Abstract

ABSTRAKAlphonse Shoe merupakan UMKM yang telah didampingi dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan tujuan agar dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat berjualan secara daring dan bahkan berkembang lebih luas pemasarannya. Teknologi informasi berupa e-commerce berbasis CMS (Content Management System) WordPress. Di masa pendemi ini dengan alphonseshoe.com kegiatan pejualan sepatu tetap bisa dilakukan. Sebelumnya transaksi yang dilakukan belum optimal, media informasi berupa Instagram yang digunakan hanya untuk menampilkan barang-barang yang tersedia pada Alphonse Shoe sehingga pelanggan yang ingin membeli harus datang ke toko, dirasa masih kurang dalam memperbanyak tingkat penjualan barang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari tahap persiapan (observasi, wawancara, analisa), identifikasi dan pengolahan (desain, pengkodean, uji coba, implementasi), evaluasi (feedback, kuesioner), dan pembuatan laporan pengabdian masyarakat. Hasil dari pembuatan e-commerce telah dilakukan penilaian dengan kuesioner yang diperoleh hasil  learnability 79,87%, efficiency 78,21%, memorability 83,10%, error 83,73%, satisfaction, 87,77%, sehingga secara kesuluruhan nilai penerimaan user terhadap sistem e-commerce yang dibangun didapat nilai 82.54%. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi atau sistem yang dibangun dapat diterima dengan baik dan berhasil memenuhi aspek usability system. Kata kunci: content management; e-commerce; pandemi. ABSTRACTAlphonse Shoe is an MSME that has been assisted in this community service activity with the aim that by using information technology it can sell online and even expand its marketing. Abstract

ABSTRACT Various efforts have been made by the Indonesian government to reduce the number of positive cases of COVID-19 which is still growing. As a form of participation in preventing the spread of COVID-19, community service activities were carried out to increase public awareness during the pandemic about the importance of vaccination programs in preventing transmission and implementing health protocols and healthy lifestyles. Activities are packaged in the form of counseling and education through distributing brochures, masks, hand sanitizers to residents' homes with the help of several students. The target location is Jalan Haji Ridan RT01/RW01, Poris Plawad Indah Village, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City, Banten Province. From the Budi Luhur University campus, it is approximately 15-20 kilometers. The schedule of activities starts from June 24 to August 1, 2021. The method of implementing this community service activity applies the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) method, by filling out a questionnaire to get an assessment from the community of the activity implementers. The result of the assessment from the eyes of the community is 73 out of 100. This means that this activity is quite well received. During this pandemic period, it is possible to carry out community service without gathering residents and continuing to carry out health protocols, and can even play an active role in preventing the COVID-19 pandemic. Sebagai wujud partisipasi dalam mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat di masa pandemi tentang pentingnya program vaksinasi dalam mencegah penularan serta menjalankan protokol kesehatan dan pola hidup sehat. Kegiatan dikemas dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan edukasi melalui penyebaran brosur, masker, hand sanitizer ke rumah-rumah warga dengan dibantu oleh beberapa orang mahasiswa. Lokasi sasaran berada di Jalan Haji Ridan RT01/RW01, Kelurahan Poris Plawad Indah, Kecamatan Cipondoh, Kota Tanggerang, Provinsi Banten. Dari kampus Universitas Budi Luhur kurang lebih berjarak antara 15 – 20 kilometer. Jadwal kegiatan dimulai 24 Juni sampai dengan 1 Agustus 2021. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan abdimas ini menerapkan metode PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal), dengan pengisian angket untuk mendapatkan penilaiaan dari masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil penilaian dari mata masyarakat adalah 73 dari 100. Hal ini berarti kegiatan ini cukup diterima dengan baik. Di masa pandemi ini tidak menutup kemugkinan untuk melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tanpa pengumpulan warga dan tetap menjalankan protokol kesehatan, bahkan bisa berperan aktif dalam pencegahan pandemi COVID-19. Abstract

UMKM Istiana Sepatu merupakan salah satu UMKM yang dalam masa pandemi ini menghadapi masalah yaitu sulitnya melakukan penjualan dan pemasaran, dikarenakan pembatasan dan penutupan kios oleh pemerintah daerah. Akibat yang sangat dirasakan yaitu penumpukan barang yang tidak laku. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menawarkan solusi berupa perbaikan proses yang ada dan pembuatan proses baru yang diterapkan pada sistem e-commerce berbasis web dengan CMS WordPress. Usulan proses pemasaran, pemesanan, pembayaran, pengiriman, dan pelaporan telah dibuat dan diimplementasi sehingga memberikan manfaat kepada UMKM Istiana Sepatu yaitu: adanya informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat bagi pembeli dan pegawai dalam hal harga dan rincian produk; sinkronnya pencatatan dalam transaksi penjualan dan persediaan yang ada di toko; meminimalisasi terjadinya kesalahan harga dan perhitungan antara transaksi penjualan dan pembayaran; serta proses perhitungan dan pelaporan transaksi penjualan dapat dilakukan dengan waktu yang lebih cepat. Dengan adanya kebijakan PSBB dari pemerintah yang berkelanjutan, pengunjung toko sangat sedikit karena mereka lebih memilih tinggal di rumah sehingga menyebabkan kedua toko Istiana Sepatu sering tutup. Namun dalam masa pandemi, Istiana Sepatu masih bisa berjualan melalui e-commerce yang baru dibuat sehingga jangkauan pemasaran lebih luas dan eksis. Berdasarkan hasil yang dibuat telah dilakukan penilaian dari user menggunakan usability testing sederhana pada web e-commerce yang dibangun; Learnability diperoleh nilai rata-rata 78,97%; Efficiency diperoleh nilai rata-rata 71,28%; Memorability diperoleh nilai rata-rata 82,1%; Error diperoleh nilai rata-rata 85,7%; Satisfaction diperoleh nilai rata-rata 80,77%. Secara kesuluruhan nilai penerimaan user terhadap sistem e-commerce yang dibangun didapat nilai rata-rata 79,77%. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi atau sistem yang dibangun dapat diterima dengan baik dan berhasil memenuhi aspek usability system.

Abstract

The achievement of the national COVID-19 vaccination target in Indonesia is often reported to be uncertain with various existing obstacles. Prediction with exponential regression modeling is done by adopting part of the SKKNI Data Science with the stages of Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Model Evaluation. The vaccination dataset from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia for the period from January 13, 2021 to October 10, 2021, was randomly separated into training data of 0.8 parts and testing data of 0.2 parts. The optimal parameters of the exponential function are found using the scipy.optimize library in IPython. The model obtained was evaluated using MAE, RMSE, and R-Squared metrics on normalized training data, training data, test data, and recent data for seven days from 11 to 17 October 2021. The prediction results show that the vaccination target will be achieved 100 percent on January 18, 2022, while on December 31, 2021, only 80 percent will be achieved. From the recent data, it appears that more acceleration is needed, especially if it is desired to be achieved in December 2021 as determined by President Joko Widodo, there will be a shortfall of 20 percent based on the prediction results.

Abstract

The Internet has driven the development of e-commerce. Broadband access service providers are able to provide broad coverage and a variety of types of services at relatively low cost. Similar service providers have created competition. As part of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) a broadband access service provider, FirstMedia places the customer at the center of attention, so a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction needs to be achieved and maintained on an ongoing basis. To find out the factors that affect customer satisfaction is one of the issues in FirstMedia. Else is how to model the relationship between those factors with customer satisfaction. All direct service interactions between the company and the customer will have an impact on customer satisfaction level. It is necessary to identify all activities that occur direct interaction between the company and the customer also get a standard relationship model between these interactions and customer satisfaction. The model is based on theories: MoT (Moment of Truth), SERVQUAL (Service Quality) with RATER (Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, and CRM. There are MoT potential on FirstMedia services occurs: Broadband Access, Registration, Installation, Billing, Contact Center, Support Visit. Service quality indicators are built from the Registration, Installation, Billing, Contact Center, Support Visit service using RATER based on SERVQUAL, as a dimension to measure service quality. Broadband Access is a product which performance is used to measure customer satisfaction, because the product is a service, it also uses RATER from SERVQUAL theory to build indicators of Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Banyaknya malware menyebabkan IDS (Intrusion Detection System) dituntut menyesuaikan diri semakin kompleks sehingga mahal dan membebani perusahaan yang menggunakannya. Sistem yang berbasis teknologi Host-based IDS dan Signatured-based IDS sudah banyak digunakan namun hanya mampu mendeteksi serangan yang sudah diketahui sebelumnya, untuk memperbaiki kinerjanya perlu dilakukan analisa pada data log berdasarkan alert yang diberikan. Teknik klasifikasi Naïve Bayes digunakan untuk membantu meningkatkan efisisensi dan efektifitas analisa tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil empat langkah bagian dari metodologi SKKNI (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia) No.299 tahun 2020, Artificial Intelligence, sub bidang Data Science, yaitu data understanding, data preparation, modeling, dan model evaluation. Dataset dari penyedia layanan IDS sebanyak 575 data yang dibagi menjadi 515 data latih dan 60 data uji. Hasil evaluasi data uji dengan confusion matrix diperoleh pengukuran metrik accuracy 0,87, recall 0,89, precision 0,83, dan F-Measure 0,86. Adanya FP (False Positive) dan FN (False Negatif), keduanya sangat penting bagi penguna IDS untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada pelanggan dan mengurangi resiko akibat adanya intrusi. FP dan FN menjadi fokus dalam melakukan analisa log alert dari IDS sehingga tidak perlu menganalisa keseluruhan data, berdampak memberikan hasil 85% lebih efektif dan berkontribusi pada efisiensi tenaga dan waktu bagi tim keamanan suatu peruasahaan pengguna IDS. Selain itu didapat bahwa sekitar 50% data IDS adalah intrusi atau pengganggu lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain user satisfaction factors for a knowledge management system so that a questionnaire can be made for evaluation or measurement. The SECI method is used with the CISE sequence which consists of four knowledge creation steps, namely C-combination, I-nternalization, S-socialization, and ending E-externalization. The stage begins with literature studies and then modifications are made with the selection, addition, and incorporation of existing models. From understanding and analyzing several models, discussions or brainstorming with colleagues were then carried out so that a final model was obtained to compile a list of keywords and statements as a questionnaire based on indicators related to knowledge management and the satisfaction of knowledge management system users. The results obtained there are eight user satisfaction factors divided into technical aspects (knowledge quality, knowledge sharing, system quality, service quality) and social aspects (management support, system use, perceived usefulness, user attribute). Five attributes were obtained from each of these factors as keywords resulting in 40 questionnaire statements. It can be concluded that the factors of user satisfaction knowledge management system can be built from the satisfaction of information system users in general by adding distinctive factors including the creation, transfer, and documentation of knowledge.

Abstract

In 2022 Mendeley launched the Mendeley Reference Manager so it is necessary to conduct training as a form of community service that aims to improve the literacy ability of scientific papers in terms of searching and citation of a library. The activity partners with Ngampooz so that it can be well organized starting from participant registration to the submission of materials and participant certificates through the Ngampooz application. The main activity is training carried out online with the Zoom application and participants practice directly for each part of the material on their respective computers. The profile of participants consists of students, students, lecturers, engineers, and employees from various institutions in Jakarta and its surroundings. From the comparison of pretest and posttest, participants' ability increased sharply to encourage and improve the literacy ability of scientific papers in Indonesia.Abstract in BahasaDi tahun 2022 Mendeley meluncurkan Mendeley Reference Manager sehingga perlu dilakukan pelatihan sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi karya ilmiah dalam hal pencarian dan sitasi suatu pustaka. Kegiatan bermitra dengan Ngampooz sehingga bisa terorganisasi dengan baik mulai dari pendaftaran peserta hingga penyerahan materi dan sertikat peserta melalui aplikasi Ngampooz. Kegiatan utama yaitu pelatihan dilakukan secara daring dengan aplikasi Zoom dan peserta praktek secara langsung untuk setiap bagian materi di komputer masing-masing peserta. Profil peserta terdiri dari pelajar, mahasiswa, dosen, engineer, dan pegawai yang berasal dari berbagai institusi di Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Dari perbandingan pretest dan posttest, kemampuan peserta meningkat tajam sehingga bisa mendorong dan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi karya ilmiah di Indonesia.
