Abstract

This research aims, 1) To find out the implementation of supervision of madrasa heads at MAN 1 Medan, 2) To find out the results of supervision of madrasa heads at MAN 1 Medan, and 3) To find out the problems and efforts of madrasa heads in overcoming supervision at MAN 1 Medan. This research uses qualitative research methods which are intended to determine the phenomena experienced by research subjects. With data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, verification or drawing conclusions and checking the validity of the data. Using the sample, the head of the MAN 1 Medan madrasah and five different teachers to obtain information regarding the problems of the madrasah head in carrying out supervision at MAN 1 Medan. The results of this research include: 1) The implementation of supervision at MAN 1 Medan through three stages, namely, planning, implementation and follow-up evaluation which is carried out once a year, 2) The results to be achieved after supervision is carried out, namely, first for teachers, for students , and madrasah, and 3) The problem with the head of the madrasah in carrying out supervision is the limited time which makes his focus divided between his activities outside and as a supervisor at MAN 1 Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a strategy to increase community participation in instigating a Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) for the Southern Region of Kota Denpasar to minimize deviations during its implementation. This research used a mixed method, preceded by a qualitative data collection, and then progressed to a quantitative data collection. Distribution of questionnaires aided both started in January and ended in May 2024. Three forms of analysis are used: qualitative descriptive analysis, interval analysis, and SWOT. Study findings show that the stage of community participation falls into the category of consultation level - the fourth step on Arnstein's participation ladder. This is included in the degree of tokenism category. Based on the internal-external (IE) matrix analysis results in SWOT, the position of community participation is in cell II. The appropriate strategy to be used is the growth and development strategy. At this stage, the required actions are either intensive (information, dissemination, strengthening regulations, and innovation) or integrative (controlling information, strengthening human resource capacity, and cooperation/partnership). This research also leads to a range of opportunities to conduct further studies discussing community participation in policy conformance, land utilization control, and the application of e-participation and partnership.Keywords: participation; spatial planning[ RDTR; level of participation; Internal-External (IE) matrix AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi peningkatan peran serta masyarakat di dalam tahap penyusunan Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (RDTR) Wilayah Perencanaan (WP) Selatan Kota Denpasar, dalam rangka meminimalisir terjadinya simpangan saat implementasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed method) yang diawali dengan pengumpulan data kualitatif, dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perolehan data kuantitatif. Proses pengumpulan data dibantu oleh penyebaran kuesioner yang dimulai di bulan Januari dan berakhir di bulan Mei 2024. Ada tiga frame analisis yang diterapkan, yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif, analisis interval dan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi masyarakat berada pada level consultation yaitu tangga keempat dari tingkatan partisipasi Arnstein yang masuk dalam kategori degree of tokenism. Berdasarkan hasil analisis matrik internal-eksternal (IE) dalam SWOT, posisi peran serta masyarakat berada di sel II dimana strategi yang tepat digunakan yaitu strategi tumbuh dan membangun. Di dalam tahapan ini, aksi yang disyaratkan yaitu bersifat intensif (penyebarluasan informasi, penguatan regulasi, dan inovasi) atau integratif (memegang kendali informasi, penguatan kapasitas SDM, dan kerjasama/partnership). Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk beberapa studi lanjutan yang mendalami peran serta masyarakat pada tahap pentaatan kebijakan, pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang serta penerapan e-participation dan partnership.Kata kunci: peran serta masyarakat; tata ruang; RDTR, tingkat partisipasi; matrik Internal-Eksternal (IE)

Abstract

Human Resources is the most privileged asset in a company. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on work discipline at FKK UMJ, an institution that operates in the medical education service sector. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sample involving 45 respondents. The data collection technique uses observation through questionnaires. The results of this study show that leadership style (X1) has a positive effect on work discipline (Y) by 86.4%, this is evidenced based on the t-value of 16.555 > t-table 2.017 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Organizational culture (X2) has a positive effect on work discipline (Y) by 78.2%, this is evidenced by the t-value of 12.430 > t.017 table with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Leadership style (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously (together) had a positive influence on work discipline (Y) by 88.4% and the remaining 11.6% were influenced by variables outside this study. This is evidenced based on the F value of 159.517 > the F value of table 3.22 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Usia dini merupakan periode emas pertumbuhan potensi anak yang hanya terjadi sekali seumur hidup. Untuk itu, perlu program PAUD bermakna sejak lahir hingga 6 tahun untuk menstimulasi perkembangan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Namun ketersediaan Pendidikan anak usia dini masih belum merata dan sangat terbatas. Seperti yang terjadi di Desa Silau Laut, TK Yasir Arrafa menjadi satu-satunya Lembaga Pendidikan anak usia dini terkait sarana, SDM, kurikulum, dan fasilitas yang terbatas menghambat kualitas pembelajaran. Padahal, anak-anak di desa terpencil memiliki potensi setara dengan anak-anak yang tinggal di perkotaan. Penelitian mengenai tantangan dan solusi kontekstual PAUD di daerah terpencil diperlukan agar pemerataan dan kualitas pendidikan usia dini dapat tercapai secara merata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana potret penyelenggaraan pendidikan anak usia dini di desa silo laut Kabupaten Asahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyelenggaraan Pendidikan anak usia dini di desa terpencil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyelenggaraan pendidikan anak usia dini memiliki kendala terkait keterbatasan pada sarana dan prasarana, sumberdaya manusia dan juga dalam aspek sosial yangmana kurangnya pemahaman Masyarakat terhadap pentingnya Pendidikan anak usia dini  untuk itu perlu adanya sosialisasi yang lebih intensif kepada Masyarakat mengenai hal ini.

Abstract

Sosial media Tiktok menjadi salah satu platform sosial media yang populer bagi Generasi Z untuk sarana hiburan serta mendapatkan informasi melalui konten-konten yang menarik dan kreatif. Dengan adanya konten tersebut, banyak pelaku bisnis yang menggunakannya sebagai tempat untuk memasarkan produk atau layanan mereka, sehingga muncullah teknik pemasaran E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth). E-WOM dapat berupa konten ataupun komentar yang berisi review dari pembeli sebelumnya, dimana review tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi bagi para calon pembeli. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis teknik pemasaran E-WOM pada sosial media Tiktok terhadap keputusan pembelian Generasi Z. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-WOM berpengaruh dan berperan penting terhadap keputusan pembelian Generasi Z, baik dalam bentuk konten di Tiktok maupun komentar dari pembeli sebelumnya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak E-WOM yang positif, semakin banyak pula kemungkinan Generasi Z untuk membeli produk tersebut.

Abstract

This study explores the transformation of women's roles in Indonesia's parliamentary institutions, focusing on the intersection between women's emancipation and human rights enforcement at the local level, with Banyuwangi Regency as a case study. The research analyzes how gender equality principles—enshrined in international conventions such as CEDAW and Indonesia's national legislation—are reflected in the political representation and policy contributions of female members of the Banyuwangi Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD). Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through document analysis, interviews with female legislators and human rights activists, and secondary data from the General Election Commission (KPU) and the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan). The findings indicate that while women's representation in Banyuwangi DPRD has increased following the national 30% gender quota policy, substantive advocacy for women's rights and gender equality remains constrained by patriarchal norms, limited political resources, and institutional barriers. The study concludes that gender transformation in local parliaments like Banyuwangi is ongoing, reflecting both progress and persistent inequality in realizing women's political emancipation and human rights protection.

Abstract

The teacher management policy in madrasah aliyah is a policy process using educational facilities and infrastructure as well as various strategies to achieve teacher management goals, namely realizing the position of teachers as professionals, as part of achieving the goals of implementing the national education system. This research aims to describe teacher management policies at MAN 1 Medan. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research with observation, documentation and interview techniques. The results of this research are that the teacher management policy at MAN 1 Medan is considered good, this can be proven by the results of the speaker's research with WKM in the field of Curriculum. Where the teachers at MAN 1 Medan have carried out training to increase the competency of the teachers who teach at MAN 1 Medan. Apart from that, many teachers at MAN 1 Medan also have academic qualification certification.
