Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi beberapa keunikan dari karakteristik Desa Juru Banu. Hambatan pelestarian budaya tari kreasi diakibatkan karena kurangnya keterampilan remaja perempuan dan akses wilayah desa yang jauh dari Ibukota. Keunikan karakteristik Desa Juru Banu adalah terletak pada budaya. Jika diimplementasikan dengan tarian, Desa Juru Banu tidak secara khusus berada di kedua pola tari kreasi tradisi maupun pola tari kreasi modern. Budaya masyarakat mencari ikan dan beternak dapat dijadikan sebuah ikon tari kreasi yang akan ditampilkan di acara-acara atau kegiatan di Desa Juru Banu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber datanya berasal dari remaja perempuan (peserta tari kreasi), instruktur tari kreasi, dan pengurus PKK di Desa Juru Banu. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan model interaktif yang meliputi: pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pemberdayaan perempuan melalui Pelatihan Tari Kreasi melalui 3 tahapan yakni; Tahap Penyadaran dan Pembentukan Perilaku, Tahap Proses Transformasi dan Kecakapan Keterampilan, dan Tahap Pengayaan atau Peningkatan Intelektualitas, 2) faktor Pendukung dan faktor penghambat Pelatihan Tari Kreasi, 3) dampak secara umum dan dampak secara khusus pelatihan tari kreasi terhadap remaja perempuan di Desa Juru Banu.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of entrepreneurship program management in fostering student creativity and independence through student cooperatives at the University of Palangka Raya. The research aims to analyze how program policies impact the development of entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and job creation. A qualitative approach was used, involving observations, interviews with program participants, and documentation analysis from November 2024 to early 2025. Data were analyzed using interactive model techniques through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that student cooperatives serve as an effective entrepreneurial learning environment, enhancing students' creativity in product development, marketing strategies, and digital business ventures. While the program has successfully developed entrepreneurial competencies, challenges such as capital limitations and lack of risk-taking confidence remain. These results contribute to the understanding of student entrepreneurship development and offer insights for improving similar programs in higher education institutions.

Abstract

One indication of the low quality of civil servants is the existence of disciplinary violations within the West Kotawaringin Regency Government. Constraints faced by a Civil Servant in the application of Civil Servant discipline are the lack of strict sanctions given by the authorized official and the erosion of Civil Servant discipline. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of civil servant discipline based on Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 concerning Civil Servant Discipline and analyze the factors that encourage and hinder the discipline of Civil Servants in the West Kotawaringin Regency Government with reference to the theory proposed by Nitisemito, namely Purpose and Ability, Leading Example, Prosperity, Threat and Assertiveness. This research method is qualitative. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation, the selection of informants was carried out by purposive sampling, namely the selection of informants with the consideration that the informants really knew or were directly involved with the research focus. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The solution to the disciplinary problem is the existence of sanctions or strict action if a Civil Servant is proven to have committed a disciplinary violation which aims to provide a deterrent effect and shock therapy so that other Civil Servants do not imitate or commit more serious violations.

Abstract

Background: The role of women in the family has evolved, with more women working outside the home in response to economic and social demands. Consequently, women face dual roles, balancing domestic responsibilities with work demands. This double burden affects their informal educational responsibilities towards their children. As a result, both fathers and mothers spend more time at work and return home tired, reducing time available for educating their children. Aim: This study aims to explore the family education process in families with mothers who work as Civil Servants and to identify challenges in children's education. Method: This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The findings indicate that working mothers strive to be involved in their children's education despite time constraints, consistency in emotional interactions, and teaching moral values. Result and Disscusions: Informants attempt to maximize quality time on weekends and interact before bedtime, though emotional involvement is often hindered by work demands. Care from third parties, such as grandparents or professional caregivers, provides emotional stability but may create inconsistencies in the values desired by parents. Conclusion: In conclusion, despite the challenges in family education for working mothers, effective time management strategies, open communication with caregivers, and being a good role model are essential for optimal child education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan merdeka belajar pada kurikulum pendidikan nonformal di PKBM Luthfillah, dampak implementasi merdeka belajar dan untuk menganalisis faktor penghambat implementasi kebijakan merdeka belajar pada kurikulum pendidikan nonformal di PKBM Luthfillah. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kualititaf dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari pengurus PKBM Luthfillah, para tutor dan peserta didik yang mengikuti pendidikan kesetaraan paket A, B dan C. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk menentukan informan dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah mulai kondensasi data, tampilan data, dan memverifikasi kesimpulan. Sedangkan untuk mengecek kebenaran data, peneliti lakukan dengan memperpanjang masa penelitian, melakukan pengamatan secara tekun, triangulasi, dan member check. Hasil penelitian bahwa secara kualitatif implementasi dari kebijakan merdeka belajar khususnya untuk kurikulum pendidikan nonformal yang diselenggarakan PKBM Luthfillah dapat dikatakan berhasil, walaupun masih ada sebagian tutor belum optimal dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan merdeka belajar tersebut.
