Abstract

The core of the problem in this research is that the organizational culture at Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Sumedang has not been optimal in terms of self- awareness, aggressiveness, personality, performance and team orientation. This study aims to determine the implementation of organizational culture and efforts to improve organizational culture at Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Sumedang. This study uses qualitative research methods, data collection techniques, namely observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, research informants as many as 8 people. The analysis technique is data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusions drawing/ verification. The results of the study explain that the analysis of organizational culture at Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Sumedang is 1) self- awareness, employees feel satisfied with working and can meet the targets of a company. 2) aggressiveness, employees and members of the organization are always full of initiative. 3) personality, employees really appreciate, respect and serve customers because they work in the service sector and are oriented towards customer satisfaction as a profit center. 4) performance, employees always prioritize quality in completing their work in order to achieve the targets of a company. 5) team orientation, employees in every task and work team problem are always resolved properly and always consult their superiors. for Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Sumedang in order to implement the values that guide human resources in carrying out their obligations and behavior within the organization

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning in PT. Harnawangsa Persada Abadi Sumedang especially in its business unit Sapphire City Park. The research method used was qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documents, and triangulation of seven research informants. Data analysis was carried out using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the segmentation applied by PT. Harnawangsa Persada Abadi Sumedang targets consumers from the inner and outer regions of the city of Sumedang, focusing on the upper middle class without age and gender restrictions, with a healthy and modern lifestyle that likes the outdoors and needs venue services for various types of events. The targeting strategy is focused on individuals, corporations and government agencies as the main target market, by providing a choice of venues, for private events, business activities, and formal events. The positioning strategy is built by creating an image as a venue service provider with a garden view concept that offers a beautiful, comfortable, exclusive, and memorable atmosphere. To improve Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning strategies, companies are advised to optimize digital marketing, make price adjustments, and encourage service innovation.

Abstract

This research focuses on work motivation and organisational culture at CV. Oedi Karya Sumedang. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of work motivation at CV Oedi Karya Sumedang, how the implementation of organisational culture at CV Oedi Karya Sumedang and how the problems and solutions for work motivation and organisational culture at CV Oedi Karya Sumedang. The method used in this research is qualitative research method. The informants in this research are president director, operational director, adm & finance, interior desainer, field officer, workshop furniture, dan workshop interior. The results of this research are that the company in the motivation has been good in terms of physiological needs, security needs, social needs, self-esteem needs and self-actualisation needs. Work Motivation problems are that the infrastructure is inadequate, there is no security guard for security, and there is no training. Organisational Culture in the company answers well regarding aggressiveness, self-awareness, personality, team orientation and performance. Organisational culture problems are that the less active employees new ideas, the personality of mutual respect and respect for the problem is in the field sometimes there is neglect of instructions or frequent arguments, employee innovation is lacking, delays and still frequent miscommunication

Abstract

The focus of this research is to analyze the motivation and work discipline of employees at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Sumedang Tbk. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of work motivation and discipline at PT. Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Sumedang Tbk, to find out the efforts to increase work motivation and discipline at PT. Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Sumedang Tbk. The research method uses a qualitative approach. The research data uses the Miles and Huberman model, activities in data analysis which include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showthat the application of work motivation has been fulfilled properly, while the application of work discipline in terms of the frequency dimension there are still several employees who are absent without explanation. Efforts to increase work motivation at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Sumedang Tbk, pay more attention to motivation in the form of rewards per division. and efforts to improve work discipline, namely paying attention to the level of absenteeism at work, thoroughness and accuracy when working

Abstract

Bestro Project Sumedang is a company engaged in the convection and printing industry. This study aims to find out how the implementation of reward and punishment for employees at CV. Bestro Project Sumedang. This study used a qualitative research method with reward and punishment variables. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The research informants consisted of 5 people, namely Owner/Director, Manager, Head of Production, DTF Operator and Marketing. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of rewards at the company was good, including salaries given in accordance with company policies, bonuses given according to employee performance, appreciation in the form of praise for performance achieved and fostering a family system within the company. While the punishment that is implemented is still not optimal. Thepunishment applied is light punishment in the form of verbal and written warnings, moderate punishment in the form of a decrease in salary and severe punishment in the form of termination of employment. CV. The Bestro Project is expected to be able to apply rewards and punishments fairly so that employee performance increases.
