Abstract

Human resource issues are still a highlight and priority for an organization or company to survive and develop in the current era of globalization. The existence of human resources is a determining factor in the successful implementation of an effective organization. Company activities will not be completed properly without being supported by the potential and effective and efficient performance of its human resources. To achieve this success, the existence of human resource management is an absolute thing that must be done optimally so that the purpose of the organization can be achieved. This research aims to examine further the function of human resource management in general, as well as compare it with Islamic rules regarding human resource management contained in the Qur’an so that it can add to the development of human resource management functions both in general and when associated with human resource management in Islam which views humans as having 2 functions, namely as servants and caliphs on earth. This research on Human Resource Management is also the result of the author's observations of human resource management when viewed from an Islamic perspective. This writing is to answer the question of how the human resource management system is viewed from an Islamic point of view. This research method is library research and is included in the category of qualitative research. With thematic method (maudu’iy), namely collecting and analyzing the verses of the Qur'an that talk about the function of human resource management. The results showed that many verses of the Qur'an that examine human resources can be used for the development of human resource management functions and add contributions to the development of Sharia human resource management functions. This research can be continued by studying and deepening the verses of the Koran in subsequent studies so that Islamic human resources have specific advantages.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of convenience and security on employee satisfaction of PT Bridgestone Sumatra Rubber Estate (BSRE) in using the BSI Electronic feature. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires and is measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with 98 respondents. The results of the partial test (t test) and (f test) show that convenience and security have a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of PT Bridgestone Sumatra Rubber Estate (BSRE) employees in using the BSI Electronic feature. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the satisfaction of PT Bridgestone Sumatra Rubber Estate (BSRE) employees in using the BSI Electronic feature is influenced by the convenience and security that are well perceived by users. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product innovation and marketing tools on the competitive advantage of fashion products at the Medan Shoe Store. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were the consumers of the Medan Shoe Store on Jl. Halat No. 122a Medan and samples used were 80 minimum samples using the Slovin formula, but to strengthen the results of the study, the researchers rounded off the results of the minimum sample calculations by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and documentation. The analytical model used in this study is a regression analysis model, with a partial test method with Ttest and simultaneous test with Ftest. The partial T test results show that Product Innovation and Marketing Tools partially have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage. And the results of the F test simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Product Innovation and Marketing Tools on competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of supervision and work discipline on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources, North Sumatera Province. The method in this research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The total sample for this research was 68 respondents, namely civil servants of the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatera Province. The data source used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis techniques in this research are data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing carried out using SPSS version 26 software. The results of the research show that simultaneously, supervision and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the fcount value of 103,096 > ftable of 3,14 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. Based on the results of the R-Square coefficient of determination (R2) test, it is known that 76% of the dependent variable, namely employee performance, can be influenced by the independent variables, namely supervision and work discipline. Meanwhile, the remaining 24% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Technological developments greatly benefit banking companies as a medium for marketing products, services and services and increasing turnover. Technological advances make a major contribution to the world of marketing. Then, this study aims to analyze the implementation of the application of digital marketing carried out by the company as a measuring tool, to what extent digital marketing is able to increase customer satisfaction in the financial industry and then its positive impact on brand loyalty from the company. This research was conducted at the financial institution Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tumang Elok, by taking questionnaires based on a predetermined sample of customers who use products from Bank Syariah Indonesia with 50 respondents. The method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. Partially, the Mediation variable (X1) has no effect on customer satisfaction with a significant value> 0.05 (0.138> 0.05) and the t-count value < t-table (1.508 < 2.01290). Partially, the Digital Marketing (X2) variable has an effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). This can be proven by the results of the t test where the t-count is 4.732 and a significant value of 0.000. Then the significant value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) and the t-count> t-table value (4.732> 0.000). Partially, the Brand Loyalty variable (X3) has an effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). This can be proven by the test results

Abstract

This community service program aims to socialize the importance of early saving habits to children using an Islamic financial approach, while also contributing to the village of Jaranguda in environmental preservation through the creation of organic and non-organic trash bins. The activities included preparation, socialization of the program, and participation in various social activities, such as group exercises, religious recitations, and the Independence Day celebration. Furthermore, the program developed the creativity of RA Nur Ilmi kindergarten students through games and skill-based activities. The results show that the program successfully fostered positive relationships between the students and the local community, raised awareness about the importance of saving and environmental management, and provided valuable experience for students in applying their knowledge within the community. The program is expected to continue with the support of various stakeholders to generate more long-term and significant impacts.

Abstract

This outreach program aims to increase financial literacy among Generation Z students at Satrya Budi Trade Vocational School through the introduction of simple financial reports and entrepreneurship. In the digital era which is characterized by easy access to information, understanding personal financial management and entrepreneurship is very important. This activity involves interactive presentations, financial recording simulations, and group discussions to provide hands-on experience to students. The evaluation results showed an increase in students' understanding of financial and entrepreneurship concepts, with participants being successful in answering evaluation questions well. With this program, it is hoped that students can develop the skills needed to manage finances and start a business in the future.

Abstract

The aim of carrying out this Real Work Lecture (KKN) activity with the theme Optimizing MSMEs in Tanjung Gusta Village with digital promotion through a sharia management approach is to provide knowledge and understanding to the public about how important the use of technology is in the current digital era. The use of technology in digital marketing is very necessary to encourage the businesses of the Sait Buttu Saribu Village community in introducing and promoting their products to a wider market, so that businesses can develop further. The methods used within the target empowerment group framework in this KKN program include: observation, interviews, documentation, training, mentoring, lectures, socialization and practice. The results of the activities during the KKN program were aimed at increasing public understanding, especially the younger generation, about the importance of managing finances wisely and investing in sharia. Activities to socialize the importance of saving from an early age aim to increase awareness and behavior of saving and investing among the community, especially among children and teenagers. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini dengan tema Pengptimallan UMKM di Desa Tanjung Gusta dengan promosi digital melalui pendekatan manajemen syariah adalah untuk memberikan sebuah pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang betapa pentingnya penggunaan teknologi pada era digital saat ini. Penggunaan teknologi dalam digital marketing sangat diperlukan untuk mendorong usaha masyarakat Desa Sait Buttu Saribu dalam memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan produk nya ke pasar yang lebih luas, sehingga usaha dapat lebih berkembang lagi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kerangka pemberdayaan kelompok sasaran pada program KKN ini antara lain melalui: kegiatan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, ceramah, sosialisasi, dan praktek. Adapun hasil kegiatan selama program KKN berlangsung kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat, terutama generasi muda, tentang pentingnya mengelola keuangan secara bijak dan berinvestasi secara syariah. Kegiatan sosialisasi pentingnya menabung sejak dini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan perilaku berhemat serta berinvestasi di kalangan masyarakat, terutama di kalangan anak-anak dan remaja.

Abstract

A business feasibility study is an in-depth analysis process to assess whether a business or project is feasible to run. This process includes a review of various interrelated aspects, such as market aspects, finance, field facts, and other factors. The market aspect focuses on demand, supply, and competition in the market that is the target of the business, while the financial aspect assesses the business's ability to generate profits and meet financial obligations. Financial analysis involves planning funds, capital structure, and estimating costs and revenues needed for operations. Investment, financing, and dividend decisions are very important in managing a company's finances, especially for start-up companies. The use of analysis tools such as financial ratios and the Economic Value Added (EVA) method allows companies to assess their financial performance and efficiency. Risk analysis is also an important part of decision making to minimize potential losses. Overall, a business feasibility study helps companies plan long-term strategies, manage risks, and ensure the continuity and growth of their business.
