This research was conducted through a qualitative descriptive type approach by identifying the use of clickbait based on the type of clickbait concept according to Biyani, Tsioutsiouliktis, and Blackmer (2016). These types consist of exaggeration, teasing, inflammatory, formatting, graphic, bait and switch, ambiguous and wrong. In analyzing clickbait practices that indicate a violation of journalistic ethics, the concept of journalistic ethics is used in the book The Elements of Journalism by Bill Kovach and Tom Rosenstiel (2007). Of the ten elements of journalism, there are five elements that are most closely related and become the main subject of research, including: first, obligation to truth, second, first loyalty to citizens, third, verification discipline, fourth, trying to make information interesting and relevant, finally, being able to maintain information that is made comprehensively and proportionately. The results of the study show that the practice of clickbait carried out by #CloseTheDoor Corbuzier Podcast has proven to injure a number of elements of journalistic ethics. Abstract

This article aims to increase the perception, experience, and communication of the young generation of Pontianak City in maintaining the cleanliness of the Kapuas River. The most considerable pollution of the river comes from household waste. River hygiene socialization often involves the people of riverside areas, as if they are the ones responsible for river cleanliness. The river cleanup action so far is also considered just ceremonial. This P.K.M. (community service) focuses on two activities: the digital campaign and the collective movement #AksiBersihSungaiKapuas. The digital campaign is carried out ten days ahead of World Environment Day. It contains education and recordings of the actual actions of Pontianak’s Young Generation. 134 digital campaigns are using the hashtag #AksiNyataBersihSungaiKapuas. Meanwhile, the Collective Movement is held on World Environment Day every June 5. A total of 2 tons of garbage was collected in the Kapuas River clean-up action. Plastic waste, water hyacinth, and household waste are the most common. The young generation of Pontianak City is not only a spectator but a subject in education and disseminating the habit of maintaining the cleanliness of the Kapuas River environment.

The campaign aimed to empower parents, particularly mothers, with the knowledge and skills necessary to guide their children's media interactions effectively. Through educational seminars, videos, stickers, and social media platforms, the campaign fostered awareness about age-appropriate content, screen time limits, and the importance of active parental engagement. The campaign's efficacy was evaluated through stakeholder engagement and behavioral assessments of eight target mothers. The results indicate significant improvements in knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors, emphasizing the campaign's success in promoting healthy media consumption habits. Abstract

Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) has become a popular tourist destination in Indonesia, and this popularity is further enhanced by films as a promotional medium. The short film Merindu di Jogja, uploaded to the YouTube channel @PaniaradyaKaistimewaan on June 8, 2024, is one such example that centers its narrative on Yogyakarta. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to explore the representation of DIY in the film Merindu di Jogja using a qualitative method with text analysis. The author selected six scenes for examination through John Fiske’s semiotic analysis, which is divided into three levels: the level of reality, the level of representation, and the level of ideology. The findings of this study show that Merindu di Jogja primarily introduces DIY. At the level of reality, DIY is visually represented through codes of appearance, behavior, and environment to illustrate the customs, culture, geography, history, and philosophical axis of Yogyakarta. The level of representation is conveyed through technical codes such as lighting, cinematography, music, and sound to strengthen the impressions or realities depicted in the film, helping viewers to grasp the meaning of each scene. Meanwhile, at the level of ideology, the actions and behavior of the main character, Regita, seek to portray DIY as a nationalist region that embodies Pancasila ideology in daily life. Furthermore, the semiotic elements representing DIY suggest that this film serves as a tool to promote DIY as an attractive, authentic tourist destination capable of offering memorable experiences.

Abstract

Mapping ASEAN Research Trends on Digital Parenting and Digital Literacy. Objectives: This study aims to map research trends on digital parenting and digital literacy in the ASEAN region during 2020–2024, identifying publication growth patterns, leading contributors, dominant themes, and existing research gaps.  Methods: A bibliometric approach was employed to analyze documents retrieved from the Scopus database, focusing on publications addressing parental roles, digital literacy, and children's education. Data were processed using Biblioshiny and VOSviewer to examine publication types, author collaboration, geographic distribution, and keyword co-occurrence for thematic mapping. Findings: A total of 387 documents were analyzed based on annual growth, types of publications, author collaboration, geographical distribution, frequently occurring keywords, and the most highly cited articles. The findings indicate a significant increase in the number of publications, particularly in 2024. Indonesia emerged as the leading contributor, followed by Malaysia and Thailand. Keyword analysis revealed that terms such as digital literacy, students, e-learning, and media literacy dominated the literature. Keyword analysis showed an early dominance of digital literacy (344 occurrences), students (43), and e-learning (36), later shifting to media literacy (17), disinformation, and fake news, indicating a shift from technical online learning topics to important digital parenting issues. Despite the positive growth, international collaboration and systematic review publications remain limited. Conclusion: This study provides insights into the thematic evolution and identifies research gaps in the ASEAN region, highlighting the need for specific actions such as establishing ASEAN-wide research networks, developing culturally adapted parental digital literacy training, and promoting collaborative systematic reviews to strengthen evidence-based policies. These findings are expected to provide a foundation for creating a sustainable family digital literacy ecosystem in the digital transformation era. Keywords: digital parenting, digital literacy, media literacy, ASEAN.
