Abstract

ABSTRAKE-wallet merupakan alternatif metode pembayaran yang telah banyak digunakan di Indonesia sejak tahun 2016, dan GoPay merupakan e-wallet dengan pengguna terbanyak dari tahun 2017 hingga 2019. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) merupakan model yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan faktor penerimaan teknologi berbasis informasi. TAM juga menjelaskan perilaku pengguna akhir teknologi berbasis informasi; Oleh karena itu, hal ini terkait dengan minat pelanggan untuk menggunakan GoPay sebagai alternatif metode pembayaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap niat perilaku untuk menggunakan (2) persepsi kegunaan dari niat perilaku untuk menggunakan (3) persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap sikap terhadap penggunaan (4) persepsi manfaat terhadap sikap terhadap penggunaan. menggunakan (5) sikap terhadap penggunaan terhadap niat perilaku untuk menggunakan (6) persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap niat perilaku untuk menggunakan dengan sikap terhadap penggunaan sebagai mediator (7) persepsi kegunaan terhadap niat perilaku untuk menggunakan dengan sikap terhadap penggunaan sebagai mediator pada penggunaan GoPay sebagai alternatif metode pembayaran oleh Masyarakat Kota Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan rumus populasi yang tidak diketahui. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 97 orang di Kota Surakarta yang pernah atau masih menggunakan GoPay. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kegunaan, dan sikap terhadap penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat perilaku untuk menggunakan. Sikap terhadap penggunaan variabel mampu memediasi hubungan antara pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Kata kunci: Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, GOPAY, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use.

Abstract

Abstract: Small and Medium Entreprise (SME) is dominant business sector in Indonesia. The emergency of innovativeness among SME is necessary for surviving and sustaining competitive advantage in digitalization era and pandemic Covid – 19. Knowledge is valuable resourcess to create organizational innovation and knowledge structure can be enhanced through knowledge sharing behavior. Unfortunately, knowledge sharing may not enhance innovation in several organization. Thus, this study purpose is to examine the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior with organizational climate as moderator. This study used partial least square analysis with 97 responden from 45 SME in Indonesia. The findings reveal that knowlegde sharing behavior affect innovative work behavior. in SME with innovativeness, afiliatation and supportve climate, knowlegde sharing behavior effect on innovative work behavior is higher. This study provide evidence that konwledge sharing behavior should be considered to improve organizational innovation. furthermore, SME’ Owner should promote innovativeness and supportive climate to enhance knowledge sharing effect on innovative behavior. Abstract

This study aims to assess the innovation activities of retail companies affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population and sample in this study are retail trade sub-sector companies listed on the IDX that published an annual report in 2021. Annual attachment coding schemes of retail trade sub-sector companies are based on technical, functional, temporal, spatial and social value components innovations. Data analysis was carried out with NVIVO. The analysis results show that the three main innovations carried out by retail companies during the Covid-19 Pandemic are delivery innovations, social initiatives, and educational innovations. In addition, another finding is that the company with the highest level of innovation is MCASH.

Abstract

The potential for enhanced performance within the textile and apparel sector has the capacity to bolster the competitiveness of Indonesia's industry. This study examines the impact of innovation capability and market responsiveness on the adoption of supply chain financing through supply chain integration in the textile and apparel manufacturing sector in Indonesia. A sample of one hundred thirty-five managers from textile and apparel manufacturing companies was selected using random sampling methodology. Subsequently, the collected data was subjected to analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The empirical findings suggest a positive relationship between the ability to innovate and the ability to respond to market dynamics, and the likelihood of adopting supply chain financing. The research findings has the capability to provide significant insights to managers operating within the textile and apparel manufacturing industry in Indonesia, so helping them to improve business performance and strengthen their competitive advantage.
