Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan Islam merupakan suatu sistem yang mengelola proses pendidikan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Namun, dalam penerapannya, pendidikan Islam menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan kurikulum Islam dengan standar pendidikan nasional, kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, serta rendahnya minat masyarakat terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis prinsip-prinsip dasar manajemen pendidikan Islam serta tantangan dan solusi dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder, seperti kitab tafsir, jurnal ilmiah, serta buku yang relevan dengan manajemen pendidikan Islam. Analisis dilakukan dengan menelaah prinsip-prinsip dasar manajemen pendidikan Islam, termasuk ketauhidan, tanggung jawab, keadilan, musyawarah, konsistensi, dan keikhlasan, serta strategi untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan Islam yang berbasis nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dan Hadits dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, membentuk karakter peserta didik yang berakhlak mulia, serta meningkatkan daya saing lulusan dalam dunia global. Namun, diperlukan inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran, pengelolaan kurikulum yang fleksibel, dan penguatan literasi digital agar pendidikan Islam lebih relevan dengan tantangan zaman. Kesimpulannya, manajemen pendidikan Islam yang terstruktur dengan baik dapat menjadi solusi dalam menciptakan generasi yang berilmu dan berakhlak, serta mampu bersaing di tingkat internasional.

Abstract

The development of quality Islamic education is highly dependent on the alignment between vision, mission, and goals with the needs of learners and society. This demands managers of educational institutions to continuously evaluate and adjust in order for institutions to continue to exist and excel. Additionally, the success of Islamic educational institutions in molding a noble moral and knowledgeable generation is not independent of the involvement of all parties, ranging from educational personnel, learners, parents, to the wider community. This synergy must be embodied in the vision and mission of the institution so that educational goals can be optimally achieved. Islamic educational institutions require a clear vision, mission, and goals as a foundation in implementing a quality educational process oriented to Islamic values. A vision provides a long-term direction, a mission outlines a strategy for achieving it, and goals are concrete goals to be achieved. The latest scholarly opinions emphasize the importance of integration between Islamic values with contemporary challenges such as globalization, technology, and moral crisis.

Abstract

Kurikulum dipahami sebagai peta jalan utama dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam yang holistik—menggabungkan aspek spiritual, intelektual, dan keterampilan hidup. Perencanaan kurikulum mencakup penetapan tujuan, pemilihan isi, pengorganisasian pengalaman belajar, hingga evaluasi, yang semuanya harus didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip ajaran Islam serta disesuaikan dengan tantangan zaman modern. Sementara itu, implementasi kurikulum menekankan pentingnya penerjemahan kurikulum tertulis ke dalam praktik pembelajaran yang efektif, melalui tahapan penyusunan program, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Faktor-faktor seperti kompetensi guru, dukungan kebijakan, kesiapan infrastruktur, serta integrasi teknologi juga turut memengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi. Prinsip inklusivitas, pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik, keberlanjutan, dan kontekstualisasi lokal menjadi fondasi utama dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum. Dengan pendekatan yang sistemik dan integratif, kurikulum pendidikan Islam diharapkan mampu melahirkan generasi yang cerdas secara intelektual sekaligus memiliki integritas moral dan spiritual. Perencanaan kurikulum cukup baik: silabus 95%, RPP 92%, metode aktif 85%, materi ajar 80%, dan penilaian otentik 90%. Namun, implementasinya lebih rendah: silabus 90%, RPP 88%, metode aktif 70%, materi ajar 65%, dan penilaian otentik 75%.

Abstract

This study examines the structure and anatomy of organizations. The approach used was a qualitative approach with a literature study. The study results show that Organizational structure can affect organizational performance because through an efficient organizational structure is able to improve efficiency and productivity, then organizational structure also affects decision making and motivation of workers.The role of organizational anatomy is to improve efficiency, improve productivity, identify innovation, increase improving communication, as well as optimizing resources.

Abstract

Islamic views regarding multicultural education as well as Islamic responses to diversity in society, particularly in educational institutions, as an attempt to ensure that every ethnic group obtains equal rights. Multicultural education is a crucial basis in maintaining unity and social integration in diverse environments, by educating the public on the importance of equality, justice, diversity, unity, race, ethnicity, language, tradition, as well as respect for religious beliefs, peace and harmony. This Multicultural Education is in line with the principles of Islamic teachings, which are found in the Quran which emphasizes the importance of appreciating diversity. The implementation of multiculturalism in community life can be done in a variety of ways, ranging from mutual appreciation of differences and building effective communication, as well as developing the empathy of each individual towards the other. Additionally, the development of multiculturalism education and developing inclusive policies could be undertaken. With these things then the implementation of multiculturalism in community life can help build harmonious and mutually respectful relationships among individuals despite having different backgrounds.
