Abstract

Human relations provide guidance on positive work interactions between executives and employees, so the application of human relations as a leader is very important. Human behavior varies and is influenced by various factors, including personal, environmental, and organizational factors that affect management practices. In fulfilling emotional needs for happiness, stability, wholeness, and inner satisfaction, humans basically function as movers or movers of activity. A person's motivation to work will usually decrease if needs are not met properly. A high level of psychological satisfaction among employees, good work spirit, discipline, loyalty, and motivation are the goals of implementing human relations. Human dignity as a noble creature deserves wise and kind treatment, which is the conceptual basis of the concept of human interaction in Islam.

Abstract

Limbah medis padat merupakan bahan padat yang harus dibuang dan bersumber pada berbagai kegiatan yang meliputi perlindungan kesehatan, diagnosis medis, pengobatan, penelitian ilmiah, dan lain-lain, serta dianggap memiliki potensi bahaya bagi manusia sehingga diperlukan perlakuan khusus dalam pengelolaannya. TPS di Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Batanghari (MMB) dikosongkan dalam waktu 14 hari dimana terdapat ketidaksesuaian dengan aturan Permenkes RI Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 . Sumber data dari penelitian ini akan ditinjau dari wawancara, observasi, serta melakukan analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT dimana fungsinya adalah untuk menemukan rekomendasi yang tepat untuk pengelolaan limbah medis padat di Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Batanghari. Analisis SWOT digunakan karena dapat menggambarkan dengan jelas bagaimana peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi sehingga mampu disesuaikan dengan kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki. Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Batanghari telah melakukan pemilahan limbah dari sumber penghasil limbahnya yang kemudian diangkut menggunakan troli khusus yang dibawa oleh cleaning service dan langsung dibawa ke TPS. Kemudian limbah disimpan di TPS dengan jangka waktu 14 hari menjelang dilakukan penjemputan oleh pihak kedua yang selanjutnya akan membawa limbah kepada pihak ketiga untuk dilakukan pengolahan dan pemusnahan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, didapatkan hasil bahwa pengelolaan limbah medis padat di Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Batanghari belum sesuai dengan Permenkes RI Nomor 7 Tahun 2019. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi yang harus digunakan adalah strategi agresif karena hasil dari analisis swot berada di kuadran I

Abstract

This study examines the structure and anatomy of organizations. The approach used was a qualitative approach with a literature study. The study results show that Organizational structure can affect organizational performance because through an efficient organizational structure is able to improve efficiency and productivity, then organizational structure also affects decision making and motivation of workers.The role of organizational anatomy is to improve efficiency, improve productivity, identify innovation, increase improving communication, as well as optimizing resources.

Abstract

Educational Strategic Management is a process designed in achieving performance improvement in educational institutions. On this process will involve formulating a vision, mission, as well as goals and analyzing the external as well as internal environment. To that end, then in this paper the author will discuss regarding the analysis of external and internal environment in strategic management of education. External environmental analysis is the effort made by an educational organization to pay attention to and emphasize the role of the external environment that can affect the educational institution. Internal environment analysis is an attempt to recognize the internal and external factors that influence the achievement of an institution’s goals. This involves an assessment of all the possibilities and limitations possessed by the institution. SWOT analysis is a method of planning models, strategies, and business development used to assess the strengths (strengths), weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in a project or business speculation. These four elements form the acronym SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). The SWOT approach includes setting specific goals of a business venture or project as well as identifying internal and external factors that support or hinder the achievement of those goals. PESTEL Analysis (PESTLE Analysis) is a technique in strategic management which is used to look at the external/external environmental factors of a business or institution that influence the Institution. These factors include the areas: Political (Political), Economic (Economics), Social (Social), Technological (Technology), Legal (Legal), and Environment (Environment).

Abstract

Islamic views regarding multicultural education as well as Islamic responses to diversity in society, particularly in educational institutions, as an attempt to ensure that every ethnic group obtains equal rights. Multicultural education is a crucial basis in maintaining unity and social integration in diverse environments, by educating the public on the importance of equality, justice, diversity, unity, race, ethnicity, language, tradition, as well as respect for religious beliefs, peace and harmony. This Multicultural Education is in line with the principles of Islamic teachings, which are found in the Quran which emphasizes the importance of appreciating diversity. The implementation of multiculturalism in community life can be done in a variety of ways, ranging from mutual appreciation of differences and building effective communication, as well as developing the empathy of each individual towards the other. Additionally, the development of multiculturalism education and developing inclusive policies could be undertaken. With these things then the implementation of multiculturalism in community life can help build harmonious and mutually respectful relationships among individuals despite having different backgrounds.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan standar nasional pendidikan pada jenjang PAUD, pendidikandasar, dan menengah. Selain itu juga untuk menganalisis implementasi standar isi, proses, penilaian, dan kelulusan pada masing-masing jenjang pendidikan sesuai regulasi yang berlaku. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur. Agar kualitas pendidikan terjamin dan merata, diperlukan standarisasi pendidikan dari jenjang PAUD hingga pendidikan menengah. Standarisasi ini diwujudkan melalui penerapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan yang meliputi delapan aspek utama, seperti standarisi, proses, kompetensi lulusan, tenaga pendidik, sarana prasarana, pengelolaan, pembiayaan, serta penilaian. Standar ini bertujuan menciptakan keseragaman mutu pendidikan di seluruh Indonesia, sehingga setiap siswa, tanpa memandang lokasi atau latar belakang, memperoleh akses pendidikan bermutu yang setara. Standarisasi juga menjadi landasan evaluasi berkelanjutan dan mendorong profesionalisme tenaga pengajar, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Problematics of education always arise and almost try to solve them. However, the various efforts undertaken to develop education are not always going smoothly and seamlessly as there are various obstacles that hinder and hinder the process of such efforts. Therefore, this paper will discuss regarding the basic concepts of policy analysis and educational prolematics. The results of this study show that educational policies are the result of decisions made paying attention to the relationship of education with other social components. Therefore, similar to policy analysis in other areas, this contextual and interdisciplinary character is characteristic of education policy analysis. Policy analysis is an attempt to create and manage (relevant) information by utilizing applied social science. Additionally, in Indonesia there are social and economic challenges that contribute to educational development, such as high poverty rates and constraints in leveling access to education for all strata of society, resulting in inequality in learning opportunities. Regarding this, there are still many inadequate schools so that the educational institutions lag far behind compared to other schools, for example in remote villages.
