Multidimensional factors caused stunting and intervention, mostly focusing on the first 1000 days of life. Maternal factors consist of prenatal, intranatal, and postnatal factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the intranatal and postnatal factors influencing the incidence of stunting. The design of this research was descriptive-analytic with a retrospectives approach. This study's population was children aged 1-3 years old using random cluster sampling and obtained 35 respondents as case group and 35 respondents as the control group. This study shows that there were variables associated with stunting such as labour history with odds ratio 0.103 (p-value: 0.001; 95% CI: 0.030-0.350) and basic immunization history with odds ratio 5.785 (p-value: 0.022; 95% CI: 1.285-26.028). Based on the finding, comprehensive health care is needed in preventing stunting Keyword: Stunting, Intranatal, Postnatal, Labor history, Basic immunization history

Recently, stunting has becoming one of the nutritional problems experienced by toddlers in the world. Stunting will impact on children growth and development in the future. One of the factors related to stunting is mother’s knowledge. The objective of this study was to determine the factors related to the mother’s knowledge and attitude in preventing stunting. This was a cross-sectional study. The sample of this study was 50 pregnant women in Pekalongan Regency. This study showed that mother’s education significantly related to a mother’s knowledge (p-value: 0,017, Wald score: 5,687). On the other hand, the habit of food restriction strongly related to mother’s attitude in preventing stunting (p-value: 0,023, Wald score: 6,156). Further study with huge number of respondents is needed to gain more significant data. Moreover, health services should include education related to stunting and food restriction so that mothers could improve their knowledge and attitude in preventing stunting.

Background: Increasing the coverage of breastfeeding can improve survival and protect children from chronic diseases. However, the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is a problem caused by internal and external factors. One of the external factors is the lack of support from the husband. Purpose: To explore the involvement of husbands in the process of mothers providing exclusive breastfeeding to their babies. Method: Qualitative research with a generic qualitative approach. Participants in this study were breastfeeding mothers who had babies over six months old and had passed the period of exclusive breastfeeding. The number of breastfeeding mothers was 8 people with the principle of data saturation. The researcher was the main instrument in the study. Other instruments used were interview guidelines, field notes, and audio recorders. The interview results were analyzed thematically. Results: Frequency distribution data were obtained from unemployed mothers as many as 75% with the majority of high school education with an age range of 25-34 years. The results of the study showed that mothers' acceptance of husbands' involvement in the process of providing exclusive breastfeeding included emotional involvement and physical involvement. Conclusion: Mothers believe that husband's involvement is very important in the process of exclusive breastfeeding. The involvement received by mothers can be in the form of emotional involvement in the form of attention and informative advice and physical involvement as a form of practical support in the process of exclusive breastfeeding. Husbands who have sufficient information about exclusive breastfeeding and are aware of the importance of the health and development of babies will decide to be actively involved in the process of exclusive breastfeeding.

Sectio Caesarea (SC) is a surgical procedure to remove a baby from the mother's uterus. SC wound infection is a complication that can increase morbidity and mortality rates. Several factors influence SC wound healing. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence SC wound healing at Bendan Hospital. This study used descriptive analytic design through cross-sectional approach by using chi-square test and logistic regression test. The population of this study were all postpartum mothers from November 17 - December 20, 2023, with a total sampling technique to obtain a sample of 70 respondents. The results of bivariate analysis showed there was a relationship between age (ρ=0.015), personal hygiene (ρ=0.015), anemia status (ρ=0.023), and fulfillment of nutrition (ρ=0.025). There was no association between BMI (ρ=0.579) and wound care knowledge (ρ=0.634). Multivariate analysis showed nutritional fulfillment had a value of ρ=0.042 and OR: 3,862. So the factor that most influences SC wound healing at Bendan Hospital is the fulfillment of nutrition. It is expected that health workers can provide education about nutrition to support SC wound healing to reduce SC wound infection.
