Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of animation videos based on Technological Pedagogical And Content Knowledge (TPACK) on the listening skills of second-grade students in Indonesian language subject at SD Negeri 30 Palembang. The method used was a Quasi-Experimental Design with a Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The samples in this study were second-grade students in class II B as the experimental group and class II D as the control group, each consisting of 28 students. Data collection techniques used tests and documentation, with the instrument being multiple-choice questions. Data analysis techniques used included normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average posttest score for the control class was 52.50, while the average posttest score for the experimental class was 80.71. The output of the normality test showed that the posttest data for the control and experimental classes were normally distributed, with a significance value for the control class of 0.200 > 0.05 and for the experimental class of 0.113 > 0.05. The results of the hypothesis test using a t-test obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is a significant influence of using TPACK-based animation videos on students' listening skills. Thus, this medium is effective for improving the listening skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) berbentuk kartu kata terhadap kemampuan membaca pemulaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Sukarami OKI. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain Quasi Experimental. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas I SD Negeri 1 Sukarami  tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Siswa diberikan tes membaca untuk mengetahui  bagaimana kekmpuan awal siswa dalam membaca permulaan. Selanjutnya diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan model CTL berbentuk kartu kata.  Hal ini dilakukan agar siswa terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan pada siswa. Setelah itu siswa pada kelas control dan ekpserimen diberikan tes akhir yaitu tes membaca untuk bisa mengetahui adakah peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan. Sehingga data yang didapatkan dianalisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh model CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning), langkah ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa. Hasil tersebut, akan digunakan untuk  menilai sejauh mana perlakuan Model CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) berbentuk kartu kata berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa. Pada data kemampuan membaca  permulaan siswa sebelum perlakuan pada kelas eksperimen 68,13 dan kelas control 66,43 dan setelah diberikan perlakuan mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada kelas eksperimen 81,56 dan  kelas control 75,71. Adapun teknik analisis data yaitu uji-t berdasarkan analisis yang diperoleh nilai signifikan (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai signifikannya 0,000 < 0,05  dan nilai thitung 5.157 dimana ttabel 1.70 maka berdasarkan pengujan tersebut Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of implications and patterns of violations and compliance with the principle of Grice's cooperation in Prabowo Subianto's political speech. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data in the form of transcripts from the YouTube video "Closing of the Third Congress of the Nasdem Party" on August 25, 2024. Data collection was carried out using the free listening technique and the recording technique. The results of the study showed that in the political speech analyzed there were 39 implicit speeches, consisting of 16 conventional implicit speeches (41%) and 23 unconventional implicit speeches (59%). In addition, it was also found that S 37 maximum violations and 13 maximum compliance. The most dominant violations were the maximum quantity (43%), followed by the maximum quality (16%), the maximum relevance (22%), and the maximum method (19%). Meanwhile, compliance with the maxim occurred most in the maxim of quality (31%), followed by maxim of relevance (23%) and maxim of means (15%). These findings suggest that politicians often use communication strategies by providing exaggerated information, conveying implicit messages, or shifting the topic of conversation to shape an image and influence public opinion.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the symbolic meaning contained in the tradition of sedekah bedusun in Penandingan Village, Muara Enim Regency based on Semiotic Studies. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive method. The object of research is the symbolic meaning contained in the bedusun alms tradition in Penandingan Village, Muara Enim Regency. Data collection techniques using direct observation, interviews, recording, notes and documentation. This research was conducted in February 2025, the research subject is the symbols contained in the sedekah bedusun tradition. To test the validity of the data using triangulation. After analysis, there are eight symbolic meanings, each of which contains a certain meaning. Symbols that have deep meaning in the Sedekah Bedusun tradition in Penandingan Village, Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the Crisis of Language Civility Among Kpopers in the X / Twitter Application. This politeness crisis was studied to address the problem of decreasing the quality of polite language use, because people, especially young K-Pop fans, use less polite words as insert words used in everyday life when using social media. This study aims to determine and describe the crisis of language politeness among kpopers in the X / Twitter application. In this study, researchers used Leech's theory which consists of ten maxims of language politeness. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive method. The source of data in this study is found on Kpopers in the X / Twitter application. The methods used to collect data are Listen, documentation, and record. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analytical techniques, then the data validity technique used is source triangulation. From the results of research on the crisis of language politeness in kpopers factories in the X / twitter application, 9 forms of language politeness maxims were found from 10 Leech language politeness maxims
