Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment,organizational justice, and career development on turnover intention. Data were collected using a questionnaire to the employees FL Technics Indonesia, Ltd. at Tangerang Ccity. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula approach technique. The sample used in this study were 80 respondents. The analytical tool used is descriptive (primary data) by using questionnaires assisted by a Likert scale and given to respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 20 software. The results of multiple linear analysis. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis Y = 26,917 + (-0,331 (X1) + 0,120 (X2) + (-0,086) (X3) + €  so that it can be partially concluded that the influence of organizational commitment,organizational justice, and career development on turnover intention FL Technics Indonesia, Ltd.
