Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out the quality of public services in the Office of The Village of Tunggaliru Subdistrict Ujung Pandang Makassar City. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data sources used are primary and secondary. The number of informants is 5 people. Data collection is done using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using data reduction measures, data presentation, data verification, and using the application of triangulation data, namely source triangulation, technique and time. The results showed that the quality of public services applied in the Village Office of Tunggaliru Subdistrict of Ujung Pandang Makassar City is still less qualified when viewed from several indicators of the main dimensions in the quality of public services according to Parasuraman (2012): the only dimensions of physical appearance (tangibles) such as office facilities that are still less comfortableKeywords: Quality of Public Service, Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the outsourcing employee compensation system from PT. Tamesti Palikssa Sejahtera who was placed at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sulselrabar. This study uses descriptive qualitative research and data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study, PT. Tamesti Palikssa Sejahtera in this case the leadership of PT. Tamesti Palikssa Sejahtera pays little attention to the welfare of outsourcing employees. This is very unfavorable for the outsourcing employees because the amount of compensation that is lacking starting from overtime work is still there but oevertime pay is eliminated, and tips are also only given from the kindness of the permanent employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sulselrabar, granting leave for whichthe salaries of outsourcing employees will begin to be deducted when the maximum limit of 5 days for employee permission to take leave is ranted, and operational vehicle facilities are not provaded to outsourcing employees.  Keywords: Compensation, Outsourcer

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and explain the Application of motorcycle Tax Services in the One-Stop One-Stop Administration (Samsat) Makassar City. This study used a qualitative descriptive method by conducting data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The data obtained from the results of this study were reviewed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion. completion, Service Fees, Service Products, Providing Facilities and Infrastructure and Competence of Service Officers. In the application of the services provided by the Makassar City Samsat, it provided public services in accordance with the Operational Standards set by the Makassar City Samsat so as to provide the best service to the taxpayer community.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out the extent of government participation to empower the community in the canal environment in the jongaya village, tamalate district, Makassar city. This study used phenomenology with a qualitative research type that wqs explaining government participation in community empowerment in the canal environment in the jongaya village, the tamalate district, the city of Makassar. The total number of research informants was 3 people, m from the village office, the community around the jongaya canal area. Research information was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed there were several stages in the stages of government participation in community empowerment in the canal environment in the jongaya village,  tamalate district, the city of Makassar. Keyword: Participation, In Empowerment, Channels, Local Government

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the National Economic Recovery program at the Head Office of PT. Bank Sulselbar using qualitative research methods, the number of informants is 10 people. The results of the research are 1) the program includes the realization of the distribution of PEN funds in phase I and phase II and the achievement of goals by implementing a program to increase the productive credit portfolio of the MSME segment. However, there were many obstacles that were passed, such as only new debtors, low purchasing power during the Covid-19 recovery, loan terms, declining economic growth, implementation of PSSB, business actors still observing economic growth conditions. 2) Implementing organizations consist of existing divisions designated in distribution and supported by complete facilities and infrastructure such as MSME Centers 3) Targets or parties to which PEN funds are provided consist of Services/Cooperatives, Industry, Infrastructure/Construction, Multi-Sector Productive , Financial/BPR and Other/Consumptive Intermediaries and how to act by making guidelines for the distribution of PEN funds Number SR/072/DRK/VIII/2021 and increasing the consumer credit portfolio, productive for the corporate and syndicated segments.

Abstract

This study purposed  to find out the effect of career development on employee performance at the Makassar City State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). This study used a quantitative approach. The processed data resulted from the distribution of the instrument in the form of a questionnaire to 54 samples. This study used a saturated sampling technique. The results of the descriptive analysis research showed that the Career Development variable (X) based on indicators of educational background, training, work experience were categorized well with an average score of 59.20% and Employee Performance variable (Y) based on quantity, quality, completion time, cooperation, categorized as good enough with an average score of 57.48%. Based on the results of a simple regression test, it was proved that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Makassar City State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). This was concluded, the higher the career development, the employee's performance  could increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the responsiveness of village officials in the distribution of direct cash assistance in Taeng village, Pallangga district, Gowa Regency. The results of the study consist of six aspects, namely (1) the ability to respond to village officials related to administrative services and also the distribution of direct cash assistance at the Taeng village office. It has been seen successfully from the response of the community who received direct cash assistance in Taeng Village. (2 Village office applies a maximum of 5 minutes in carrying out services related to administrative services and also distributing direct cash assistance. (3 Accuracy in carrying out services carried out by Village officials related to direct cash assistance services and the right target recipients of direct cash assistance in Taeng Village. (4) Accuracy of Taeng village officials in providing services related to the distribution of direct cash assistance at the Taeng Village office (5) Accuracy time in providing services at the Taeng Village office in terms of administrative services and distribution of direct cash assistance because village officials immediately process so that the community does not wait too long and is convoluted (6) Ability to respond to complaints from the community

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the cash transfer program in Laringgi village. The type of research used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. The BLT program aims to reduce poverty. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study The implementation of the direct cash assistance program (BLT) in Laringgi Village, consists of four aspects, namely (1) Communication, divided into three, namely: First, the transmission/channel of communication from the village government has been effective in distributing direct cash assistance (BLT), the second is clarity of socialization. has been evenly distributed while in the third the consistency is still lacking. (2) The disposition/attitude is quite good, the people who receive the assistance are very happy. (3) The resources consist of human resources that are quite good in the direct cash assistance program (BLT), the facilities and infrastructure are adequate. (4) Bureaucratic structure, divided into two, namely SOP and Fragmentation, both of which are good in the direct cash assistance program

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village government in dealing with domestic waste in Kembang Ragi Village, Selayar Islands Regency. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction and conclusion. The results of the study show that the government's role as a regulator does not yet have village regulations made by the village government, so it still needs to be socialized with the community regarding waste management. The government's role as a dynamicator is that the government always provides appeals, invitations and directions. The government's role as a facilitator is the first, the government always socializes the problem of waste management. The government's role as an innovator is to provide ideas to the community by recycling waste into something that can be reused. The government's role as a catalyst is that in government socialization it is always emphasized to the community

Abstract

AbstractThe success of an agency can be determined by the achievement of the planned goals. Efforts can be made to achieve this goal by utilizing the resources owned by both human resources and other resources, such as capital and office infrastructure. Humans are a crucial resource for an institution because humans have the ability to work together, set goals and work to achieve goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the development of service facilities and infrastructure at the Karunrung Village Office, Rappocini District, Makassar City. This research uses quantitative research type with descriptive research type with the number of respondents as many as 32 people. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the development of facilities and infrastructure is categorized as good. It can be seen from the recapitulation of each indicator including: Efficiency Indicator with a percentage of 80.83%, Flexibility Indicator with a percentage of 85.93%, Satisfaction Indicator with a percentage of 69.6%, Excellence Indicator with a percentage of 70.9%, Development Indicator with a percentage of 70.6%.Keywords: effectiveness, development, facilities and infrastructure
