Abstract

PT. Suwarni Agro Mandiri Mojokerto Plant adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri pupuk. PT. Suwarni Agro Mandiri Mojokerto plat menghasilkan produk berupa pupuk granule, baik organik maupun anorganik. PT. Suwarni Agro Mandiri mengalami masalah kualitas pada kekerasan produk granule. Masalah terjadi karena kompisisi bahan baku yang kurang optimal. Dengan standart kekerasan 0.8 kilogram Force (kgf), banyak komplain dari konsumen, dikarenakan setelah produk di terima konsumen, banyak granule yang hancur dan berupa tepung kembali.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi penyebab cacat pupuk organik phospat granule dan mencari solusi mengatasi produk cacat pada pupuk organik phospat granule dengan metode Statistical Process Control (SPC), untuk mengurangi cacat produk yang dihasilkan dan menghindari komplain dari konsumen.Penelitian ini menghitung banyak produk cacat selama 1 bulan sebelum perbaikan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan peta kontrol setelah itu dilakukan perbaikan dengan penambahan perekat (clay), dan menghitung banyak cacat setelah perbaikan.

Abstract

XXX is a bio industry company that produces MSG, lysine, and tryptophane which can not be separated from issues that corresponded with the Effectiveness of the machine caused by six big losses. Hence, some effective and effecient steps are needed to overcome and prevent the issue. This research focused on evaporator machine in refinery MSG section. The purpose of this research were to analyze the six big losses factors in evaporator machines, to find out overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) value of the evaporator machines, and to purpose improvement efforts based on total productive maintenance (TPM) concept. This research used OEE measurement method, pareto diagram, and cause-effeect diagram to examine existing problem to give solution improvement for the problem. The results showed that 2 most effecting factors of low efficiency in evaporator machine were breakdown losses amount 4,7% and reduced speed losses amount 2,5%. While the results of the OEE calculation carried out on the evaporator machine, the highest OEE value occurred in February 2017 at 88.9% and the lowest OEE value occurred in April at 84.5%. This value is within the OEE standard range of 85%, but fixed improvements must be made to the efficiency of the company. Therefore the proposed corrective actions were to focus of the implementation of autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, and training and education from the 8 pillars of TPM.

Abstract

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a system of maintenance and repair of machines or equipment involving all divisions and employees ranging from operators to top management based on mutually agreed commitments. The methodology used in writing this thesis uses field studies, namely by making observations and direct research on machine maintenance systems at PT. SNA Medika, while the purpose of this paper is to conduct an analysis of the maintenance management system of the doomby shuttle loom machine that is applied at PT. SNA Medika and provide suggestions for improvement of the maintenance system by implementing a preventive system using the maintenance method of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) consisting of total effectiveness variables, and calculating and analyzing the total effectiveness variables contained in the TPM system by using the TPM Index method. Implementation of the maintenance system or treatments that refer to the application of the 5R work culture are less effective. This is indicated by the still high rate of engine failure, high engine downtime, and low values ​​of effectiveness, such as the effectiveness of machine availability (AV), production effectiveness (PE), effectiveness of quality level (RQ), and overall effectiveness of machines and equipment ( OEE). Through the analysis of the Cause and Effect diagram, it can be seen that the overall effectiveness of the machine is still 64% (not yet meeting the JIPM standard,> 85%). Therefore a production machine maintenance program is made using the TPM method, which consists of maintenance by the operator and the formation of small group activities (AKK).

Abstract

In line with the times, there are many trading companies that are engaged in retail trading, such as: shops, minimarkets, supermarkets and others. In Sengonagung department stores, it is known that the purchasing power of consumers is quite high, even though the price offered is the same as other supermarkets. This can be seen from the number of buyers so that it can make a good marketing target. From the large number of buyers who came, it was concluded that there were several attribute factors that influenced consumer purchasing power. The method used is multiple regression which is used to calculate the influence / prediction of two or more variables X on one variable Y. The research was conducted at the Sengonagung Department Store which is located in Sengonagung Village, Kec. Purwosari Kab. Pasuruan. The results of the analysis F count is 12.363, while the results of the F table in the distribution table with an error rate of 5% is 2.27. This means that F count> F table (12.363> 2.27) indicates H1 is accepted and has a positive effect. And the most influential value or H2 is accepted, namely the price variable (X1) which produces a T count value greater than T table, T count (3,732)> T table (1,672), shopping convenience (X3) which results in a T count value greater than T table,Tcount(5,334)>Ttable(1,672).

Abstract

CV. AABI Surabaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri pangan yang memproduksi minuman teh melati dalam kemasan cup berukuran 180ml. Teh melati pada CV. AABI  diproduksi dengan menggunakan mesin chenyueh. Proses produksi di CV. AABI dilakukan secara terus menerus sehingga sering timbul beberapa permalahan pada saat proses produksi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan, diketahui terjadi downtime sebanyak 2840 menit dalam jangka waktu 1 bulan akibat terjadinya downtime. Perusahaan berharap agar dapat mengurang downtime dan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dari mesin chenyueh. Pengukuran efektivitas mesin chenyueh dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Overall Equipment Efectiveness (OEE), kemudian analisis Six Big Losses dan diagram sebab akibat untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi dan memberikan usulan penyelesaian masalah. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil nilai OEE di mesin chenyueh berkisar antara 84% - 94% dan beberapa nilai ini ada yang berada dibawah  standart OEE (85%). Rendahnya nilai OEE dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya nilai avaibility rate yang memiliki rata-rata 88,66% dengan standart sebesar 90% dan rata-rata quality rate sebesar 95,11% dengan standartnya sebesar 99%. faktor yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar dalam penurunan efektifitas mesin chenyueh adalah downtime loss yang memiliki presentase sebesar 58%. Tindakan yang disarankan oleh peneliti adalah dengan penerapan TPM.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a source of the regional and national economy. MSMEs have many roles in the social economy including being the main actor in economic activity, providing employment, playing a role in local economic development and community empowerment, a source of innovation, and creating new markets. Pasuruan Regency is one of the tempe centers in East Java. More than 200 families are engaged in Tempe production, including those in the Bangil sub-district, Purwodadi sub-district, Kejayan sub-district and Sukorejo sub-district. The main problem faced by Tempe Production SMEs is the machine or soybean dregs separator used, still using traditional tools (humans) which are less effective and efficient so that it takes a long time and there are working positions for workers who lack ergonomics, causing workload which is more. The purpose of this activity is how to make or design a design tool and work aid test for soybean dregs separator machines from soybean seeds to reduce the workload of making soybeans into tempeh and to be able to reduce the portion of the workload on tempe-making workers with anthropometric calculations.

Abstract

The Industrial Era 5.0 has made many positive and negative changes in various sectors, one of the negative impacts is the agricultural sector related to the lower portion of young farmers so that it must be a serious concern for the government in future agricultural development programs, especially in agricultural base areas such as in Pasuruan Regency. This situation encourages the importance of finding solutions to realize the regeneration of farmers. This study aims to analyze the transformation between generations of agricultural workers in Pasuruan Regency through the Marcov Chain model approach. The final result of this study is the analysis of transformations between generations of agricultural workers in Pasuruan Regency so that it can be used as a basis for formulating future policies for better future generations of agriculture.

Abstract

Digitalisasi merupakan suatu proses peralihan media dari segala bentuk tercetak menjadi kedalam bentuk penyajian digital. Penerapan digitalisasi ini digunakan agar penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM Desa Nogosari dapat berjalan dengan baik. Dengan menggukana metode pelatihan terhadap pelaku UMKM yang mana 90% masih menggunakan pelaporan manual, dengan hasil pelatihan ini ditujukan agar masyarakat Desa Nogosari memiliki pengetahuan tentang bagaimana cara menjalankan aplikasi buku kas yang notabennya dapat membantu proses masuk dan keluarnya data, informasi, dan juga keuangan yang awalnya dengan cara manual dalam pembukuan. Dengan adanya pembukuan digital ini warga Desa Nogosari dapat membantu proses pembukuan Usaha tersebut menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dengan mencapai 60%. Dengan adanya penyuluhan serta pelatihan sejenis ini, masyarakat mampu memahami fungsi dan pemanfaatan khusus yang dihasilkan oleh Gadget yang biasa digunakan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Spare parts inventory is a common problem faced by many companies that use lots of machines or robots in their production processes. Where the spare parts warehouse in the company is required to always be prepared and there is no delay in the availability of spare parts to continue to support production machine activities. If the availability of spare parts is late or empty, it will hamper the production process activities within the company. Seeing this problem, researchers are trying to maintain the availability of spare parts using the FIFO (first in first out) method so as to prevent delays or stock shortages. The FIFO method is a method of inventory management that uses product stock in the warehouse based on the time of entry. By using this method, it is hoped that there will be no delays or stock vacancies in the warehouse due to irregularities in picking up spare parts in the warehouse. The aim of this research is to ascertain how the use of the FIFO method affects the warehouse's ability to manage spare parts inventory efficiently. Field research is this type of research. This research uses a qualitative data analysis methodology and inductive reasoning, which starts with precise and real facts before drawing conclusions from them. The research results provide significant benefits in increasing operational efficiency and reducing the possibility of excess or shortage of stock, which can disrupt production and delivery processes. Efficient receiving also helps in maintaining spare parts quality, ensuring that only items that meet quality standards are received and stored. Application of the FIFO method in the spare parts warehouse at PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia also has a positive impact on inventory recording and reporting. With a more regular flow of goods in and out, the recording system becomes more accurate and easier to track. This makes it easier for the accounting and management team to carry out audits and identify potential problems.
