Abstract

Unisla has experienced an increase in the number of lecturers and students successively from year to year. In addition, lecture buildings and educational facilities also continue to improve over time. The purpose of this study is to determine the model of attraction and generation of movement in the Unisla campus area, and to determine the factors that influence the attraction and generation of movement that will occur due to the development of the Unisla campus. The method in this study uses the method of regression analysis, slovin and SPSS. The factor that has a significant influence on the generation and attraction of movement in the Unisla campus area is the mode of transportation chosen by the subject. Motorcycles have an effect of 90.26% on motion generation, whereas in terms of movement attraction, motorcycles also have an influence of 91.91%. Abstract

Capital structure is the proportion of a company's finances between internal and external sources of funds as financing a company and as a determinant of the amount of debt for funding the company's operations. The higher use of debt in the capital structure can increase installments and interest payments that become business obligations and can result in the risk of cash flow not being fulfilled, resulting in a decrease in stock prices and the bankruptcy of the company. This study aims to examine the effect of sales growth, asset structure, profitability, and business risk on capital structure. The data used in this study are secondary. The population of this study is made up of basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the IDX in 2017–2022. The sampling technique used in this study was the purposive sampling method. The sample selected was 19 companies through predetermined criteria. Test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that sales growth does not affect the capital structure. Asset structure has a positive effect on capital structure. Profitability negatively affects the capital structure. Business risk does not affect the capital structure

Abstract

The objective of this study is to gather empirical evidence on the relationship between environmental, social and governance performance (ESG performance) and firm value. The study also aims to identify any differences in ESG performance on firm value between high-profile and low-profile industry types. The research sample has been divided based on the type of high-profile and low-profile industry, in order to ascertain the relationship between ESG performance and firm value, with the aim of identifying any differentiating variables. The study utilises a sample comprising companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, Bursa Malaysia, Singapore Exchange, Philippine Exchange and Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2014 and 2019. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis employs panel data regression analysis using the Generalised Least Squares (GLS) method. The findings of this study demonstrate that ESG performance has a positive impact on firm value. Furthermore, the ESG performance of companies in the high-profile industry type has the potential to influence the growth of firm value. This research offers insights that can inform the decision-making processes of companies seeking to implement sustainability-related programmes and operational mechanisms through ESG performance. Additionally, it provides a valuable resource for investors considering sustainability information when making investment decisions.
