qualitative approach with a descriptive strategy. Data collection techniques include documentation, interviews, and observations. The study found that land disputes occurred due to claims of dual ownership of the same land between the community and the Assegaf family, which was exacerbated by weak land administration and overlapping certificates. Efforts to resolve disputes have been carried out through mediation, both by the village government and related agencies, but until now they have not produced a complete solution. This study concludes that land dispute resolution requires a firmer approach from the government, including strengthening regulations and transparency in the issuance of land certificates. It is hoped that the findings of this study can add references to the peaceful and fair resolution of agrarian conflicts.
