Abstract

Covid 19 which is endemic in Indonesia causes the learning system cannot be done face-to-face. And therefore the government has set a learning system that must be carried out by Indonesia is an online payment system. Therefore, in this study, it will be seen how the strategies that must be carried out by schools in the learning system from and what obstacles are felt by schools in the current online learning system. Is this online learning system very efficient or not very efficient in the current learning system and in this study we will also discuss the system How methods are used in learning strategies in educational institutions in Indonesia, especially at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Binjai

Abstract

The evaluation of curriculum program in improving the quality of education is motivated by the development of increasingly sophisticated and globalized science and technology (IPTEK), so that it has an impact on almost all human life on earth today, including educational institutions. Educational institutions are required to be able to anticipate these changes by realizing quality education. In education management, curriculum management needs to be carried out by holding and applying the existing management principles so that the output produced is of quality. The purpose of this study was to determine how the evaluation of curriculum program in improving the quality of education at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung are: (1) curriculum program planning in improving the quality of education at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung has been carried out collaboratively, meaning that by involving school personnel in all stages of curriculum planning; (2) the implementation of the curriculum program in improving the quality of education at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung has been carried out in accordance with the general principles of curriculum development; (3) the evaluation of the curriculum program in improving the quality of education at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung is carried out very well, as evidenced by the existence of a systematic effort in setting implementation standards.

Abstract

Interaction between lecturers and students is something that must be done to achieve the goals of the learning process. However, currently there are many media used to interact without meeting face to face. This article aims to analyze the role of WhatsApp groups as a medium for social interaction between lecturers and students. The research method used in this article is qualitative by collecting data through interviews with informants. The results of the interviews conducted show: 1) Whatsapp has an important role in conveying information when lectures cannot be conducted face to face, 2) Whatsapp as an interaction medium has the advantage of being able to convey information anywhere and at any time, while the disadvantage is interaction between Lecturers and Students face to face. directly limited, 3) The obstacle faced in using WhatsApp as a medium of interaction is that lecturers are less responsive.

Abstract

This research aims to describe (1) to determine the Madrasah Management at MTs N 2 Deli Serdang in supporting and optimizing the implementation of extracurricular activities as an effort to improve student learning achievement (2) to determine the extent of the contribution of extracurricular activities to increasing student learning achievement at MTs N 2 Deli Serdang (3) to find out the obstacles faced by madrasas in managing extracurricular activities and how they affect student learning achievement. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in the research were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Extracurricular Advisor and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data collection analysis carried out data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. And based on the results of research that researchers have conducted, extracurricular activities have run well in accordance with the planning, organization, implementation and supervision that the madrasah has carried out.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are a series of teaching and learning activity programs outside programmed class hours, which are intended to increase students' horizons of thinking, foster students' talents and interests as well as a spirit of community service. This research uses a qualitative research method which can be understood as a research procedure that utilizes descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and actors who can be observed. Based on the results of research on school policies regarding innovation in extracurricular activities at Budisatrya Middle School, the development of innovation in extracurricular activities at Budisatrya Middle School, extracurricular activities at Budisatrya Middle School increased with the presence of tahsin, tahfidz and multimedia extracurricular activities.
