Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Entrepreneurship Learning on Entrepreneurial Decisions of Students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The sample in this study were students of the Islamic Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra with a total of 89 students responding. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that entrepreneurship learning can be seen from the tcount of 3,356 ttable 1,988 with a significant value of 0.001 0.05, this shows that the entrepreneurship learning variable influences interest in entrepreneurship, thus H1 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence people's interest in becoming customers of KSP Surya Abadi Mandiri. This research approach used is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study used the slovin formula, so the number of samples studied was 25 respondents. The test results obtained simultaneously, the independent variables of service, location and product together can influence the dependent variable of customer interest with the acquisition of fcount 29.018 ftable 3.03 with a significance level of 0.000. The value of R square (R2) in this study was obtained at 0.806 or 80.6%. This means that the dependent variable of customer interest can be explained by the independent variables of service, location and product by 80.6% while the remaining 19.4% is explained by other variables outside the research variables used. Partially, the service variable has a positive and significant influence on customer interest with a tcount value of 4.957 ttable 2.073 with a significance level of 0.000. The location variable partially has a positive and significant influence on customer interest with the acquisition of tcount 3.168 ttable 2.073 with a significance level of 0.005. The product variable partially has no significant effect on customer interest with a tcount of 0.400 ttable of 2.073 with a significance level of 0.312.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial inclusion and financial literacy on financial performance in the region medan BSI. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, which is in the from of a data collection technique which is carried out by providing questions and written statements to respondents to be answered. The population in this study was all employees in the BSI medan Region. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique (total sampling) with a total of 17 employees. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicholinearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test, t Test, f Test, r Test, Multiple Linear Regression using the help of SPSS. The obtained multiple linear equation Y= 5.327 + 0.444 + 0.438. The results showed that there was an influence of financial inclusion on financial performance with a value of sig = 0.041 and t_hitung 2.256 > t_tabel 2,131, there was an effect of financial literacy on financial performance with a value of sig = 0.026 and t_hitung 2,486 > t_tabel 2,131, simultaneously there is an influence of financial inclusion and financial literacy on financial performance with a value of sig = 0.002 and a calculation of 9.549. The value of R Square of 57.7% the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other variables that are not studied. The conclusion of the financial inclusion research affects financial performance, financial literacy affects finances, simultaneously financial inclusion and financial literacy affect financial performance in BSI Medan Region.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of internal and external factors on profitability as proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), a study on Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2016-2020 period. In the theory of profitability, there are 2 factors that affect bank profitability, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors in this study are BOPO (Operating Expenses to Operating Income), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and external factors in this study are inflation and the money supply. Profitability is one of the most important factors in a company, including Islamic financial institutions, in this case Islamic banks, so that every company must pay attention to the company's profitability ratios. Islamic banks are financial institutions that just started to emerge in the late 90s and have a very high level of competition with conventional banks. For this reason, this study aims to look at the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia through the level of profitability they have had for the last 5 years. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study is the monthly financial statements of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2016-2020. The data in this study will be processed using SPSS software with multiple regression. The results of this study state that inflation as an external factor does not have a significant effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks as measured by the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio with a significance level of 0.628 and the money supply has a significant effect on ROA. While the BOPO, NPF and FDR variables as internal factors have a significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

Currently, many campuses have implemented operational fund management through waqf, including the Al-Azhar Egypt campus, Unida Gontor, UII Yogyakarta, and Darunnajah waqf. However, on the other hand, there are still many aspects of management as well as data and management that have not been digitized and published in general. so that this becomes a problem of waqf accountability itself. The purpose of this study is to clearly know the pattern of cash waqf management at the Unida Gontor and MUI campuses and be able to implement this model on all campuses. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative with an ANP analysis tool. The results show there are 3 problems in this cash waqf model. Among other things, the HR factor with a rather agreement value of 2%, universities with a rather agreement value of 12% and the operational value of rather agreement at 1%, and the strategy, namely the synergy between BWI and universities, using local wisdom and being used as waqf as a lifestyle with the rather agreement value by 16%.

Abstract

A tourist attraction that can be developed to support the community’s economy is natural resources. One of the natural resources is a river. The river as a source of water is very important in meeting the needs of society and enhancing national development. This is also intended as an implementation of the provisions of Law Number 11 of 1974 concerning irrigation, namely that in the context of utilizing and preserving rivers, it is deemed necessary to make arrangements regarding rivers which include protection, development, use, and control of rivers with government regulations. Deli River is one of the rivers in the city of Medan, which, if you look at history during the Deli kingdom, was the vein of trade. However, it is very unfortunate that at this time the existence of the Deli River was starting to be polluted by the large amount of river pollution carried out by the community. The efforts to preserve the river are carried out by Avros Park Medan, through its tourism vehicles trying to provide education to the public working with foundations concerned with the river environment. The purpose of this research is to conduct an assessment of the tourist education model that can be developed by Avros Park in an effort to preserve the environment of the Deli River and in an effort to attract tourists to visit Avros Park. The type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The design of the educational tourism model in this research consists of a tutorial and exploratory educational method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product innovation and marketing tools on the competitive advantage of fashion products at the Medan Shoe Store. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were the consumers of the Medan Shoe Store on Jl. Halat No. 122a Medan and samples used were 80 minimum samples using the Slovin formula, but to strengthen the results of the study, the researchers rounded off the results of the minimum sample calculations by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and documentation. The analytical model used in this study is a regression analysis model, with a partial test method with Ttest and simultaneous test with Ftest. The partial T test results show that Product Innovation and Marketing Tools partially have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage. And the results of the F test simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Product Innovation and Marketing Tools on competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of supervision and work discipline on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources, North Sumatera Province. The method in this research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The total sample for this research was 68 respondents, namely civil servants of the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatera Province. The data source used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis techniques in this research are data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing carried out using SPSS version 26 software. The results of the research show that simultaneously, supervision and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the fcount value of 103,096 > ftable of 3,14 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. Based on the results of the R-Square coefficient of determination (R2) test, it is known that 76% of the dependent variable, namely employee performance, can be influenced by the independent variables, namely supervision and work discipline. Meanwhile, the remaining 24% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Technological developments greatly benefit banking companies as a medium for marketing products, services and services and increasing turnover. Technological advances make a major contribution to the world of marketing. Then, this study aims to analyze the implementation of the application of digital marketing carried out by the company as a measuring tool, to what extent digital marketing is able to increase customer satisfaction in the financial industry and then its positive impact on brand loyalty from the company. This research was conducted at the financial institution Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tumang Elok, by taking questionnaires based on a predetermined sample of customers who use products from Bank Syariah Indonesia with 50 respondents. The method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. Partially, the Mediation variable (X1) has no effect on customer satisfaction with a significant value> 0.05 (0.138> 0.05) and the t-count value < t-table (1.508 < 2.01290). Partially, the Digital Marketing (X2) variable has an effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). This can be proven by the results of the t test where the t-count is 4.732 and a significant value of 0.000. Then the significant value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) and the t-count> t-table value (4.732> 0.000). Partially, the Brand Loyalty variable (X3) has an effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). This can be proven by the test results
