Abstract

Beton merupakan material yang banyak digunakan dalam dunia konstruksi. Untuk mendapatkan komposisi campuran yang tepat dalam membuat beton ada beberapa standard yang digunakan, diantaranya SNI 03-2834-2000. Penelitian ini membatasi penggunaan material agregat kasar berupa batu pecah ex Gringsing, Batang, agregat halus berupa pasir ex Muntilan, Magelang, semen Portland berupa PPC Tipe 1 ex Holcim, dan air artetis Politeknik Negeri Semarang. Dari hasil pengujian mix design beton mutu K250 dan K350 diperoleh komposisi campuran material antara lain terjadi penambahan kadar semen sebesar 62,26 kg, pengurangan kadar agregat halus sebesar 25,31 kg-ssd, dan pengurangan kadar agregat kasar sebesar 37,96 kg-ssd. Dari hasil uji density beton diperoleh nilai density beton K350 lebih besar 0,101 kg/m3 dibandingkan nilai density beton K250. Sedangkan kekuatan tekan beton rata-rata umur 3 hari terdapat selisih sebesar 54,27 kg/m2 atau jika dikonversi terhadap umur beton terjadi selisih sebesar 135,675 kg/m2.

Abstract

Penilaian kondisi perkerasan jalan secara fungsional merupakan aspek yang penting dalam menentukan kegiatan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan jalan, sehingga proses evaluasi dapat terpantau dengan baik. Terdapat dua cara penilaian jalan, yaitu secara visual dan menggunakan alat bantu. Penilain visual dapat menggunakan Asphalt PASER (Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating) sedangkan IRI (International Roughness Index) merupakan penilaian jalan menggunakan alat bantu, dalam penelitian ini penilaian IRI yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Roadroid yang berbasis Aplikasi Smartphone Android. Maka dari itu perlu adanya korelasi antara kedua metode tersebut untuk mengurangi subyektifitas surveyor dalam penilaian secara visual. Lokasi penelitian yaitu ruas Jalan Kabupaten Sragen, dimana sampel jalan tersebut dibagi dalam lima ruas. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sampel jalan Kabupaten Sragen rata-rata Kondisi Baik, baik itu menggunakan penilaian Asphalt PASER maupun IRI Roadroid. Penilaian Asphalt PASER dengan IRI Roadroid memiliki nilai korelasi pearson -0.139 yang berarti terdapat korelasi linier dengan tingkat korelasi sangat rendah. Nilai korelasi bernilai negatif diakibatkan adanya penilaian berbalik antara penilaian Asphalt PASER dan IRI Roadroid.

Abstract

The quality of education is not only determined by the curriculum and teaching methods, but is also influenced by the physical condition of the learning environment, including the comfort and safety of the classroom. MI Hudalil Muttaqien Kedungpanas is one of the elementary schools that deals with problems with physical facilities, especially damaged ceramic floors in several classrooms. This damage has an impact on disrupting the teaching and learning process, and has the potential to pose a safety risk to students and teachers. This community service program aims to improve the quality of learning facilities by repairing damaged ceramic floors. The method of implementing the activity includes a survey of initial conditions, preparation of technical plans, Procurement of materials, to the repair process which is carried out in stages in accordance with civil engineering principles. The results of the community service that have been carried out show that floor repairs have succeeded in creating a more comfortable, safe, and suitable classroom environment for learning activities. In addition to improving aesthetics and safety, these repairs also have a positive impact on student learning motivation. This community service activity confirms that adequate physical facilities are an important factor in creating a quality educational environment and supporting an optimal learning process.

Abstract

The condition of a road section can be known using the IRI (International Roughness Index) value. IRI is the value of the unevenness of the road surface and is determined by the total length of elevation and subsidence of the road surface per unit length. This study aims to evaluate the conditions of road sections in Tembalang District using IRI. IRI data collection using a technology-based vibration sensor method using the RoadLabPro application on a smartphone installed on a two-wheeled vehicle, effectively reaches remote, narrow areas, and various road conditions with high flexibility. The collected data is analyzed to classify road conditions into Good (IRI ≤ 4.0), Moderate (4.1≤IRI≤8.0), Lightly Damaged (8.1≤IRI≤12.0), or Severely Damaged (12≤ IRI). Of the 31 road sections tested, 54.84% were in the Good category with an average IRI value of 3.48 m/km, and 45.16% were in the Moderate category with an average IRI value of 4.89 m/km. Analysis using QGIS serves to map road conditions, identify locations with high IRI values ​​that require repair. The results of this study are expected to be used for more effective road maintenance planning and management, contribute to improving the quality of road infrastructure in Tembalang District, and support decision making to improve the comfort and safety of road users.

Abstract

Improperly managed road conditions have led to increased maintenance costs and a decline in transportation service quality in Semarang City. Inefficiencies in road maintenance budget managementee often occur due to limited data availability and the lack of an integrated system. This study aims to implement a database system for managing road maintenance budgets using the Provincial Kabupaten Road Management System (PKRMS) developed with Microsoft Access. The research methodology involves the collection of primary data through field surveys and road condition inventories, as well as secondary data obtained from relevant government agencies. The collected data were processed within the PKRMS framework to generate cost estimates for maintenance activities categorized as routine maintenance, periodic maintenance, rehabilitation, and road widening. The analysis results show that road segments with severe damage require the highest budget allocation, particularly for rehabilitation work, whereas roads in good condition only require routine maintenance with relatively lower costs. The implementation of this database system has proven effective in improving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the planning and decision-making process for road maintenance budget allocation in Semarang City.
