Abstract

Promosi jabatan diyakini dapat berpengaruh pada produktivitas dan semangat kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap produktivitas dan semangat kerja pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) Sekretariat Pemerintah Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 orang PNS Sekretariat Pemerintah Kota Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana, dengan pengabsahan data melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, dan linieritas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi jabatan memengaruhi produktivitas dan semangat kerja PNS Sekretariat Pemerintah Kota Makassar yang telah mendapatkan promosi jabatan pada tahun 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to reflect on the pattern of vaccination policies implemented by the Indonesian government and to analyze public sentiment (pro/con) towards vaccination policies and the government's strategy in formulating democratic policies, prioritizing the aspirations of those affected by the policies adopted. This paper uses qualitative research methods with NVivo 12 Plus as a data processing tool. This study's results indicate that vaccination policies tend to be mandatory in Indonesia with an indirect compulsory application polarization. Hence, the government still uses a coercive and restrictive approach to vaccination programs. In Indonesia, vaccination policy intersects with ethical aspects, especially religious values, resulting in diverse public sentiments.

Abstract

Street level bureaucracy is one of the main elements in providing public services in dealing with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research specifically aims to identify the revitalization of the role of Ballaparang Sub District and Gunung Sari Sub District officials, Rappocini District, Makassar Municipality in providing government administration services and other services to the community during the implementation period of the new normal policy. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the Ballaparang and Gunung Sari Sub District officials have demonstrated good abilities in responding to and overcoming problems in the delivery of public services in the new normal era and challenges from the aspects of efficiency, effectiveness and fairness in the delivery of public services can be overcome.

Abstract

peran Dinas Perhubungan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan berlendara di Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan peran Dinas Perhubungan dalam meningkatkan disiplin berlendara di Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kemudian validasi data dengan cara triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan dilakukan dengan merancang kegiatan manajemen lalu lintas dan rekayasa pembangunan di jalan umum berdasarkan identifikasi masalah. 2) Pengaturan dilakukan dengan memperhatikan sejumlah titik yang masih belum dilengkapi rambu-rambu lalu lintas yang didukung kegiatan sosialisasi. 3) Rekayasa belum berjalan optimal. 4) Pemberdayaan dilakukan melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis rutin oleh internal Departemen Perhubungan. 5) Pengawasan dilakukan dengan melakukan pengawasan dan pengaturan jalan secara harian dan menugaskan petugas untuk berjaga di beberapa lokasi pusat arus lalu lintas.Kata kunci: Peran, Disiplin Mengemudi, Lalu Lintas

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of land and building tax revenues at the Gowa Regency Original Revenue Agency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques with a total of 5 informants. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in 18 sub-districts of Gowa Regency it was not yet effective. The reason is the lack of public awareness in paying taxes. Taxpayers pay PBB only if there is a need, such as selling the land because there must be a PBB payment report or there are other government arrangements and in the application of the tax many SPPT are considered problematic and in the application of the tax there are many SPPT which are considered problematic. Among them, the subject does not exist, the object is unclear or in a state of dispute or multiple PBB so that they return it to the BAPENDA office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Danramil leadership in improving the performance of soldiers from the Military  District Command 1407-19/Kahu, Bone Regency. This study used qualitative methods and the data sources used were observations, interviews, other data sources and secondary data sources. The results of this study regarded the role of Danramil leadership were quite good, seen in (1) Danramil planning made an agenda, implementing, completing, planning work programs, training activities, coaching and controlling all soldiers, 2) organizing was carried out by Danramil could be seen at several activities of designing, grouping, organizing, dividing tasks, creating a comfortable working atmosphere and being able to manage aspects of existing personnel and facilities, 3) providing motivation had become an obligation  by Danramil to carry out their capacity as a leader properly, 4) Danramil supervision could ensure the entire series of activities that had been planned, organized and implemented according to the plan, and it was a phase where Danramil could assess whether the goals that have been achieved were satisfactory or not, 5) Danramil evaluation was carried out every week on Friday, and there it could be seen what shortcomings and obstacles faced during the execution of the duties of the soldiers.Keywords: Leadership, Koramil Performance

Abstract

This study purposed to analyze and describe the performance of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative for South Sulawesi in resolving complaints reports in Makassar City. This study used qualitative research with descriptive type. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and media review. Validation of data was done through source triangulation and technical triangulation and then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the performance of the RI Ombudsman Representative for South Sulawesi in resolving public complaints was quite good. This could  be seen from the clarity of requirements, documents and clarity of procedures and service mechanisms in accordance with the RI Ombudsman Regulation Number 48 of 2020. Although in the aspect of accountability the Ombudsman had not been maximized in transparency. This could be  seen from the report submitted by the Central Ombudsman through the website of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia which was only a general report.Keywords: Performance, Ombudsman RI, Complaint Report

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of employee performance variables on the variable quality of public services at the Makassar branch of the BPJS Healthy office. The method in this study used quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people and the sampling method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis in a simultaneous and racial way. The results of this study indicated that the analysis of employee performance variables and the quality of public services was in the "good" category. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it showed that the employee performance variable had an effect of 60.6% on the quality of public services at the Makassar branch of the BPJS healthy office. It  concluded that the higher the employee's performance, the higher the service quality, conversely, the lower the employee's performance, the lower the quality of public service.Keywords: influence, employee performance, quality of public services

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to find out the effect of controlling to the employee work professionalism at Statistic Center Agency in Pinrang Regency. The type of research used is the measurement of quantitative and objective statistics. The population in this research were 23 people and used as a sample. The file collection techniques are using observation, documentation and cousionary techniques against the response. The identity of respondents was seen from gender, age, religion, and level of education. The result of this research indicated that the influence of the controlling to the employee work professionalism at Statistic Center Agency in Pinrang Regency means that it has a positive and significant effect on employee work professionalism. The result of this research have been tested using a simple regression tool with a positive result of 1,948 and a significant level of 0,000 smaller than 0,05 with the R square value of 0,997 or 99,7 % which means the controlling contribution to employee work professionalism at Statistic Center Agency in Pinrang Regency, while 3%  is affected by other variables not examined in this research such as motivation, work experience, etc.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis  study purposed to find out the utilization of Electronic Government in the Department of Communication, Information, Statistics and Encoding, Luwu Regency. This study used qualitative research with descriptive type. There were eight informants in this study. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Validation of data was done through triangulation of sources, techniques, and past time was analyzed through data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The results showed that the use of Electronic Government at the Communication and Information Office of Luwu Regency from the aspect of the eight elements of a successful e-government project, namely the Political Environment of the Top Down Project (TDP) type, Leadership was quite good. Plan had been realized well. Stakeholders had a high commitment to establish good communication and cooperation. Transparency/visibility could be realized in the form of information contained in the portal managed by the Luwu Regency Diskominfo. Budgets came from the APBD. Technology developed using computerized devices. Innovation by creating an information service system and an integrated service database adapted to an integrated service workflow and integrated with Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD)Keywords: Utilization, Electronic Government
