Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of people's trust and buying interest online. Trust is considered an important factor and is one of the critical factors in stimulating online transactions. When trust is higher, of course, it will be used as a measure to foster consumer buying interest to transact online, so the higher the trust, the higher the buying interest. Positive trust certainly affects consumer interest in shopping online because they believe that sellers are able to carry out their business activities properly and can be trusted by sending the purchased products to consumers.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the problems written by the tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sausu in writing recount text. This study concentrated on the issues students had when producing recount texts in terms of grammar, organization, content and vocabulary. The researcher applied descriptive qualitative research in this study. The subject of this research was the tenth-grade social students which consisted of 20 students. The instrument was test. In collecting the data, written test is used in order to know how the students understood in writing recount text and in addition to find out their problems in writing. There were 4 steps in collecting the data in this research. They are preparing research instrument, distributing the test instruction to students, collecting the data, and analyzing students’ writing. In order to determine the percentage and the most common mistakes that students made when producing recount texts, the researcher calculated the difficulties based on the classification. The results made it evident that most students had difficulty writing a recount paragraph. A student (4.5 percent) had extremely poor content, two students (9.09 percent) had extremely poor organization, ten students (45.4 percent) had extremely poor vocabulary and twelve students (54.5%) had extremely poor grammar. The majority of students found it difficult to comprehend how to use language in a recount text, which is why it happened. Additionally, they are inexperienced and lacked knowledge in writing recount texts.

Abstract

Abstrak, Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) merupakan penyakit yang seringkali tidak menunjukkan gejala dan tanda klinis khusus. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan seseorang tidak mengetahui dan menyadari kondisi tersebut sejak awal. Keterlambatan penanganan pada PTM mengakibatkan biaya pengobatan yang tinggi, sulit diobati dan dikembalikan pada kondisi normal. Kejadian ini dapat dicegah melalui pengendalian faktor risikonya. Yaitu gaya hidup tidak sehat, tekanan darah tinggi, gula darah tinggi, kolesterol tinggi, obesitas dan lain-lain. Menurut data Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO), penyakit tidak menular menyebabkan 41 juta kematian setiap tahun, yang merupakan 71% dari semua kematian global. Penyakit kardiovaskular adalah penyebab utama kematian PTM. Indonesia memiliki tantangan besar yang harus dihadapi saat ini adalah tiga masalah kesehatan penting diantaranya bertambahnya penyakit tidak menular, penyakit infeksi dan kemunculan penyakit yang seharusnya sudah berhasil diatasi. Kementrian Kesehatan (2022) menyatakan bahwa penyakit tidak menular menimbulkan angka kematian yang tinggi tiap tahunnya. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dan melakukan pemeriksaan rutin mengenai tekanan darah, kolesterol, asam urat dan gula darah. Pelaksanaan pada juni 2024 di Kampung Tua Teluk Lengung, RT 01 dan 02/RW 022, Kelurahan Kabil, Kecamatan Nongsa, Kota Batam. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada kader posyandu dan melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan mengenai tekanan darah, kolesterol, asam urat dan gula darah. Dan hasilnya bahwa dari 50 Responden yang paling banyak berusia >40-49 Tahun. Responden dengan hasil tekanan darah >135/90mmhg sebanyak > 15 warga. Responden dengan kolesterol normal >75%. Responden dengan hasil asam urat abnormal >85%. Responden dengan hasil gula darah abnormal > 95% warga.
