Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak daun pedada (S. caseolaris) terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri S. aureus dan mengetahui konsentrasi optimal ekstrak daun pedada dalam sediaan spray hand sanitizer dalam menghambat pertumbuhan S. aureus. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan menggunakan 5 perlakuan yaitu kontrol hand sanitizer komersial (Antic) (P0), 25% (P1), 50% (P2), 75% (P3), dan 100% (P4) dengan pengulangan sebanyak 5 kali. Parameter yang diamati yaitu diameter zona hambat, uji organoleptik, pemeriksaan pH, uji iritasi, dan uji kecepatan mengering. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT pada selang kepercayaan 95%. Sedangkan untuk uji organoleptik dan uji iritasi dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi hand sanitizer ekstrak daun pedada memberikan pengaruh terhadap luas zona hambat yang terbentuk yang ditunjukkan dengan Fhitung (16,93) > Ftabel (2,87). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh antibakteri spray hand sanitizer dari ekstrak daun pedada terhadap pertumbuhan S. aureus dan konsentrasi optimal sebagai antibakteri hand sanitizer yaitu 25%.

Abstract

Cell Biology is a course whose material is abstract because it cannot be observed with the naked eye. The problem in learning Cell Biology is that no reference books can make abstract material more real to facilitate students' understanding. This research aims to analyze students' needs for Case Study-based interactive Cell Biology textbooks by integrating QR Codes. This research is quantitative and descriptive. The subjects in this research were Biology Education students. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. Based on data analysis, 67.6% of students stated that they could only imagine the structures and processes in cells, and 86.5% needed help understanding Cell Biology material. The results of the data analysis also show that all samples agreed to develop teaching materials that integrate QR codes connected to various videos or literature. Based on these results, an interactive cell biology textbook based on case studies needs to be created by further integrating QR codes.

Abstract

Good planning is needed to facilitate the implementation of Deep Learning, so that learning ran optimally and could achieve learning outcomes. The existence of technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) could simplify teachers' work and save time in developing Deep Learning lesson plans. This community service activity aims to provided information related to the Deep Learning approach, AI tools that can be used in compiling Deep Learning lesson plan, and provided skills to teachers in using AI. This service activity was carried out at MGMP IPA Gugus 1 Muaro Jambi Regency. The method of implementation of the service was through lectures/seminars and tutorials on compiling Deep Learning lesson plans using AI. Through this activity, teachers received information related to the Deep Learning approach and AI tools that can be used to develop teaching modules and practiced in utilizing AI to compile Deep Learning lesson plans. It was concluded that this community service activity can improve the ability of science teachers who are members of MGMP IPA Gugus 1 Muaro Jambi Regency in utilizing AI to develop Deep Learning tlesson plans. This activity is expected to inspire the use of AI technology to improve the quality of learning.
