Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether good corporate governance has an effect on the financial performance of banking companies. The population in this study is Conventional Banks listed on the IDX in 2019-2022 and the sample in this study is 10 Conventional Banks. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The methodology of this study uses a quantitative method. The data used is secondary data with data collection techniques using audited financial reports and annual reports published by conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2022 period. The variables of this study consist of independent variables, namely the independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee, board of directors and the dependent variable, namely return on assets (ROA). The data analysis technique for this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee, and board of directors simultaneously affect the dependent variable, namely financial performance. Based on the results of the t-test (partial), it shows that GCG has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Independent board of commissioners and audit committee have a significant positive effect on financial performance. Institutional ownership has no effect on financial performance. Managerial ownership and board of directors have a significant negative effect on financial performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify trends in Islamic consumer ethics research published in major Islamic consumer ethics journals. In this quantitative study, bibliometric analysis was used. The data analyzed included 530 Scopus-indexed research publications published between 1998 and 2022 according to the findings. Based on these findings there has been a significant increase in the number of publications on Islamic consumer ethics. Newspaper articles are the most common type of document that analyzes Islamic consumer ethics. Dear F and Raouf A. They are the two most popular authors based on the number of research papers they have written. Islamic humanity Islamic economy consumption Indonesia and Islamic finance are the most used keywords. Newspaper articles are the most common type of document that analyzes Islamic finance and monetary policy. This study is informative and complementary in covering most of the key aspects of Islamic consumer ethics research.

Abstract

UMKM pada industri kreatif berkembang begitu pesat, tingkat literasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemahaman dan wawasan seseorang sehingga dapat berdampak positif dalam perkembangan ekonomi dan lingkungan tidak terkecuali pada UMKM D&R Snack. Permasalahan utama pada usaha UMKM D&R Snack adalah kurangnya pemahaman tentang digitalisasi pemasaran serta minimnya kemampuan dalam membuat packaging yang menarik calon konsumen sehingga barang yang di jual cenderung memiliki tampilan yang sama sehingga membuat diferensiasi produk sangat minim sehingga sulit mendapatkan konsumen yang loyal. Solusi yang di tawarkan kepada mitra adalah melakukan sosialsiasi digital marketing, pelatihan packaging dan pendampingan secara berkelanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan UMKM D&R Snack untuk mengaplikasikan penggunaan digital marketing serta memperbaiki packaging yang di jual ke konsumen sehingga dapat memiliki identitas produk serta memiliki pangsa pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement instructional materials in the form of a Problem Based Learning (PBL) based electronic Student Worksheet (e LKPD) to enhance learning interest among third grade students at SDN 1 Maria. The focus of the research is mathematics, specifically whole numbers up to 1.000. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, comprising five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Validation results revealed that the media received an average score of 78.6 % in the first phase and 94.6 % in the second phase. Material experts yielded an average validation score of 83.6 % in the first phase and 92.7 % in the second phase-indicating that the e LKPD is highly suitable for instructional use. During the implementation phase, teacher responses averaged 94.4 % and student responses averaged 94.7 %, demonstrating that the e LKPD is very practical to apply. The effectiveness of the e LKPD was assessed through an N Gain test, comparing pre test and post test scores. The average N Gain score was 0.84, categorized as High. In conclusion, the PBL based e LKPD is considered highly feasible, practical, and effective as a teaching medium to enhance students’ learning interest.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to increase the understanding of MSME players in calculating business capital needs. The service partners were MSMEs from the 'Aisyiyah (PDA) Karanganyar Regional Leaders who were attended by 52 participants. A common problem faced by partners is that partners do not understand how to calculate business capital correctly. This service is focused on assisting partners so they can calculate business capital needs to improve the quality of their business. The methods used in this service are preparation, socialization of material and training in calculating business capital. From the results of the activity, it was found that the participants experienced an increase in their understanding of business capital and how to calculate it correctly and found solutions to the problems they faced.

Abstract

Membaca merupakan proses yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh pesan kemudian disampaikan dengan menggunakan kata-kata secara tertulis. Gerakan literasi membaca pada peserta didik merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dirancang agar siswa saat membaca tidak hanya mahir membaca. Akan tetapi, siswa juga dapat memahami isi bacaan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatakan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas I dan II dengan menggunakan media bergambar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN pengabdian masyarakat ini dila-kukan melalui beberapa tahap, antara lain  sebagai berikut (1) Menghubungi mitra kerja sama kepada kepala Desa Sendangagung untuk meminta izin melakukan kegiatan KKN, (2) Mendiskusikan program kerja yang telah disusun kelompok kami dan di kaitkan dengan permasalahan yang terjadi pada anak-anak di lingkungan Dukuh Jiwir, (3) mengumpulkan anak-anak di lingkungan Dukuh Jiwir Khususnya kelas I dan II, (4) mengukur kemampuan membaca anak, (5) melatih anak-anak untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dengan menggunakan metode bergambar. Hasil pengabdian ini yaitu kemampuan membaca anak dengan berlatih menggunakan media bergambar lebih meningkat dari pada sebelumnya. Sebelumnya kesulitan membaca, tetapi dengan adanya media bergambar lebih membantu anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training based on the Marketing Mix was conducted to enhance the capacity of young entrepreneurs in Plupuh Village, Sragen, who exhibit high enthusiasm but lack adequate marketing knowledge. This activity was held from July 20 to August 25, 2024, with 15 participants aged 18–25 years engaged in the culinary and fashion sectors. Their businesses, generally running for 5 months to 2 years, often experienced instability. Through this program, participants received counseling and training on Marketing Mix strategies, covering product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. Additionally, the training included methods to create effective marketing content using social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok to expand market reach and increase brand awareness. The program outcomes indicated improved participant understanding of integrated marketing strategies. Participants were able to differentiate their products creatively and emphasize quality, making their businesses more competitive. By leveraging social media, these young entrepreneurs successfully expanded their market reach and strengthened their brand positioning within the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial performance in predicting stock value and offers a new perspective by exploring how dividend policy can strengthen or weaken the influence of financial performance on the stock value of Sharia Food and Beverages Stock companies. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis used in this study is using panel data regression with a purposive sampling method. The population in this study were 7 food and beverage sector companies in the sharia stock category in 2018-2023. While the sample in this study was the annual financial reports of 7 food and beverage sector companies in the sharia stock category in 2018-2023 as many as 42 data. And the results of the hypothesis test show that the ROA, Current Ratio, DER and TATO variables have a significant positive effect on Stock Price, in addition, dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of the Current Ratio, DER and TATO variables on Stock Price. However, dividend policy does not moderate the effect of the ROA variable on Stock Price. This finding implies that the company's financial performance in general has an important role in determining investor perceptions of the company's stock value. Thus, company management needs to pay attention to increasing the efficiency of asset use (TATO), liquidity (Current Ratio), and capital structure (DER), as well as the ability to generate profits (ROA) to attract investor interest and encourage an increase in share prices

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang didukung oleh infrastruktur dan regulasi yang memadai memudahkan UMKM melakukan bisnis berbasis digital. Strategi e-commerce menjadi kunci keberhasilan pengembangan bisnis berbasis digital. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis implementasi strategi e-commerce dalam meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Sumber data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer dari hasil wawancara dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) serta artikel ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan E-commerce menunjukkan angka yang signifikan dan memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan daya saing UMKM seperti peningkatan omset penjualan, akses pasar menjadi lebih luas, kemudahan trasaksi, dan efisiensi biaya operasional. Akan tetapi, UMKM menghadapi tantangan dalam pengembangan e-commerce karena keterbatasan modal, kurangnya pelatihan, dan keterbatasan infrastruktur internet.
