Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran probing-prompting dan apakah dengan model pembelajaran probing-prompting dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar sejarah siswa kelas X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Makassar. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Makassar Kota Makassar tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran probing—rompting. Prosedur kerja dalam penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri atas empat komponen, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran probing-prompting hal ini berdasarkan hasil tes siswa pada siklus 1 menunjukan bahwa persentase hasil belajar siswa yaitu 22,2%. Siklus 2 menunjukan persentase hasil belajar siswa sebesar 77,8%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran probing-prompting dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Makassar.

Abstract

Knowledge about nationalism is very much needed in the framework of the Indonesian nation's defense and security efforts, especially in the era of society 5.0. This study aims to describe how the history of the development of nationalism in Indonesia, the things that influence the degradation and strategies for strengthening nationalism in Indonesia in the era of society 5.0. Compiled using descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study describe that the most important historical milestones in the process of nationalism in Indonesia were the birth of Budi Utomo and the implementation of the youth oath on October 28, 1908. The factors that influenced the degradation of Indonesian nationalism in the 5.0 era were divided into two, namely internal factors including (1) the nation's backwardness Indonesia from various aspects of life, (2) Democracy that crosses the boundaries of ethics and manners (3) the emergence of ethnocentrism. External factors include (1) the development of globalization, (2) the influence of liberalism and (3) the loss of love for domestic products. Efforts to strengthen nationalism towards the Indonesian nation that have been pursued in the 5.0 era are in the form of fostering Indonesian nationalism through (1) the educational pathway by implementing an independent learning curriculum that is oriented towards developing the profile of Pancasila students in schools, (2) The role of the family by providing special supervision and comprehensive education to children about the surrounding environment and educate children to be proud of using domestic products (3) the role of the government by holding cultural seminars or exhibitions to maintain the preservation of regional culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of using Virtual Reality (VR) based learning media in learning history at SMA 23 Makassar. VR technology offers an immersive learning experience with three-dimensional visualization, allowing students to explore historical events and locations virtually without leaving the classroom. The research began with planning in the form of team formation and debriefing, followed by the preparation stage for one week. Preparatory activities include communication with history educators of SMA 23 Makassar, preparation of schedules, determination of implementation locations, making broadcast materials, and procurement of supporting equipment and materials. The results showed that the use of VR had a positive impact in improving students' understanding of complex and abstract historical concepts. Students showed higher interest in learning history due to a more interesting and interactive learning atmosphere. In addition, the use of VR also contributes to the improvement of students' digital literacy, which is relevant to the 21st century skill needs. This study concludes that VR-based learning media has great potential to improve the quality of history learning if supported by the development of adequate infrastructure and content. Recommendations are given for collaboration between educators, technology developers and the government to overcome existing obstacles and maximize the benefits of this technology in education. Abstract. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Virtual Reality (VR) dalam pembelajaran sejarah di SMA 23 Makassar. Teknologi VR menawarkan pengalaman belajar yang imersif dengan visualisasi tiga dimensi, memungkinkan siswa menjelajahi peristiwa dan lokasi bersejarah secara virtual tanpa meninggalkan ruang kelas. Penelitian dimulai dengan perencanaan berupa pembentukan dan pembekalan tim, dilanjutkan tahap persiapan selama satu minggu. Kegiatan persiapan meliputi komunikasi dengan pendidik sejarah SMA 23 Makassar, penyusunan jadwal, penetapan lokasi implementasi, pembuatan bahan tayang, serta pengadaan peralatan dan bahan pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan VR memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep-konsep sejarah yang kompleks dan abstrak. Siswa menunjukkan minat yang lebih tinggi terhadap pembelajaran sejarah karena suasana belajar yang lebih menarik dan interaktif. Selain itu, penggunaan VR juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan literasi digital siswa, yang relevan dengan kebutuhan keterampilan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis VR memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sejarah jika didukung dengan pengembangan infrastruktur dan konten yang memadai. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk kolaborasi antara pendidik, pengembang teknologi, dan pemerintah guna mengatasi kendala yang ada dan memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi ini dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

The most concerning social problem today is anomalous behavior and the erosion of collective collegial values. Therefore, character development, especially related to collective values such as mutual cooperation, has become an important issue in Indonesia. This research aims to provide a comprehensive description of the history and character entities that are characteristic of the Bajo Tribe community in Wanci Island, Wakatobi Regency. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to obtain objective data through three data collection techniques: interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the migration of the Bajo tribe to the Mola region on Wanci Island began in the 1960s as a means of avoiding social conflict and accusations of involvement with the DI/TII rebellion movement on Kaledupa Island. The character of mutual cooperation upheld by the Bajo Mola community reflects a fair and inclusive social system, where the practice of mutual aid is manifested regardless of social status, age, or individual background. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need to maintain mutual cooperation as a pillar of solidarity and social harmony in order to embody virtuous people.

Abstract

This study covers religion and morality, which have a close and inseparable relationship, where good morality reflects the quality of a person's religiosity. In Islam, morality is considered not only an important component of religious teachings but also a basis for building a prosperous and civilised society. This study examines the relationship between religion, morality, and the success of Islamic civilisation with a focus on the contribution of the Abbasid Dynasty, especially the city of Baghdad, to the advancement of science, technology, and government administration. In addition, this study also tries to explain the role of Baghdad as a centre of global trade, culture, and education that drives the progress of the Islamic world. Heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography are the four main steps in the historical research method. The purpose of this study is to show that religion and morality play an important role in building successful civilisations. With its headquarters in Baghdad, the Abbasid Dynasty made great advances in administration, science, and technology that still influence the world today. To build individuals and societies with character, good moral education is the main foundation for building an advanced and civilised civilisation. When citizens possess ethical frameworks to guide their actions and decisions, civilisations flourish. By prioritising moral education, societies can foster a sense of responsibility and community, eventually leading to greater social cohesion and progress.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas sosialisasi ruang ekologis berbasis nilai-nilai religius pada masyarakat nelayan di Desa Liya One Melangka, Wangi-Wangi Selatan Wakatobi. Rendahnya tingkat kesadaran ini membuat beberapa praktik yang kurang ramah lingkungan masih terjadi, seperti penggunaan alat tangkap yang merusak terumbu karang. Selain itu, sebagian besar masyarakat belum menguasai konsep ekologi dasar, seperti keanekaragaman hayati dan keberlanjutan. Walaupun masyarakat desa ini memiliki kepercayaan yang kuat terhadap ajaran agama, kaitan antara ajaran tersebut dan upaya pelestarian lingkungan belum sepenuhnya terefleksi dalam keseharian mereka. Metode dalam artikel ini dalam tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut. Nilai-nilai religius seperti menjaga amanah dari Tuhan sering kali belum terwujud dalam tindakan ekologis yang konkret, terutama dalam aktivitas penangkapan ikan dan pengelolaan sumber daya laut dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan pembagian brosur ruang ekologis dan religius.
