Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbandingan motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI dan kelas XII. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket motivasi belajar siswa. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 dan kelas XII MIPA 2 di SMA NEGERI 1 MUARO JAMBI tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 60 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu menggunakan software IBM SPSS 23, dengan melakukan Uji Normalitas, Uji Homogenitas, dan Uji Perbandingan. Data yang didapatkan peneliti telah terdistribusi normal dan homogen, sehingga peneliti dapat menggunakan uji perbandingan. Adapun hasil uji perbandingan ini yaitu nilai signifikan pengujian dua arah Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,207 pada Equal variance not assumed, dan nilai signifikan pengujian dua arah Sig.(2-tailed) untuk Equal variance assumed dan nilai untuk Equal variance not assumed sebesar 0,208. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil motivasi belajar siswa antara siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 dan XII MIPA 2.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakter kerja keras terhadap mata pelajaran fisika di lingkungan sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode peniltian analisis kuantitatif. Metode ini termasuk metode statistika deskriptif. Metode statistika deskriptif adalah metode bagian statistika mengenai pengumpulan data, penyajian, penentuan nilai-nilai statistika, pembuatan diagram atau gambar mengenai sesuatu hal, disini data yang disajikan dalam bentuk yang lebih mudah dipahami atau dibaca. . Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data primer adalah data asli yang dikumpulkan sendiri oleh peneliti untuk menjawab masalah yang sedang di teliti. Subjek dari penelitian adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi, kelas XI MIPA 4 berjumlah 20 orang, kelas XI MIPA 5 berjumlah 20 orang dan kelas XI MIPA 6 berjumlah 20 orang. Dimana hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa  dari semua pernyataan yang telah diberikan SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi telah berhasil menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter kerja keras dalam pembelajaran FisikaThe  purpose  of  this  study  was  to  analyze  the  character  of hard work on physics subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. The method used  in  this  research  is  quantitative  analysis  research  method.  This method is a descriptive statistical method. Descriptive statistical method is  a  method  of  the  statistics  section  regarding  data  collection, presentation,  determining  statistical  values,  making  diagrams  or pictures of something, here the data is presented in a form that is easier to  understand or  read.  .  The data  used  in  this  study  are  primary  data. Primary  data  is  the  original  data  that  the  researcher  has  collected himself  to  answer  the  problem  being  studied.  The  subjects  of  the  study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi, class XI MIPA 4 totaling 20 people,  class  XI  MIPA  5  totaling  20  people  and  class  XI  MIPA  6 totaling  20  people.  Where  the  results  of  this  study  state  that  of  all  the statements that have been given by SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City, they have succeeded  in  applying  the  values  of  hard  work  character  in  learning physics.

Abstract

Academic supervision is one of the main tasks and responsibilities of the principal. This research aims to look at academic supervision in physics education and the quality of education. The quality of educators is a topic of discussion in educational management. Educators play a role in improving the quality of education because educators are the parties who participate in the teaching and learning process and are closest to students. Supervision of academic leadership positively impacts improving the quality of education. In this case, empowering educational leadership can improve functional abilities so that school principals can serve in accordance with their authority and responsibilities and manage all school activities to run well and function optimally. This study uses the literature review method, which looks at the problems around it.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to improve technological literacy and 21st century skills of teachers through the implementation of algorithms based on ICT media, relevant to the demands of the Industrial Revolution 5.0 era. Methodology: The research method uses an experimental approach with a pretest-posttest design and data collection through questionnaires and observations. Training was given to 30 high school teachers using algorithmic technology and ICT media. The data analysis used was parametric statistics using the t-test.. Main Findings: The results of the study showed a significant increase in technological literacy and 21st century skills, with an average increase of 26.9%, especially in the ICT Media aspect. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this research lies in the futuristic algorithmic integration in ICT media for learning, which provides an innovative solution for teacher competency development. This finding is expected to be a guide in designing technology-based training programs for adaptive and innovative education.

Abstract

One of the abilities needed in learning is critical thinking skills. Critical thinking skills are skills that can analyze and evaluate information. Critical thinking skills can relate to the occurrence of misconceptions. This relationship can be positive or negative for students. The research objective is to analyze the relationship between critical thinking skills and misconceptions using a five-tier instrument. The method used in this research is correlational. The sampling technique used simple random sampling, taking 25% of the population of 80 students. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire on critical thinking skills and a misconception test sheet. The descriptive results of misconceptions are 6.00, meaning that misconceptions are categorized as moderate. The descriptive results of critical thinking skills show that the mean of critical thinking skills is 68.50, meaning that critical thinking skills are considered good. Then from the correlation results, there is a significant relationship between the two variables. It means that there is a relationship between critical thinking skills and misconceptions. When misconceptions are high, students' critical thinking skills will be low. Conversely, if the misconceptions experienced by students are low, the critical thinking skills possessed by students are high.

Abstract

Currently, the measurement and assessment process that uses paper is considered less effective and less efficient because it is relatively difficult to score, takes longer, and does not save paper. Therefore, web-based assessment is a better choice in some instances and conditions. The purpose of this study was to develop a web-based assessment that will be used to identify students' misconceptions about the buoyant material. This research is development research (R&D) using the ADDIE model, which involved two validators, a teacher, and 20 students, as respondents in the development process. Data collection was carried out using instruments and interviews. The implication in this study is to be able to identify the occurrence of misconceptions experienced by students by involving technology in conducting assessments carried out by teachers. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Miles and Huberman analysis. The study results indicate that in the use of web-based assessment, students get an average percentage of misconceptions <20%, which is included in the SR category (very low). User response to this web-based instrument is good, so it is feasible. With this, it can be said that it is necessary to apply web-based assessment in the process of tests and assessments in schools.

Abstract

The One Pesantren One Product (OPOP) program implemented at Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah Sukorejo aims to empower the pesantren’s economy and foster entrepreneurship among students by developing and marketing unique products. This study employs a qualitative case study approach to assess the implementation and impact of the OPOP program at the pesantren, focusing on the production and marketing of Beras Pink (Pink Rice). Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results reveal that while the pesantren has made notable progress in product development and marketing, it still faces challenges such as limited production capacity, difficulty accessing broader markets, and a lack of digital marketing expertise. The absence of a well-trained managerial team hampers the ability to scale the business, and although community participation is strong, the higher pricing of the products compared to similar market offerings remains a barrier to wider market acceptance. The study emphasizes the need to strengthen managerial and digital marketing skills to fully leverage the potential of the OPOP program. These findings highlight the critical role of entrepreneurial education in pesantren, providing valuable insights into how OPOP can be optimized to empower pesantren communities, ensuring sustainability and broader impact in other pesantren contexts

Abstract

This study ams to determine the relationship between interst in learning physics and student leraning outcomes. This research uses a quantutative research type, with the research instrument using a questionnaire. The focus of this research is on 4 dimensions, namely the adoption of a scientific attitude, the pleasure of learning physics, and an interest in learning physics. The sample of this research was students of class XII MIA with a total of 60 students. This research was conducted at SMA N 3 MUARO JAMBI. Then, the data were analyzed using the SPSS 24 program to determine whether the data was normal, and using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov correlation test to see whether each variable had a relationship with one another. Based on research and test results from the Kolmogorov-Smirnov correlation test, a significance value of 0,000 was obtained. This means that the significance value of 0.000
